I have been ordering pizza, pasta, hamburgers, onion rings, fries & fried calamari. Everything has been very good. Delivery is usually about 40 minutes there are times it is longer, like 60 minutes, without explanation other than they are busy. It is my go to food place for most any mea time except breakfast. Pizza was average at best but what disappointed/concerned me more was that not one employee in the shop - all visible from the front glass windows and door, was wearing a mask as they prepared and packaged the food or brought it to the pick up table. Don't get Gus, rude, yelled at and charged for oregano crushed red pepper for a pie. He's been in the business for 29 years, so he can charge you whatever he wants without telling you. First time I ordered and was told 15 minutes to pick up my food. Went to the restaurant after 15 minutes, waited a half hour, then gave up and left. Second time my wife went, and waited 20 minutes while the cashier ignored her before she was served. Third time I ordered by phone for delivery. I was told 30-45 minutes. Waited over an hour and a half (mind you I'm only a few blocks away) and then called to cancel the food. I should have learned my lesson sooner. read more

I ordered delivery and they were polite enough. Didn't give me a total or anything though. The delivery time itself was fine and he was nice. Food was hot when it arrived, but I have to say this was not the type of Grandma pie I am used to having. Possibly one of the worst. There was an overwhelming amount of sauce on it. When you take a bite, globs of sauce would fall off and wasn't seasoned too well. It tasted too much like tomato paste. There was literally no cheese at all on it and the crust had a strange texture. Surprised I'm reading any good reviews on this place , ordered a grandma pizza which usually has a spicy sauce and lots or oregano and mozzarella cheese , nicks garbage version was delivered to my house and it was basically unflavored tomato paste from a can a tiny tiny dusting of Parmesan cheese no spices or herbs on what seemed like a gluten free crust because it lacked any flavor and was a strange texture , I allow myself one day to eat cheat food off my paleo diet so even crappy food usually tastes good , this was so disappointing I had to write a review read more

Went there Friday 7/12, and the guy making the Pizza was rude as hell! Not only to me but to others as well. Even making fun of some foreigners. I sure hope he wasn't "Nick" himself. Not only that but it was 90 degrees out, and they had no air conditioner on. I had been getting pizza and salad from Nicks for some time now. My husband claims that it is one of the better pizzas around. It is a traditional Italian medium crust with a decent sauce and the right amount of cheese. Tonight we ordered dinners from Nicks because we were tired and it was close to us. The dinners turned out to be excellent , much to my surprise. I did not think a small pizzeria could make this quality of food. My husband had an excellent linguine with white clam that actually had whole baby clams in the shell on top. He orders that dish everywhere he goes and said that this one was really good and fresh tasting. We also had a tasty pasta bolognese and the eggplant parm. All came with side salads and Italian bread. What really blew my mind was the $32 price tag for three dinners and we have left overs. This will definitely be our new go to place for italian food. It rivals some of the other restaurants in town that charge two to three times the price that Nicks does. The staff is also very friendly and welcoming . read more

I work in an office with about 12 people, we ordered here and everyone said their food was gross. I ordered cavatelli & broccoli in a white wine garlic sauce with shrimp over the top. The shrimp didn't look like it was cleaned. Everyone just felt so sick after eating their food. Definitely wouldn't recommend. read more

The quality of the food has gone down. I ordered an appetizer of mussels. Late delivery and no bread. I called and I was informed that bread is not included with an appetizer. Never heard of this in my life. I will pay the extra dollar to get my food from a better place. I called back and asked for the manager and was told sometimes bread is included but not always.
