    Wise Fries and Hawaiian pizza

[[HIGHLIGHT]]This spot has such a cute setup, especially the outdoor seating, and I'd imagine it would be even cuter at night![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]I've also heard their trivia nights during the week are a lot of fun, which makes me want to come back and give it another try in a different setting.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Food-wise, the pizza was definitely on the greasy side, but still tasty, and the fries were absolutely loaded with garlic in the best way possible. If you're a garlic fan, you'll love them. That said, the service was a bit of a letdown. We came for lunch on a weekday when it wasn't busy at all, but it was really hard to get any help. We ended up having to go up and ask for things multiple times, which took away from the experience. Overall, a super cute place with some solid food.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]I like the vibe but I wasn't overly impressed with the food.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The pizza crust was the best part and the rest of the pizza was way too floppy for my taste. That could just be the style of pizza they make, so I don't fault them, I just prefer a sturdier bottom that holds up to the toppings. Speaking of toppings, they were generous with the ricotta but BARELY put any fresh basil on it (paid topping). Sort of seemed like they put it together in a hurry even though the restaurant was not busy at all. While our waitress was very nice, but we had to keep asking her for basic things. Pizza came out with no plates, napkins, silverware or parm/red peppers. Caesar salad was okay. The good: [[HIGHLIGHT]]The remodel is really nice. Really large patio, extended bar and some fun arcade games/pinball. Very cool skateboard art. Lots of big tvs so it's a good spot to watch a game. Large parking lot.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I might come back and try the lunch special and catch a game. I have heard the wings are good. For now, it's just okay.

    Really cool bar top area

Came here last night for the first time. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The place is decorated perfectly for the feel.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]The patio is very spacious, perfect amount of heaters and seating, I thought.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Inside had a row of cool pinball machines that you can play for 50 cents after you exchange them for tokens.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The bartenders that were working were very helpful in answering some questions and pretty attentive. The food was okay for bar food, I did enjoy their meatballs and pizza. But wasn't a fan of their chicken and burger sliders.

The atmosphere is really fun and interesting. Chill vibes, plenty of TVs for sports games, and the waitress was very sweet. The pizza was thinner but large, and the crust was extremely crunchy and tasty. Definitely recommend the ranch. Garlic knots were not super garlicky, but very cheesy, and the marinara on the side compliments it well. The Buffalo Chicken Fries were ok, nothing special, nothing wrong with them at all though. The flavors on the pizzas were very different but sooooo good. The White pizza was a classic white sauce with spinach type slice, but the sidewalk surfer was weird. Weird in a good way though, almost like eating a sub sandwich in pizza slice form. I didn't like the initial bite because it was so different, but immediately fell in love with it. Cannolis aren't my thing, but they seemed to taste good. Can't review that as much. Check this place out though, you won't regret it. They have new rotating specialty slices too so I look forward to trying something new. I'm sure the night life here will be great as well, but we'll see

Where does it say 21+ only? Please do better and post if you have made changes.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Reason they're getting a 1 star is because we were turned away because we had kids with us at 9pm.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We are visiting and just came from a baseball game and just looking to get some pizza for the kids, maybe let them enjoy some arcade games and get some drinks for the adults. [[HIGHLIGHT]]No where in their description did it say no kids after a certain time or 21+ only.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]It was a real bummer especially for a Tuesday night and the reviews were the only reason we came by.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]I guess the vibes are not kid friendly.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

After taking a walk at Eldorado Park, I was looking for a spot close by for a late lunch on Memorial Day. I hopped on the trusty Yelp app and cam across Night Owl Pizza & Drinks. I identify as a night owl so the name is all I needed to see. I made my way over and parked in the lot they share with several other businesses behind the building. Ambiance (4.5/5): My kind of spot. They have a nice patio with water misters but I opted to sit inside. There's a square bar and seating on the exterior. I sat at a half booth facing the bar. You'll find a wood interior with skate boards to give you a chill and laid back vibe. My kind of bar. Casual. Service (5/5): My waiter was everything I expect in a service experience. He was friendly and efficient. He brought my print out receipt without me asking. He checked in just enough. He knew I was going to ask about WiFi since I brought my computer in and provided it proactively. A job well done. Drinks (N/A): I had an Arnold Palmer so not much to talk about but they do have a nice list of craft cocktails that I'll have to try out next time around. Food (4/5.5): As you can tell from their name, pizza is their focus. They have whole pies and pizza by the slice. I got a slice with pineapple, ham, and bacon so that I can gather the tears of any native Italian. It's a good size and solid pizza. Not up in the best I've ever had conversation, but they do it well. I also got an order of their Ziggy fries, a generous portion of crispy fries drizzled with parmesan, oil, and other goodies. They're addicting. Next time around, I'd love to try their wings. Night Owl is officially one of my new favorite bars in Phoenix. They also have a reward program you can join by phone when you check out. Night owls unite!

Great spot tucked away in Scottsdale. Good beer and a cute patio. I enjoyed a few cold beers and some garlic knots, and it's quickly becoming the perfect happy hour spot for me and my coworkers.

Needed to stop back in here for some much needed late night wings and they delivered alright. The Stardust wings are my go to and are absolutely delicious. They're some of the most seasoned smoked wings you can get and you simply cannot go wrong with them, and the Mac and cheese bites were amazing too, I ate all of them before I even touched a wing and these things hit! Had a $6 Ultra which could be worse. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I am a fan of the atmosphere here and I enjoy the food a ton and the folks here take good care of me every time I come by.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I'll sing nothing but praises for this establishment.

awesome pizza and amazing service. [[HIGHLIGHT]]great patio[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. [[HIGHLIGHT]]perfect for the spring and fall[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. our server was super polite, anytime the service is spectacular. It makes the food that much better.

Such a fun place, great outside area and cute dark inside with pinball machines. Lots of decorative owls all over. The food was okay, bar food. The fries were really good, pizza was okay. Salad was really good and the wings were crispy and not in a bad way. Definitely a great place to go hang and grab a drink.

This was a fun place with pinball and good atmosphere but the slice of pizza i had was terrible. The bottom was soggy and the top was overcheesy. It was impossible to fold, which isn't great for NY Style. Garlic knots were better, but just average too.

Any groups larger than 8 have to be on the same tab. Too bad since they have large seating areas made for socializing.

Parking is NO issue at all at this location. They have so many spots available given the strip outlet location it's in. I do recommend not wearing any thick or heavy clothes and bringing as little items as possible, because you will be moving A LOT and sweating will be your enemy. They have a bar and restaurant as well, but we didn't get a chance to go. Definitely will be back, and next time need to go for 4 hours! I think we did 2 hours and it didn't feel like enough time.

The premise is similar to an escape room, but there are several themed, interactive rooms that you try to progress through. Each room has a 3 minute time limit and if you pass the first challenge, a door opens to another room. Each themed room has 3 challenges total. We all had a lot of fun working together as a team. The rooms are hard to complete (at least for us lol) and some of the rooms required more physical ability. There are employees there to help you as requested, which helps if you get stuck on what you're supposed to do. The rooms are well put together, theme-wise, which adds to the experience of the challenges. There were a lot of people there, which meant a long waiting time. I feel as though we did more waiting than we did inside the rooms. Although, it didn't help that several rooms broke or weren't functioning correctly throughout the night. There's also a bar in the back where you can grab drinks and food, if you so choose. I would recommend waiting until after the experience since you have a 2 hour time limit. Overall, Bam Kazam is a unique activity to get a group of friends or family together for a night of fun and challenges! I would definitely go back again, but perhaps on a weekday or a time that would be less busy.

One of the main attractions at Mavrix is bowling. Another is laser tag. I passed on both and checked out the arcade instead. It was time well spent because it's a pretty awesome arcade. I've been to the Bowlero in North Scottsdale and it's smaller than this one. Here, you have a bunch of fighting and driving games, interspersed with carnival-style games. I played 10 or so games total in about an hour. Wednesday is a great day to go because the games are 50% off. I didn't come away empty-handed either. With the tickets I won, I redeemed them in their prize room. It's a pretty large room too, with more prizes available than the North Scottsdale location. While I didn't have many tickets, I had enough for two pieces of candy and a T-Rex toy. Outside of what I mentioned, Mavrix has plenty of areas to sit, including a full bar. I haven't had food or drinks here, but I did take a look at the menu and it's a pretty extensive one. Definitely nicer overall than your typical bowling alley.

The vibe is super lively and modern, with a lot going on, so it's perfect for groups, date nights, or even just something different to do. The arcade had a good variety of games and the bowling area was clean and well set up. It's the kind of place where you can easily spend a few hours without getting bored. Food and drinks were decent--nothing crazy, but good enough for a night out. The menu has a mix of bar food, appetizers, and drinks, which makes it easy to snack while you play. But honestly, the service alone made me not want to come back. The bartender/waitress took our drink order and clearly made my boyfriend's drink stronger like noticeably stronger. I asked for the same thing at the same moment saying "she was going to hook him up " she didn't do it me, but still charged me the exact same price. That made zero sense and came off unprofessional, like she was more focused on him than actually doing her job fairly. It didn't stop there. My food came out soggy and borderline unappetizing, while his was completely fine. So not only are the drinks inconsistent, but apparently the kitchen is too. For how expensive everything is, you'd expect better service and quality across the board. The place looks nice and has a fun concept, but it's not worth it if the experience depends on who you are or how the staff feels that day. Definitely wouldn't recommend unless you're okay with inconsistent service and being overcharged for less.

Imagine 3D Mini Golf is EXACTLY that! We stopped in during an out-of-state visit for something to do while waiting for dinner time to roll around, and we had an amazingly fun time. Che greeted us and attended to us. His professionalism, friendliness, and hospitality were truly off-the-charts levels of amazing! He gave us details about the course, the 3D effects (TRULY impressive), the "hidden name" scavenger hunt, and some details about the establishment. I was very appreciative of his sanitizing each set of 3D glasses, golf club, and golf ball before giving them to his customers. That small touch goes a LONG way! I was also very impressed with the web-based scorekeeping system for both the game and name scavenger hunt. The course itself is extremely well-done, with a lot of unique obstacles and challenges. It is a lot of fun to play. When we were done, and returned our glasses, golf clubs, and golf balls, and were headed toward the exit. Che called out to us, and asked if we wanted to have another round, free of charge. This is INCREDIBLY generous, and we eagerly and gratefully accepted because we weren't able to find half of the hidden names. We found a few more names on the second round, and returned our gear again. Che said, "One more thing before you go", and gave us $1 worth of quarters to play a round of air hockey. This incredibly kind gesture was hugely appreciated, and meant a huge amount to us. We had a blast playing air hockey, and left feeling hugely uplifted and happy from Che's unparalleled and over-the-top customer care. I seriously cannot recommend Imagine 3d Mini Golf highly enough!!! I am hugely looking forward to visiting again the next time I'm in town! Thank you so much, Che!
