nike lynnfield has extremely rude staff, i came to pick up an online order two days after christmas and was harassed for at least 7 minutes to pick up a single pair of sneakers because they wanted to see my ID. i told him the name i always use for orders to protect my privacy, is what i use for online orders. i was on the phone the whole time on my airpods, so my friend heard the way i was treated, which was unacceptable, and i wouldn't have had the same experience if he was there. he tried to play it off at the end, and i get that businesses need to protect themselves, but customers also have a right to protect themselves from all the data that businesses, like nike, sell to third parties. when i first came in, the staff at the door seemed like he couldn't be bothered to help whatsoever and sent me to the back of the store. i will never return to this nike store and am unlikely to support nike in the future at all. i didn't catch the staffs name because he made me so uncomfortable, but he's very tall and big. i'm a short woman and i really didn't appreciate being talked down to (literally & patronizing) like that. read more

Not really the stores fault but the selection is really not great. Dick's Sporting Goods has more Nike options.

Ordered sneakers on line to avoid the store. Unfortunately the new version of my favorite sneaker is just not working for me. I was able to return them to the nearest Nike store. The store is very clean and the staff was wearing the proper ppe. The return took all of about 5 minutes. Why three stars . When I walked in and some one yells out hey do you wanna grab that guy? Really? I expected a bit more than that. Ahh no please don't grab me. After I returned my sneakers I did what anyone else would do . Went over to the big wall of sneakers to look for a different pair obviously if I ordered sneakers I want sneakers. 1 other customer in the store they were being helped. So of the three staff members the one helping customers buy . One who took my return not interested in helping me get another pair. The other one JUST NOT DOING IT. New slogan. Yes it's the grab and release move I guess. read more

I like this Nike store as its very clean and looks very nice. It def fits right in with the shopping in MarketPlace. We had to do a return and the manager was more then happy to help us. We had a couple of questions about shoes, clothes and all were answered with lots of feedback. I even had a question about a 2 year old amazing sweater I love and wanted another. They just searched my ID tag and bang they knew what I was talking about. Unfortunately, they dont sell it anymore and have a newer version but ill be sure to pick it up. I'd recommend this store for all your Nike running needs. Also a huge plus that the prices in store are the same as online! Cant beat that :). read more

We spent about an hour and a half there today. We had gone to see shoes for our little guy who loves Nike shoes but can be a little hasty in picking whatever looks good. Kayla was really patient in understanding what he wanted and helped decide what he wanted which included a run on the treadmill. Additionally Ki made the effort to understand my wife's workout and helped her pick a model that would both look great and help with her training. It was a coaching approach rather than a sales pitch and she tried on a lot of pairs. We now know what is right for her even though the store didn't have the size she needed in stock. So it is not often I post negative reviews, especially about a brand I believe in and support so much. So you KNOW, the customer service experience must have been VERY bad for me to post about it - hoping it gets someones attention so the store can address. I have long supported Nike asa brand, because it works for me,I like the technology, and I have always had excellent customer service. They have always gone above and beyond it seems. i try not to ask to much, and I don't demand anything, but I have always had excellent experiences, so I have continued to support the brand, and stores. Well today I went to The Lynnfield Nike Running store at Market Street, and it was Horrible I was dismissed so quickly, and provided no service, despite the Fact Wilson, and the three other employees were all sitting there talking and there were NO other customers. The two concerns I went in with 1. My Nike+ Apple 2 GPS Watch. I have had issues with it recently concerning the Nike+ running app, and it stopping and rebooting. Most recently this came during my marathon this past sunday. Nothing better then not being able to track your distance and pace over 26.2 miles. In the past I had the Nike+ tom-tom running watch and Nike fuel bands, and when both had issues - The Nike store replaced for me. This is actually how I got involved with Nike+ Running and NRC! Well, when I told Wilson and the other clerk about me issues with the watch, there were no solutions even suggestions. (except " Well maybe go to the apple store and ask them"). The second clerk said " I am an android guy, so I don't know anything about the apple stuff" and Wilson said " we are not trained to support the watches, it could be a software or hardware thing, we don't know, so we can't help" Just like that, dismissed the issues I had about a product I purchased from them for $400, and essentially told me to go away. 2. I had a Nike Dri-Fit therma fit top I purchased for my fiancé last fall, that the zipper broke. I wanted to see what the options were. They said they don't carry it anymore since it is out of season, so they can't do anything. Best bet would be to have a tailor put a new zipper on. (as a side note, any time I have had defective product issues in the past, Nike has replaced them for me. I am not asking for a refund, not demanding anything - but I go back because the customer service has always been top notch) After they told me this, the four clerks went back to talking in their circle, even thought we continued to shop for 10+ minutes, and there were NO other employees in the store. Now, I have been a Nike+ member for 10 years, have purchased literally thousands of dollars in merchandise from them, and have many friends who work or who have worked for Nike. We walked in, both almost in head to tow Nike gear. I am sure I could have called Someone and asked a favor, but I am not trying to pan off these relationships or demand something I don't deserve. I adjust amazed at how easily I was dismissed, how easily they just pushed me out and how little they wanted to help. The customer service was SO BAD I had to speak out. If you need Nike stuff, running gear, or good product support and Customer Service - it is worth Driving Newbury Street in Boston instead of going to Market Street. I don't often post negative reviews, I have been a huge Nike fan for a long time and the zoom structure running shoe seems to be the only shoe that fits me perfectly. I received a pair of the zoom structure 21s for Christmas and did not have the receipt. I stopped into the Lynnfield store just to pick up a pair of leggings and noticed that they had a pair of the 21s in a color that I liked better than the ones I got as a gift. I happened to have them in my car so I grabbed them (never-worn, still in the box) and asked to do the swap. Same exact shoe... different color... no go. They wanted me to pay an additional $50 for the exchange. Hopefully the manager will learn about customer satisfaction some day. read more
