Ladies. Listen up. This place is the real deal. First, these have been the best longest lasting gels/acrylic manicures I've ever had and I've been getting my nails done since 1997. I only go every three weeks or so, but my nails have never cracked, chipped, or lifted. What more can you ask for? Keep reading. I wanted a very short length ombré French manicure. Most of the time when I go places they try to talk me into longer more feminine (I guess) type of length. I just can't type when they're long and I have to give room for growth, so I like them short. No arguments from them. She started long and checked in until I said stop. Yay! Also, they are quick and reasonably priced! I was in and out in 75 min (hands and feet done at the same time). That's at least 30 min shorter and $30-35 cheaper than my (old) regular place with the same services. I drive 20 miles round trip just to come here and it's worth it. It's bright, clean, and the ladies are friendly/sweet and more than capable of delivering what you ask for. I've brought friends and family here and am so glad I found this place!!

I was visiting family in the area, so my cousin and I decided to treat ourselves. The person doing my pedicure did such a great job that my feet feel brand new. I, unfortunately, didn't get her name. However, Natalie took amazing care of my full set. I told her I wanted a French ombré and she knew exactly what to do. I didn't know what nail shape, so I trusted her to pick the shape that looked best on my hands. SHE DID NOT DISAPPOINT! I love my nails, and I have no complaints. Will return because of Natalie. Update: The business informed me that my pedicure technician's name is Thuy! Thank you very much, Thuy!

I don't know how many times I've passed this nail spot and never thought about going in. Well, today I did! I arrived around the early afternoon beating the morning busyness. I forgot the name of the tech who did my nails but I'll remember her face. She gave me some info about diffretypes of styles & sets, which ones you can full & ones that are new each time. I left very satisfied with my nails and the price. I found my new spot

I love love love the customer service at Niki Nails!!! My nails come out perfect every time. My pedicures are also relaxing and I would suggest an extra 5-10 minutes of the perfect massage for the ultimate pedicure. Amazing! I have had parties inviting all my sisters to share this great experience. I highly recommend the service and perfect nails!

I've had the same nail technician for over 10 years but now work in San Jose and needed a place more convenient. I was referred to Niki Nails by a co-worker and I have now been twice. Today was my 1st time at Niki Nails and I will definitely be going back! I made an appointment online through Yelp and Niki messaged me even before they opened! I appreciate and respect that hustle and dedication. There's a decent parking lot, but do remember to lock your cars always & keep valuables hidden away! Kind of sketchy people loitering around the lot. The shop itself is easy to find. If it's not too busy, someone will simply ask if you have an appointment. Luckily I was seated right away even though I was early. I had a SUPER THICK gel nail that I had done while I was in Japan around January. The nail tech (forgot to ask for her name) was very careful because at one point you wonder where my actual nail is. Haha. She made sure to ask me if I felt any pain or discomfort during the gel removal. She was really sweet and shaped my nails very well. My nails were inspired by an IG post I saw the other day. I believe Niki took over on the design and it came out looking fantastic! I know how tricky it is to get straight thin lines, but these are dang perfect. Overall, super satisfied, $35 affordable! And excellent service! :)

I've been going to Niki Nails for a few months and absolutely adore this place. Niki does these marble nails that I absolutely love and turn out just like the pictures I provide as a reference. Prices here are also very reasonable and staff is always very sweet and accommodating. My gel pedicure lasts about a month without chipping and never had problems with my acrylics lasting or lifting. 10/10 would recommend

Me and my sister went in to get our nails done and the outcome was astonishing! Before she started she offered us water and made friendly conversation. She gave me her input on what would look best with the design I was getting. I was completely satisfied with the end result and couldn't have asked for anything better!

I really wanted to like this place but I left a little unhappy. My first visit here I was going to book the number two bundle which was $50 included hot stone paraffin wax 10 minute massage and sugar scrub. But the nail tech insisted on me getting the bundle number three said it was better the only difference I really saw in pricing and what they offered was that the number three bundle offer two more minutes of massage and your sugar scrub would be scented. This was listed as $55. So I said sure let's go with the bundle number three because two more minutes of massage sounded nice to me. As you see in the picture, the polish wasn't really cleaned off my skin all that well. You can clearly see paint on my skin and the work was a bit patchy you can see on my nail some spots look more coated than others uneven work. And when it was time for the massage, I saw her set up a timer which didn't even work so I looked at the clock on my phone. she did maybe about seven minutes of a "massage" which during that time she kept getting up to get stuff so really I got maybe a five minute massage which was upsetting because I was going to pay for the 10 minute massage and she insisted on me purchasing the bundle for 12 minutes of massage and I didn't even get that. And to top it off my skin got burned from the hot towels. I'm sure it'll go away but it left my legs are very red .I don't think it was worth the money I paid which was $70 because I chose to do gel polish . The only good thing was they were pretty friendly and their establishment was clean, but I don't know you look at my nails and tell me

My friends and I made an appointment for 3 classic pedicures with a paraffin wax add on. For 2 of our pedicures, we did not receive the paraffin wax for some reason even when their boss reminded them to do so. I heard my nail lady mutter "I don't want to do it so she's not getting it". My friends and I speak Vietnamese so we were all well aware of what was happening. However, I let it slide because they had already cleaned my feet and started painting. (I was not charged for the paraffin thankfully) My pedicure was aggressive, rushed. and not well painted. You can see the sides of my nails not covered by the paint. It's not like they were busy, as I saw the ladies sitting for 20 minutes after my pedicure. One star is for my friend who actually received the paraffin wax. The second star is for the owner, Niki. She was very friendly and welcoming, even offering everyone water. If do you do here I recommend making an appointment with Niki. read more

Even though the people were super nice and accommodated me very quickly, I did not have a good experience here on Saturday. During my pedicure. The girl scraped my foot so hard there's now a scuff mark on my poor toe. And then don't get me started on the girl who did my dip nails. First she cut my long nails as short as possible when I asked her to match the broken one (which was not this short she filed it all the way down) there was so much excess powder all along the outsides I had to file my nails when I got home. And all of them have this weird white glitter shade going on which doesn't match the color I picked out. My thumb nail got messed up and instead of fixing it she just clumped more powder on top and did the same with my 2 pointer fingers. Most places I've gotten dip powder at max do 3 layers of the dip powder. She did 4 on all my nails and the. 5 layers on my thumb and pointer fingers. I don't under stand how this happens. AND on top of all that. She completely forgot to cut my cuticles and didn't even file or shape the nails on my right hand just left it as is after she trimmed the nails and then BARELY filed at the very end. read more

My first time coming here was great! No problems and was sure to return. Great variety of colors. Come my second time it was 30 min to closing and i had called to confirm if they were able to do regular pedi and gel mani(on my real nails). I was happy to come back the following day if needed. They assured i was fine and to come in. Toes went smoothly. It wasn't until my gel mani that one of the ladies went at such a fast yet inefficient speed i had to tell her to stop. For one, in order for the gel to stick to the nail it has to be filed otherwise it'll peel in a matter of days. That's exactly what happened too. Then as she's painting them she's nearly missing the sides of all my nails. So when the lady next to her could she what she was doing she actually fixed them for her and extremely apologetic(thank you). I'll return just will not have her do my nails. I unfortunately do not have her name. read more

Niki is the best! I've been going to her for 12 years following her from 3 different shops and no one does such a consistent job as Niki! She knows how I like my nails and that I want a fresh color' My nails never break and I only go once a month! She also does waxing for me and I'm always happy when I leave! I'm glad she opened her own shop and even though it's further for me it's totally worth the drive! Thank you Niki for always doing such a great job and giving me awesome nails! I originally stopped in because I had an interview nearby and had time before going into work. And because I saw a "3D Nails" sign outside. They did a great job. I went back the other day to get a fill and a pedicure. This time, I came prepared with a photo off of Instagram for a 3D nail design and crystals (I brought in my own Swarovski crystals for my nails) and asked for that picture to be the inspiration. She started doing the 3D design from the picture onto my nails, but she felt like it didn't look right so she took it off. I'm happier with how my nails turned out than the picture. She was concerned with my nails looking right for my hand/nail size and took the extra few minutes to re-do it, which I love. We all need that person in our lives to help us not look like a hot mess. Speaking of hot mess, I haven't had a pedicure in about 10 months. I kept up on basic toe nail hygiene, but nothing extra special. When I sat down for the pedicure, I was handed a menu with extra ad-ons which was nice. I can't remember the exact thing I chose, but I think it was callus softening and a scrub. It smelled and felt wonderful. Having been here twice, both times I've been here everyone has been so nice and they really care about making you happy and looking and feeling your best. This place is clean, bright, and happy. Definitely worth the drive for me read more

I saw this spot on line and they had wonderful reviews so I went in to check it out. I had previously had a terrible nail experience from another establishment so I wanted to go somewhere that was going to do a detailed job. All I can say is this establishment is amazing. I didn't have to wait and they took me right away. I came in with a design idea in mind. Tina did my nails and fixed my nails. Then Niki did my nail designs. This is wonderful gem of a salon that's brand new and spotless. It has all of the best - including plenty of comfortable massage chairs and big roomy nail stations. I love Nikki nails!! I have searched for a place like this for a long time. Nikki is always so accommodating along with her staff. The color selection is phenomenal and the service is top of the line. We recently hosted my friends bachelorette party and all went to have nails done as part of the to do list, I called Nikki ahead of time to book it. She called the day before to verify and also had a bottle of champagne ready for us upon arrival. Also, she plays great music. Overall I love this place and highly recommend. read more

This time, I didn't realize I had been assigned to Emillee again. During the waxing, I repeatedly asked her to be gentler because the pain was unbearable, but she continued anyway. The experience was extremely painful, and afterward my skin developed blisters. I've had waxing done many times before, including by other staff at this location, and I've never experienced anything like this. Throughout the appointment, she repeatedly commented that I had darker skin and darker hair. Those comments made me feel very uncomfortable and singled out. I also noticed her adding something to the wax during the appointment, although I wasn't told what it was. In addition, wax was spilled on both the floor and the table, making the entire appointment feel disorganized and unprofessional. During the service, I told her how much pain I was in and warned that I would consider taking legal action if my skin was injured because I felt my concerns were being ignored. Despite that, the service continued without any noticeable adjustment. Overall, this was one of the worst waxing experiences I've ever had. Based on my experience, I would not book with Emillee again.

I do not think they keep track of appointments and, if they do, I simply cannot imagine how. I have tried texting and the response I get every time is "ok", even if I ask a question in my appointment request. I've tried making an appointment online and the appointment slots are always available and open, which can't be true. While in the salon, I've seen them answer the phone when someone calls to make an appointment, they are always on speakerphone, and I have never seen anyone write anything down after the phone call, they say ok and then just continue to work. Out of the 5 or 6 times I've been here I have only been seen at the time of my appointment once. Once! I am often waiting 30-45 mins and I stay because I have a very tight schedule and make appointments on the only days I can. I'm currently sitting waiting for my 5:00 appointment and it is 5:40 and there are 5 others also waiting, though I don't know what time their appointments are or were. (At 5:06 my manicurist asked me to wait 15 mins and I said fine....but I ended up leaving at 5:45 because she was doing someone's pedicure.) I have always been happy with the services I've received here and their prices are reasonable, which are the reasons for the 2 stars, but I simply will not be back due to their constant lack of respect of "appointment times".

I've been seeing Niki for many years and let me tell you....she doesn't just sit there and asks you about nail shapes and designs..she will actually ask about you and she tries to get to know you. Let me tell you she really knows me and what I like! I can come in and she will give some choices but she knows exactly what I like. The fact that I can text her for a same day appointment and she gets the appointment done asap because I usually go on my lunch hour. Niki Nails is Great! I started going here about a year ago when the shop I was going to raised prices again and I couldn't be happier with Niki's! Prices are the same or lower than other places. The nail techs are friendly and accommodating. They are also gentle! I have arthritis and sometimes my hands hurt- I just let them know & no problem! They always get me in quickly and I get compliments on my nails everywhere I go! The best thing is that they do my nails the way I want them done!
