From what I remembered I used to come here a lot with my best friend because the teriyaki was so good and even the salad dressing was delicious. Today I ordered a spicy teriyaki chicken box, and oh my goodness.... It is definitely a salt bomb, my mouth hurts from eating it. Other than that the chicken is very tender, the rice is cooked well just how I like it, I feel like salad dressing could have been a bit more-- would I come back? They have the best Teriyaki and salad dressing amongst Teriyaki resto in West Seattle, no doubt. However, they bill the customer differently when you don't ask for a receipt. I already had a hunch it's been done several times but only confirmed it recently. Put a tip (which I usually do) and I always write the final amount on the receipt. Chicken teriyaki and gyoza: came in a bigger portion than the others ordered. Good flavor. Comes with 4 gyoza which was quite tasty. Sweet & sour chicken: portion was REALLY small. Came with more carrots than chicken pieces which was about 7 small pieces. A little too sweet, and doesn't come with salad. Small teriyaki joint, that have like 3 tables that could fit 3-4 persons each. Self serve drinks, FREE refill on fountain drinks which is sometimes rare for teriyaki joints. Condiments! LOVE that they have a bottle of teriyaki and SALAD dressing on the tables. I can never get enough of the salad dressing, which is a plus in my books for just having that! read more

The best Teriyaki in the Junction! Also probably the slowest, but if you follow my guide here, you should have success! 1. Always call in your order at least 15 minutes before you want to consider eating, this is at anytime of the day. 2. If you walk in around lunch or dinner you're screwed. It's completely packed, and I have seen the wait go on for about a half hour. 3. The dining area is small and there is not much room inside to wait for your order. If the weather is nasty, be ready. With teriyaki it's all about how they grill the chicken (or other meats) in combination of the the sauce mixes. Some pleases literally tastes like they grill the ch and slab sauce on it.
