I tried going elsewhere and they chopped up my eyebrows so needless to say I came back. I'm originally from NOVA and had my go to lady for years, who was excellent and taught me what good eyebrows are so..it was a struggle for me to find someone new. I've tried several now and Priya is the best I have found in this area so far. She is by appointment only and currently only has hours Monday and Tuesdays but if you can make it work she's worth it! Two amazing ladies sat me right down, asked my preferences and helped me find a brand as well as a color that worked for me. They didn't push product on me to the make me feel uncomfortable at all which I appreciated. Another time I went in looking for a specific hair oil. A team member went to see if they had it and let me know that I could have it shipped for free to my house when she noted the store was out of stock. The people at the registers are also helpful and always give me tips on how to stack deals and get the best bang for my buck.
