I dropped it off on 03/13 and picked it up today--overall a quick and smooth turnaround. Hector assisted me throughout the process and made everything easy from start to finish. I had the body length of the jacket cropped by about two inches, which also required adjusting the zipper. The stitching came out incredibly clean and looks professional--you honestly can't even tell it was altered.
