The third course: 2 hand rolls of your choice. I liked this because you can eat 2 hand rolls fast enough that the seaweed doesn't get too soggy. Since I had so much raw fish in the first 2 courses, I decided to get the coconut shrimp tempura and miso blacked cod. Highly recommend both. Everyone else at my table got the 4 handroll set. I wouldn't recommend this, because by the time you get to handroll #3-4, the seaweed is completely soggy and makes the experience end on a bad note.
