Just had a great sushi dinner at Ninja Sushi. Was over in the area (prior to seeing a movie) and wanted sushi. Checked the Yelp reviews and found Ninja Sushi. Did not disappoint! Super great quality of sushi and service. The portions are really good size (I only get sashimi and the "cuts" were very generous.) And a free dessert!!!!! Photos below including the Bronco Roll and the Amazing Roll. Highly Recommend

My wife and I came here recently and had a fantastic experience. One of the biggest standouts here for us was the service. Our waitress was incredibly friendly and attentive and genuinely deserves to be recognized for the exceptional job she's doing. As for the food itself, the sushi was very fresh and everything we tried was very tasty. We ordered spicy tuna rolls, hamachi, maguro, and Philadelphia rolls, and all of them were delicious. We also tried a pretty delicious/unique specialty roll that I can recall the name of at the moment. To top everything off, the staff brought us a complimentary desert cake that was perfectly light and absolutely delicious. Really a nice touch on an already great experience.

Our favorite Asian restaurant in south Denver, Little Basil, is now Ninja Sushi. We grieved this hole in the wall Thai place but thought we should try the new ownership. And we were not disappointed! All of the rolls were so good and obviously fresh fish. They even gave us a free dessert. Quick and easy - highly recommend and can't wait to go back!

We were looking for an Asian restaurant that was open past 9pm. They were very limited. We found Ninja Sushi through Yelp, and we were so glad we did! We walked in, and there was no wait. The restaurant had several tvs up showing the NBA playoffs since the Nuggets were playing. It was very clean and had several tables available. Food was delicious and service was great! We ordered different types of sushi, ramen, and fried rice. We also started off with pot stickers and edamame. At the end of the meail, they gave us strawberry cake on the house (probably because we ordered so much ). We were definitely satisfied with our late dinner, and if we're ever in the area again, will be back!

Delicious food, great atmosphere. Service was attentive and friendly. The sushi is fresh and the presentation was lovely. Will be back.

Always looking for a new sushi place. This place has sushi, sashimi, noodles and fried rice dishes. They could make the fried rice gluten free. Service was great before more tables filled up. Once that happened it was not that great. We probably waited 15 minutes or more for our check payment to be picked up. Ambiance was interesting. Lots of tv screens on the walls. Some had sports on (eg a basketball game, USC swim meet) another showed a rotation of different sushi plates. The sushi bar was all the way at the back of the reatautant. A group of three seemed to be waiting for their pick up order (?) by the door for a very long time. So not very relaxing, but rather a mosh mash of things going on. Tried my standard chirashi and spicy salmon roll. Both were pretty good. All in all it was pretty good, just not amazing as of yet. Will have to visit a few more times, so will start with my standard 3 stars until I know more.

I sometimes order sushi from NinjaSushi for delivery and it's always fresh, tasty, and reasonably priced. Today I decided to come in for dinner and check the place out. Sushi and shrimp tempura appetizers were good, but takoyaki was my favorite. As for the service: staff is nice, friendly, and very accommodating but they need some order management training: 1 appetizer was missed, and another appetizer was added that we didn't order, and sushi initially ended up at the wrong table before it arrived to ours. It's an ok place for sitting in, the atmosphere is not rushed and is quite welcoming. I loved their beautiful mural, check it out if you have a chance. Food - 5/5, Atmosphere - 4/5, Service 3/5. Overall - 4 but HIPO (high potential!)

Open area, nicely decorated with kind staff waiting to seat you. Very gracious staff members. Their sushi rolls are excellent. Love the ginger they provide. I can't say enough great things about Ninja Sushi!

The fish was very fresh. They had a few different rolls to try, making our stay great. Service picked up it seems once we ordered. Prior to that, it was mediocre unfortunately. We sat by the window so it was lighter than some parts of the restaurant making for a much better atmosphere.

Probably the best sushi I've found in the area! The service a bit spotty, which is why I'm taking a point off. They seem pretty absent minded. I asked about specials, and the guy seemed clueless and couldn't describe basic stuff. Also- we gave our card and waited like 15 mins to receive the card back to pay. I kept eyeing the guy and then finally asked him to bring it back- and he was confused like "omg! Totally forgot!" They seemed overwhelmed. I'd say they need to train the wait staff better. But the food is good. And I've been there three times now, and will definitely continue to return. Just expect spotty service. There's TONS of tvs in there- entertainment for babies. Very baby/kid friendly. Clean, open, easy.

Heard so many rave reviews about this place that we drove from Parker to check to it out and WOW! Definitely did not disappoint. The interior is spacious with lots of seating. We were there between lunch and dinners, so it wasn't busy though there was a decent stream of people. Service was friendly and attentive but not obtrusive. We got our food quickly. The sushi was AMAZING and tasted so fresh. The plating was gorgeous as well The rolls were interesting and there was a lot of variety and options. I was overwhelmed with the choices but we managed to narrow it down. Our favorite rolls were the crazy tuna, magic, and mango rolls. The futo maki was also excellent. Definitely looking forward to going back asap!

I recommend planning ahead with a reservation, as they can get busy during a dinner rush. We were visiting Colorado for a quick weekend trip and were floored by the food here. While the rolls all sounded great, we opted for an omakase experience. It is priced at market value, so I imagine this could vary over time, but they had three tiers for omakase, which I thought were all fairly priced for the amount of food included. We opted for the highest tier, which was $120 pp, and it was incredibly filling with high quality cuts of fish and a thoughtfully curated menu. The sushi chef who took care of us was incredibly kind, and it was clear he put a lot of care into the food he prepared. If you're on the fence, hop off and make that reservation and come hungry for the omakase experience!

The only reason why I know about this restaurant is because a gift card I got, which listed Sushi Basho as one of the restaurants I can use my card. When entering the door, diners are greeted by a big aquarium. It's actually a great way to stare at the tank and its creatures while waiting to be seated. A table of 8 was arranged and set for us, and in a couple of minutes, we were escorted to our table. Colorado can be brutal in the winter, and this evening, sitting right near the door, I felt chills each and every time the front door was open. However, the heat from the above heater did keep me warm every now and then. As we looked at the menu, I realized there are a lot of options for us to choose. If one doesn't like sushi, they can order some other types of food including their dinner boxes, which a friend and I decided to do. My dinner box came with a small side salad, a choice of miso or hot and sour soup, and the main meal box. Other friends ordered various types of sushi, boiled fish, and a bowl of pork katsu. All enjoyed their food and said they would go back again to eat here. My box meal contained rice, 4 pieces of coconut shrimp, gyoza, a variety of tempura including shrimp and taro, and the main star of the box: salmon with vegetables. Everything was delicious and I did eating everything, but the taro tempura was so good! Perfectly cooked to where, when bitten, it was crunchy on the outside and had great texture inside. It's hard to describe it, and my suggestion is to ask them to prepare one or two taro tempura so that you can have the same eating experience. I was very happy to be able to enjoy a great meal here. I would come back another day and try one of their lunch specials. My grade is a B+.

The fish was rank--overwhelmingly fishy in a way that screams it's nowhere near fresh. It left a sour, oily stench that stuck in my nose long after the meal. Absolutely disgusting. If you're expecting quality seafood, look elsewhere. This was borderline inedible. The fish tank near the front is disturbing--way too small for the oversized fish and lobster crammed in there. It's a sad sight of animal abuse when you walk in and sets the tone for what's to come. Dirty plates, staff couldn't care less, and decor that looks like it hasn't been updated since the early 2000s just sealed the deal. Only decent thing? The hot sake--clean, crisp, and clearly the only thing being properly maintained in the entire place. Never again.
