Had to get at least one traditional slices for a frame of reference

What an absolutely fantastic find. The pizza here is amazing and unexpectedly original. My whole family loved it and we ate like kings for under 20 bucks. I'm telling you if you haven't been here yet and you live in the area you are seriously missing out. If you just passing through, save your money and your appetite for Nirchis I'm stuffed and I'm tempted to buy more to eat later.

Customer service is great, calm environment, prices are great especially in this economy, food is just okay. Pizza can be mushy at times and the salad is never fresh.

I had really high hopes for this place. First of all its not far from where I live so I was hoping this would become my super quick go to spot. Also they offer gluten free crust which is all my fiancé will eat. Pros We ordered from their online system which was easy and helped us know exactly how much we were spending (you pay per topping so it can get pricey) It has a lot of parking behind the building It was clean and the staff was courteous when I arrived to pick up. They had me check to make sure my order was correct before I left. The veggie pizza was delicious and the toppings were really generous. Cons Most of the toppings appear to come from a can/jar or possibly frozen- Did not look or taste fresh. The gluten free crust was average at best and the toppings were not so generous. His pizza looked very sad next to mine. There weren't a lot of unique toppings to choose from. All in all it was OK. I will probably go again and purchase a slice or two rather than a whole pizzas since the location is so convenient.

Chicken Cordon Bleu sheet jobby. Wicked awesome.

Love their chicken cordon bleu pizza. It's my go to. It ain't cheap at nearly 30 bucks for a full sheet pizza, but it's totally worth it. See my pics! Good lunch specials here but no free refills on soda at this location. Bummer. Generally you can get 2 square slices and a fountain soda at lunch for like 4 bucks. Parking in front and back.

Binghamton Memory Lane road trip; next stop, Nirchi's!! :-D

When we lived in the Binghamton area for college, Nirchi's was a food-group-staple for us, haha. After moving away and many years later, we were recently back in town for a road trip. Our hotel was right next to this Nirchi's location, so of course we had to nostalgia-eats-indulge. Nirchi's has a full pizza shop menu to order fresh pies and sides, but also has a ready-to-grab-and-go hot line, with several specialty pizza slices and some sides to choose from. We ordered a couple small pies, me a cauliflower crust small with banana peppers, and my husband a small supreme. We ordered online, which was convenient and easy to use. Then when we walked over to pickup, my husband also snagged a couple specialty slices from the hot line, and I indulged in some macaroni salad. The pizzas were as we remembered, pretty good! Our pre-made pizzas were a generous size for a small. My one irksome complaint about my cauliflower crust pizza is several of the banana peppers were rutty husks. More care could have been put into not topping with obviously inedible husks, especially since adding a topping costs so much these days. But besides that we were both pleased with our food. When in Binghamton-Rome again, if convenient a Nirchi's slice is a solid choice for us. :-)

Nirchis is deliciois, but this is the worst of all the Nirchis. They are skimpy on their sauces & cheese.

Pizza is okay, but the cashier was very rude. Why would they place a worker with such poor communication/people skills as a cashier?

Food was good, but I had a really bad experience with the service and the manager. I went there for…read morelunch last Friday, (Jan. 9th, 2026) and ordered a wrap and a bottle of beer. I asked if I could have the Mexican salsa sauce instead of Dijon mustard on my wrap. My server behind the bar, , (who is also the manager), said no problem, but there might be a few black beans in the sauce, she made no mention of any extra charge for simply using a different sauce. When she gave my check, she had added $5.50 , just for salsa instead of Dijon mustard . When I protested, and asked her to remove the charge, she refused, and was very rude to me. I didn't use bad language, or behave in a threatening manner. A female friend of hers, who was seated at a nearby table, with two men, joined in, and they both ganged up on me. Since I was using a credit card, I had no choice but to accept the added charge. I told her that what she was doing is a practice called "Padding" a check, to beef up the bill. I asked her if this is how she was trained, and her answer was, "I didn't have to be trained, this is how I do things" . I was in the middle of gathering together my belongings, and putting on my coat, to leave, and she came around the bar to my side, and said, "Let's go, you're not leaving fast enough", (Quote) I left, as soon as I had my coat on. She also said that there was a problem, a few days earlier, when I came in for a quick beer, before catching my bus. Well, guess what that "Problem" was ? The draft beer was totally flat, and warm, and all I did was let them know, and asked for a bottled beer instead. I did what any customer would reasonably be expected to do. Before I left, she told me, "Don't come back ". This is horrendous treatment of a customer, especially coming from a manager. P.S. Jan. 15th, 2026 - I am responding to a few points in yesterday's reply from the business owner to my complaint: 1. She said I was expecting an add on for free. This is erroneous, because I didn't even think of a different sandwich sauce as an "Add-On", which it should not be. 2. Saying I added Beyond sausage to my burrito, which is an "extra charge" Again, erroneous, Beyond wrap is $13.25, and Bean Burrito is $12.95, so it's fair to say that they're both the same price. What I actually ordered was the Beyond sausage wrap, and merely requested the Burrito sauce instead of Dijon mustard. What the manager did was bill me for a Bean Burrito, $12.95, and added a "side beyond sausage", and charged me an extra $5.50 for what was supposed to just be the Burrito sauce, which is not in my opinion a legitimate "Side". 3. Saying that I should have asked if there would be an "Up Charge". It's the responsibility of the server to let the customer know, that there will be extra charge, it's not the responsibility of a customer to ask.

As luck would have it, it was Binghamton Restaurant Week and we attempted a walk in - first available was three+ hours later - but the hostess mentioned we could get the RW menu at the bar and two seats were calling. Lots of choices on the menu but friend and I ended up having the same meal! Cup of Cauliflower, potato and leek soup to start was yummy - very comforting, not too thick, good flavor - I could have stopped here! But fortunately did not! Main was spectacular! Salmon with everything bagel spices served over pearl couscous in a risotto style was inspired (honestly, I will try this at home)! I hope this is a menu regular because I will crave this for many more meals! Add a black Manhattan and this meal is a treat! (Took the dessert course to go - blueberry cronuts were better than chocolate but both likely suffered a wee bit from loss of ambiance and slight steaming that occurred on drive - good for sure but did not compare to the rest of the meal). Shout out to Tommy F for exceptional service - attentive but not intrusive. Ambiance is lovely (the lighting dimmed as we sat - hysterical) but we also scored the most comfortable seats in the house (I hate a high top stool with no back and no padding on the seat - those stools look nice but should go away). Also love the hook under the bar.

This is a difficult review to properly balance. We'd seen the rooftop restaurant from my son's new…read morecollege apartment and went for dinner. After reading the sign indicating we need to see the host inside, we went. It was packed and looked modern chic, with low lights and high tables and tall chairs. We didn't have reservations and got the sorry, but we're full, to which I said we wanted to eat upstairs. To that, we got "okay" but that is a "different experience," which I frankly took as pretension... until I got upstairs. Then we understood. It was mostly empty on this Saturday evening, opposite the main restaurant below, and had a single person working the whole space, a Bar tender who explained we were to pull up the menu with a QRC, order, and they would bring the food; if we wanted drinks, we needed to come to the bar. Ordered food. Went to bar and waited. Good local craft beer on tap. Decent view, pleasant weather. And then a half hour passed. For sandwiches and tacos. Few minutes later, I went in to make sure our order was sent and that the kitchen actually received it. There was no animated chef in toque at a stove to indicate it was working, but she assured me it was. Another 15 minutes go by, and our beers are low, and we're considering.... Leaving or raising a stink when the bartender leaves her bar, looks at us, and goes down the stairs without a word, returning a few minutes later with nothing. That was odd, but seemed like progress. A few minutes later, our food arrives. Perhaps 50-60 minutes after ordering it. The runner tells us the manager apologies for the wait and has comped all our food. Without our having to say a word. We ate a fine arugula salad with watermelon, blueberries, and cheese. A good chicken sandwich with the most unusual Parmesan parsley fries--they were more thick chips, fried into curls, and topped with fried parsley and grated Parmesan. If you order it on the side, it comes with aioli, which was excellent. My burger was outstanding. I could taste the smoke, and it came with not slices, but small cubes of bacon. No need for sauce. My wife's shrimp tacos were very good eating. Frankly, it was so good, I *might* have forgiven them the wait. They did right to acknowledge their mistake. When we visit Binghampton again, we'll make reservations for the main dining room, which we were told has a much larger menu. We paid our bar tab via their Toast app. So yes, table service, but no waitron. It was a different experience, true to the host's word.
