They had a wide selection of flavors, even on late morning of a weekend. We tried the tiramisu (2/5) donut and the biscoff cream donut (3/5). But both were too sweet for my taste. I can't say that I'd be back, but if you're looking for something unique, I think you'd enjoy this little shop. They also sell croissants, more savory treats, and coffee!

I ordered the 4" Berry Berry Light Cake for a birthday, and they were able to write a birthday message on the cake board, which I really appreciated. The cake also tasted very light and the sweetness was subtle, which I really enjoyed. The berry flavor in the sponge was a little too subtle, though. My main concern is that the cake does not fully resemble the picture they advertised online. It is missing the freeze-dried berries on top, and the berry glaze did not reach as far down the cake as was shown in the photo. Because the berry glaze is the main source of the berry flavor, this was a little disappointing. Also, the cake was not finished when I came to pick up the cake (and I was ~5 minutes late). I'm uncertain if this is for freshness or if there is another reason. Overall, I like the spot for the fresh and light cake. It's pleasantly unique compared to your standard sheet cake, and everything is rather cute. However, it may be a better idea to buy the cakes in-person to be 100% sure of what it will look like, though daily stock is definitely more limited than if you place an order online. I hope they reopen their indoor seating soon.

i was coming here again with family members yesterday. not sure what time exactly they should close…read morethe store but yelp and google say 10:00pm. came here around 08:00pm. as usual order through kiosk and then sit, waiting the order. once we got our orders, we ate and talked. to be honest, all tables were kind of dirty or sticky. we just cleaned it by ourselves. we ate slowly and talked to each other because my aunt will go back the next day. suddenly around 09:00pm, a staff ( young lady ) wiped empty tables ( tables that not being used by any customers ) and put the chairs on top of those tables, showing that not allow to be used by customers. i asked her what time the store will close??? she said 10:00pm and suddenly another staff turned off some of the lights. at that hour, around 09:00pm, many customers came and some would like to sit but not allowed. i changed the star to one for the service while the desserts are always great. i suggest written store close at 10:00pm but last order is at 09:00pm or just turn off the kiosk at 09:00pm. i do understand that staffs need to leave or tired or want to go home but i will say doing like that is kind of impolite while customers are still coming...

I went there to order a cake a week and a half in advance, and everything seemed to go ok. I spoke to the manger over the phone at the store when the guy behind the counter wasn't sure about the cakes because their freezer was broken. She assured me that everything was ok. He wrote down the order EXACTLY and PRECISELY. After paying my $70 (gulp) for the ice cream cake my soon to be 6 year old BOY picked out, we left. On the day of the party, I went to pick up the cake and they had made the WRONG cake!!! Pink flowers, and girlie flip flops adorned my little boy's cake. When I told mercedes, the cake decorator, she jumped into action. Turns out the manager had FLAT OUT LIED to her and said she had spoken to me (also saying I was a guy-im not) and that I said the other cake was fine. What exactly did she think was going to happen when I came to get the cake?! Well, Mercedes spent her time fixing the cake. She came out with bags of frosting and just went to work. She carefully removed the pink flowers that surely took her a while to put on, and did her best to make the cake the one that we picked. They did not have the things that went on the cake I ordered, but she used frosting to make it great, and even told me where to get the things I needed. She didn't hesitate - just went to work fixing someone else's mistake. My son loved the cake! And if this were simply a review for the shop, I'd give 2-3 stars (the ice cream cakes are delicious as is the ice cream itself), but mercedes single handedly earned them more! Thanks so much! I will not be ordering from there again without speaking directly to her. She is truly an asset. They'd have lost at least this customer for life without her. read more

I was thrilled to try Nirvanaah this weekend when it was a million degrees outside. I was impressed with the flavor selection and decent interior. The complaint I have is about the flies and the service. My wife and I waited for a good 5-7 minutes before anyone acknowledged us, and the place only had one other customer who was already eating. We chose the basic chocolate flavor and lychee flavor - both were good. The issue I had was with several flies that were inside. The employees did not seem to care, and the flies were buzzing about while my wife and I were eating. That can be quite unappetizing. I love something different, and one of the things I'm am always happy to try is ice cream. Nirvanaah is a great place to go. They do have a small selection of the standard flavors you'll find in everyday ice cream shops but it's the flavors they mark as special that get your taste buds going. The group i was with tried a few different things, but I first tried a pistachio and something else (sorry, I don't recall) which was great, but decided on the Mukhwas. This ice cream shop offers many different flavors that you don't normally find at typical ice cream shops like lychee, pistachio, mango, rose petal, etc. The ice cream is very good and creamy. I ordered a birthday ice cream cake for my daughter (mango and lychee flavors) and Nirvanaah did not disappoint. The staff was nice and very accommodating. Unique flavors. I never knew about Indian ice cream, but I am really glad to have discovered this place. My personal favorites are black currant and the rose petal. I did not like the butter used inside, but it was otherwise good. The chai was great and seemed fresh. The veggie burger was very Indian style which was refreshing to try.
