The entry foyer has a nice zen garden display, and is neat and clean. We were promptly greeted and seated in the small but stylish seating area. The menu was a little smaller than some prior posted menus, but still a nice variety of dishes and a selection of sushi, sashimi, and rolls. We had an appetizer of egg drop soup, which was nice with plenty of egg filaments. I ordered a General Tso's Chicken with white rice. It was very nice, good tang, and a subtle heat that grew on you. My spouse had the chicken Lo mein. Her only issue was too few vegetables in the mix. The service was good, the food was good, and the place was nice. Overall I'd say a solid four stars. I'll definitely keep Rice Fusion in mind when I travel near Dover.

We ordered two of the special sushi rolls and they looked beautiful. As soon as you start to eat them you realize they are drenched in Eel sauce ! Way too much. So much that you can't taste any of the other ingredients in the roll . We did not finish our food and my husband was so hungry. It's not like him to not eat sushi. The order had several special requests. The person taking the order was happy to accomodate all of them. When we picked up the food it was ready and very affordable.
