I was really impressed the first time I went. I saw Lilly and had a great experience with her. I didn't have the best experience the second time. I went in on the 16th. I called two days before and asked for a gel pedicure with Lilly. But when I came in for my appointment, Lilly was busy doing someone's else's pedicure. So they seem to prioritize walk-ins over appointments. So the guy ( I don't know his name) did my pedicure. He was rough cutting my cuticles. Painful pedicure, again. This is now my second time with this guy and he squeezes my toes and files way too aggressively. The skin around the toes always feels sore afterwards. I told him repeatedly that it hurt, he rushed the second half because he had another client waiting. The hot stones and towel were rubbed so fast on my skin it hurt. Lastly I watched him 'clean' the tools on my hot towel and repackage them for the next client. This is extremely unsanitary, this is an infection waiting to happen and I will NOT be coming back. read more

Decided to check this place out since it's near my house. Went to get a gel pedicure & it was so PAINFUL. The guy who did my pedicure cut my toes 3 different times. I asked him to please stop/ be careful as it hurt and he said it was my fault for "having an in grown nail" He cut 3 different toes while drilling off the old polish. I asked for a basic gel pedicure which he said was $55. He then proceeded to put hot stones on me which I didn't ask for. When it came time to pay he charged me the $55 plus $8 for the stones that I didn't ask for. When it came time to do a tip option he pointed & asked "how much???" When I asked to skip he kept insisting on me putting an amount on the screen. Will not be coming here again. It was the most painful pedicure ever. read more

HORRIBLE SERVICE, HORRIBLE MANICURE! Never again!! For starters, it looks like my eight-year-old painted my nails and honestly, she probably could've done a better job. None of my nails were even or the same shape. I asked for my nails to be black and he started painting them white and then when I asked why he's painting them white he said they don't have black and I said then keep them clear and he said he was kidding and got the black and then he was mad that he had to take off the white and put on the correct color that I asked for from the beginning. That he smacked my hand with nail file to switch hands when he could've just said next hand or done the simple signal that all the other nail technicians have done, but he literally cracked my knuckles with the nail file which hurt and I said out loud. He was very aggressive and pulled my hands When he needed to rearrange my fingers. I asked him if he was having a bad day and he said he's having a great day but I say otherwise. I work at the tattoo shop in the same parking lot so I wanted to support the neighbors and this is my second time going there and still have a horrible experience so I will not be coming back here nor will I be referring any of my clients or friends here. OH!! My thumb is already peeling off ! Some great gel polish they have there.... NOT! My nails are all textured and bumpy and gross!! Wish I just left them before I even came in. Service was horrible. They are not the cleanest. I walked it and ask for a almond shape with a French tip. The lady struggled to do theme for about 30mins. She repeated asked and I told her I didn't like the shape of the French tip she was trying to do. At the end they were too like chunky and not smooth. I told her I don't like she got mad took them color off. She repeatedly asked me to just get the full nail colored and I said no twice. That I would like a French And I just said I am going some where else. I was still charged $40. Honestly such a horrible experience. I do not recommend. PAINFUL PEDICURE!!!! This place was recommended to me by a friend, about 1 year ago. I had been there about 3 or 4 times for a gel pedicure. I was very happy with the girl Rose, unfortunately she is no longer there so I requested Lana but, was scheduled with someone else. This was the WORST pedicure experience I've ever had (in over 30 years)!!! This guy drilled off my previous polish as well as much of my own nail, he cut them too short & not shaped well at all. This was a deluxe pedicure where they massage with hot stones, he was so rough and trying to hurry through it, I have bruises up both of my shins and on my ankles from him hitting me with the stones. Usually a deluxe pedicure is about 45 minutes & very relaxing, this guy was done in under 25 minutes & I was so tense by the time I got out of there. This guy was HORRIBLE!! I came here for a manicure. The lady wasn't very nice and seemed like she was in a rush. She was the type of person who you could tell just didn't like her job and didn't want to be there. I had to keep reminding her to get closer to the edges. And she rushed cleaning around my nails too. In other words, she was half-assing it. Now fast forwarding 2 days afterwards and the color is already chipping. (I got gel, which is extra, and should last at least 1-2 weeks) Not sure what brand was used, probably a shitty one. I've been to this nail salon 3 Times and I don't know why. Maybe out of pure convenience, it's really close to my house. The first time I came, my water for my nails was cold, which I somehow was able to get passed lol My second time I went for a gel pedicure and I had to pick three different colors that they DIDN't have in stock, only to end up with normal polish on my toes... I didn't even get a discount or anything. But for whatever reason I came back out of desperation I put a gel on my nails so they didn't break off. And they were long because I had been growing them. My nail tech cut my nails so short and after she did one I guess she had to do all of them like that. I'm so mad! All terrible experiences. I'll never go back and I'll never refer it. If you call and book an appointment, make sure to book with one of them. If not, you're in for a satisfactory job... if that! I called yesterday for a pedicure that I was in need of. I made the mistake of not booking with Helen (she was already booked for the time I needed). My pedicure was rushed, my toe nails were cut shorter and they were crooked. The polish job this lady did literally looked like I did it when I was in a rush. When my pedicure was done, she was like "Ok, are you gonna pay now?" I don't think I will be making the trip all the way over here for my pedis anymore. If it wasn't for Helen and the guy nail artist, I would be giving this place one star. read more
