    Banana Matcha Latte

LOVEEEE this cafe! So far I've only tried their matcha and it some of the best matcha I've had in the South Bay. I highly recommend their double matcha - perfect ratio of matcha to milk and not too sweet. Fast service and chill ambience, not too busy. There's seating in the back and a Photo Booth to take pictures!

This place was Block Coffee but it was just renamed to No Coffee! The drinks are still the same and my friends and I come here a couple times a month! Every drink we've gotten has been delicious and there is a seating area in the back! I love the block latte which has a giant coffee ice cube so no watery coffee. Their matcha drinks are all delicious and strong. Their pistachio cream latte is also a favorite! Sometimes I order myself more than one drink because I can't pick one!!

The staff were generous and kind. The matcha drinks are delicious! I like the Matcha Early Grey and Matcha Strawberry Cream.

Favorite double matcha in the South Bay Area ‼ this one is SO good. Slightly on the sweeter side which I love but still has a strong matcha flavor.

Needed a Monday pick me up, so I stopped by this coffee shop! They have a wall with pictures of menu items, but they also have a text-only menu behind the counter. I ordered two Block Coffees- it felt like a good first order. The taste was good; strong coffee with frozen espresso ice cubes. The cup and lid were sort of off though. There is some writing on the counter window that the best way to enjoy their drinks is by sipping through the lid. Maybe this was just for their cream lattes and I'm just overthinking it?! The lid had a big opening that is usually for slushy drinks (so you can use a straw or spoon). I sipped out of it and it was good, but the plastic cup itself is very flimsy. So I didn't feel super comfortable holding onto it/bending it and tipping back the drink to sip on it. Driving it home was stressful because of the giant openings that threatened to spill liquid if I hit a speed bump (I drove home very slowly haha). The shop says it has free WiFi but I didn't see any place to sit down, so it's not a place to come and chill. Overall, it was okay. I'd say it was a 3.5 star place, but they seem to be newly opened so I rounded up. I have faith in you, no coffee!! Not sure if I'd come back, but if I did, it would be for the pistachio cream latte! :)

Coffee was very disappointing and tasted like straight milk. Wouldn't recommend this place.

I think the sauces were some kind of chipotle crema and guac mix but honestly could barely tell what it was. - bacon breakfast burrito: same sentiment as the Birria one, but the bacon had some flavor and saltiness to it - iced matcha cream top: beautifully presented drink, the cream was super sweet and in contrast the matcha was bitter, once mixed it was more like a sweet treat - blueberry mascarpone toast: I don't recommend this, I expected something similar to blueberry mascarpone pancakes but I was just confused. The blueberries were very sweet with honey, but the mascarpone was extremely buttery tasting, and placed on top of a whole wheat kind of bread. The flavors were kind of all over the place and did not taste good together.

As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by Enrique, who had such a warm and welcoming demeanor. We took a moment to look over the menu, and he quickly picked up that it was our first time. After we confirmed, he asked about our coffee preferences--strong, sweet, or somewhere in the middle--and walked us through the seasonal menu with some great suggestions. My wife ordered the iced lavender vanilla, and I went with the iced café carmelita. He also asked if we wanted food, so we tried the lemon blueberry loaf and a turkey avocado sandwich. Everything did not disappoint. The drinks were amazing--Enrique absolutely nailed the recommendations--and the turkey avocado sandwich was especially memorable. While our drinks were being made, we had some friendly small talk with the staff, which added to the experience. The overall vibe was great. The team was super friendly and attentive--when a line started forming, other staff jumped in right away to make sure no one was left waiting. I'm really glad we stopped in and gave this place a shot. We'll definitely be back!

It was flaky, chewy, not too sweet, almonds were burnt. Even after 4 hours, it was perfect. 5/5 stars - $6 - Americano: yea I know, boring but it was good! Acidic but not too much. Would've loved to taste the bean more 4/5 stars - $4.50? Definitely a good work/study cafe on a random weekday

A simple sandwich order at 9:20 is not ready until 9:45. Lesson learned, come at opening time and order all at once. Cortado & latte, 5/5. Hot, smooth, strong. Orchid acai bowl ($14, sub in mango for mulberry, add coconut dust): 5/5. so good. Palmetto superfoods is my go-to in the SJ area for acai bowls, this was better despite not as many topping options. Their bases are smoother and creamier, no ice crystals here. Also liked that the fruit was chopped smaller. BAE sandwich ($12): 4/5. good, but definitely not worth a 25 min wait. Textures, freshness were great, but it was missing salt/pepper & spices. The sauce helped, but still underwhelming given how good it looks. Recommend having salt & pepper packets & a bottle of hot sauce available to customers. Cinnamon roll ($5.75): as a cinnamon roll, 3/5. As a morning bun type thing, 4.5/5. This is a case of mistaken identity. It's got a slight crunch, light sweetness, fluffy (not dense). When I order a cinnamon roll, I'm more expecting decadent dessert-for-breakfast laden with sugar & butter, yknow? Loved their dining area, loved how beautifully presented all items were, loved how everything was served at optimal temperature (hot espresso, thoroughly warmed pastry, etc), loved the variety of menu items (I can get an acai bowl and bf can get a sandwich or pastry). Will definitely return at 9 am sharp on weekends, and not order anything after about 9:10!

Occasionally burnt espresso but I love them too much to mind. I am a matcha snob to say the LEAST. Hands down best coffee shop matcha in the Bay Area. The classic iced matcha latte with honey is grassy and earthy and creamy and a little sweet. The iced banana pudding matcha latte had people lined up around the corner for months when it came out. It is deliciously worth the wait. Best banana cold foam in my opinion because it's made with actual bananas instead of flavoring so it's much more mellow. The double matcha they had for awhile is also awesome. Banana cold foam also goes great on an espresso latte. Now they let you add whichever cold foam you like to whatever drink which is great. Basically you can't go wrong. They are always changing up the menu for the new season and have lots of unique drinks on their menu. Not much seating inside at this location. The winchester Blvd one has more if that's what you're looking for. Their pastries are also all yummy and they sell their matcha powder for $60 for 100g which is a GREAT price for a great matcha. I would've gate kept this place but everyone already knows about it so I HAVE to show them the love they deserve!!
