I was so excited to see the final product only to be let down by the subpar workmanship done by ATD. They even redid my side fenders after the first time had poor cuts and over stretched for my PPF. The pictures posted are of the 2nd time around with bubbling all over the vehicle. Solargard uses subpar products but their authorized dealers are even worse. Solargard does not stand behind their products and it shows passing the buck back to their authorized dealers who fail to respond. After sending two emails requesting a refund due to living out of state they responded a month later saying I have the wrong email address and that another ATD is not associated with this one. Funny this is their email is clearly listed on ATDs website. I disputed the transaction with my credit card company due to no response. The merchant (ATD) never responded to them and case was closed. Point in case this business cannot be trusted for anything. Enjoy your chargeback from my credit card company and losing a large amount of money and product. Should have done the right thing and settled like a professional business would have. Save your time and money and go with a reputable product like XPEL and their authorized dealers!!! Don't be fooled like I was after seeing the high end cars in their shop!!! Pictures are solid proof they are not capable of the job!!

I worked with 6 different roofers that all had excellent reviews to get multiple opinions and bids. Green Mountain was able to come out the fastest, got me a bid within 24 hours, and Zach patiently walked me through different options (TPO, Silicone, and repairs to the tar + gravel). We talked through the pros/cons of each material and the cost differences. From a cost perspective, Green Mountain came in down the middle of the bunch. From a thoughtfulness, responsiveness, timeliness, friendliness, and professionalism perspective, Green Mountain was at the very top. Green Mountain was extremely communicative throughout the job. He checked in afterwards. His team showed up when they said they would and left the property as clean as they found it. Because this was for a home I was purchasing, Green Mountain had to run around and coordinate with the seller, the seller's insurance agent, myself, and the seller's agent. He also had to schedule the job with only a couple of days notice, and complete it within 3 days so we could make our closing date. Green Mountain was able to get it all done without making compromises on quality. Once I got into the home and inspected the roof, I found some extremely minor areas of concern. The work and materials appear to be excellent quality. I hired Victory Construction to replace a roof, turbine, and repair a water damaged ceiling. Apparently they do a little of everything. The roof appears to be better than what it was when it was new. The ceiling was expertly repaired and one can't tell the ceiling was ever repaired. The ceiling came out better than what the way I was told it would come out. I work graveyards so I sleep during the day. The crew was very respectful of the fact that I am a day sleeper and they didn't make any unnecessary noise. They also took measures to protect my property. They covered anything they worked near to avoid damage I would highly recommend using Victory Construction, and I plan on using them again in the future.

Stucco work around the windows was very uneven and messy. Stucco was slopped onto our brand new windows and screens, our cement patio and our patio chairs. After I cleaned up their mess from the stucco work, the next working day they spilled paint once again onto our new windows and screens. I asked that they use drop clothes and plastic to protect where they worked, but they ignored this request. Every day the workers left their lunch trash on site. They never cleaned up after work each day. After alerting the company that their workers were not very good, it took over two months for the supervisors to inspect the work. Victor agreed that the work was not professional. At least he had the courtesy of not charging us the final payment because the work was so bad!
