I've been here a few times but never right when they open. Last Wednesday I was in the area and saw that they opened in five mins. I pulled into the parking lot to wait. I just sat in my car looking at my phone. When I looked up I thought it was comical how many people popped up seemingly out of no where to wait for the doors to open. I've been wanting to get over to try Noah's highly touted philly sub for quite some time. A mid-week appointment downtown had us just down the street so we headed in roughly 45 minutes prior to closing. This is important because DANG this place was packed, you'd have never known it was just about closing time. Service was super friendly and efficient with a revolving door of customers both for sit down dining and outside waiting for to go orders. I went with the bell pepper steak and love that they use provolone on all the phillys over traditional American cheese. Hubs went with the Nick's special, he really enjoyed it but with so many toppings his sandwich seemed to be quite a bit more soggy than mine. We added mozzarella sticks to our order on a whim and since we were already on the slippy slope we added a root beer float to finish the meal. The only real bummer was the float was quite soupy. Not sure if this is the norm? Not worth asking for a correction though staff were already pretty slammed and we were stuffed anyways by the portion sizes of the sandwiches. It's been a LONG time since I've had a quality philly. These sandwich's are a healthy size for the price and are SO GOOD!! We popped into Noah's Ark and were greeted with its expansive menu of so many sandwiches I didn't know where to start. Wait. That's not true. I did know where to start: the mushroom steak with grilled onions. This sandwich was just...YUM. It fulfilled all of my steak sandwich desires in one fell swoop. This is a good-sized sandwich filled with delicious steak, grilled onions, mushrooms and provolone cheese. Heaven on a bun! Kiddos were extremely impressed with the vast selection of milkshakes and malts, and the chicken strips earned my pickiest eater's seal of approval. The restaurant itself was clean and well maintained. The staff was exceedingly friendly and efficient. We will definitely be back. read more

When I lived here 5 years ago, I would have given them a 5 star rating. Now, the food is disgusting. Fish looks like it is just frozen out of the bag and tastes like it, too. Everything looks amazing, wish I could try it all. I'm on a limited diet so I had to stick to the grilled chicken salad but it was delish, and came with lots of toppings. Didn't realize the first time we were there how much this stuff costs. This time ordered an ark burger, chicken Philly, fried zucchini and a butter rum shake. $40. WTF. Philly chicken was horrible, believe the mushrooms were from a can and the chicken was very bland. Now for the ark burger, pretty sure this is a frozen patty, for the price it should be fresh! And the price for a side of fried zucchini, ridiculous! We got 8 small pieces in the order. Butter rum shake was the star for the visit! Don't know why this joint is always so packed, obviously people who go here don't have taste buds and way to much money to waste on mediocre food! Love this little spot. It gives you that old school burger joint feel. Greasy? Yes. But delicious? Absolutely. Their menu is huge with such a wide selection, a little something for everyone. Very friendly greeting upon arrival. Sat down and reviewed the menu. Lots of good looking options. Decided on the Philly steak sandwiches. We had a Nicks special and a classic steak sandwich. I hate to write this bad review of Noah's Ark Restaurant, because they've always been best sandwiches place. My wife and stopped by to get two French Dip sandwiches to go. I know it's late in the evening and we've could have gone to Arby's but we decided we splurge little for the night to get the best sandwiches. When we got home and started to eat our French Dips and it was the worst French Dips sandwiches we ever tasted. Sandwiches were too salty, filed of dried up meat, with a mixture of burnt meat. It looks like the chef left a filed up meat in the grilled and just threwed it in to make a sandwiches, I know we came in late close to closing but that is not excused. This restaurant has a lots of reputation for being a best sandwiches places in Bremerton. This one cook can spoiled the reputation of this place. read more

Loving this place! Their portion are huge and delicious. Been here a couple of times but just haven't write them a good review yet. This place is usually busy during after work hour like around 5-8pm. My new favorite entree is their calamari and chip. It is good and big portion that you can choose to share as well. Local's like this restaurant because its been around for so long, not because of the quality. The food is a short step up from the fast food restaurants. When I read a review that says, "their food is amazing", I just have to laugh. The prices are extremely high for the quality but my biggest gripe is that everything is so incredibly greasy. In my younger days, I could tolerate this but as I've gotten older it just makes me ill.
