I'll give this experience 3 stars because we don't usually go to Noah's bagels but we had a free breakfast sandwich coupon. The sandwich was good nothing special about it. I think I won't be returning unless I have another free sandwich coupon because I can't justify paying $6 and some change for a sandwich that really doesn't fill me up. Also the customer service could of been better. Didn't feel very welcomed. Almost like I was being a bother bringing my business here. Overall I give 3 stars cause at least the coupons are good. I love going to Noah's Bagels until a rude staff told me this morning that my order is not ready and after 10 mins there is no order under my name. Tried to show my order in the app but she was AMAZINGLY RUDE and walked away. Thankfully , somebody went and check the packed online order area and found my name. Went into this place today for the first time. I tried to use the gift card I got through their website to pay but they said "it couldn't be found" in their system. She even tried manually entering it (which she seemed annoyed to do). So despite having a $60 gift card I had to charge my food on my credit card. Totally defeated my purpose for even going there. Not to mention the staff was very unhelpful to the situation. I tried to talk with someone through their customer service when I got home but there is NO Live person we can speak with only an online form to fill out. I saw another customer on yelp had also complained about this very same thing. It's the same person named "Robert B" that responds to all of the yelp complaints at all the locations. It pains me to type this, but the truth is the truth. Although Noah's is clearly a popular place, unless you have nothing to do, I'd recommend almost any other place. Four times now in the interest of saving time, I ordered a bagel through Door Dash pickup. All four times now not only was my order not ready, they hadn't even made it. Evidently there's some glitch in their system which in spite of being aware of, apparently they have made no effort to correct it. They have to retrieve it from the system, then then put it in the queue to be made. But here's where they add insult to injury, they don't put it in front where it should be, it goes to the back of the line behind whoever else has come in or called long after I arrived, let alone placed the order....... but wait, it gets better. The last time my order was made, and without saying a word, it was placed on a table where it sat for some unknown amount of time, and guess what? Yep, cold, disgusting bagel. So now I had to go back in and let them know this. I finally got what I ordered, the way it should have been, but at least 30 minutes had gone by. Customer service is everything, and sadly Noah's fails miserably at it. read more

I already regret my decision to come here. All I wanted was really something to drink as I forgot my tea at home. I'm sitting here and there are at least 50 people in the store. The lady who assisted me was incredibly rude and didn't get my name right. All I ordered was a toasted blueberry bagel (which I now expect to wait 30+ minutes for and for it to be burnt) with nothing on it. One of the workers called out an order name (which sounded like mine), the original lady who helped me grabs it from my hand and says it's not my order. Well for one, you didn't get my name right to being with and the name called sounded a lot like what my name is commonly mistaken for. All in all I should have just walked across the street to Starbucks like I had originally planned. I will never come back to this place. Update: asked a worked how much longer it would be and he said there was 6 orders ahead of mine. I told him to fuck off and cancel the bagel. Most of the bagels are really good. However the service couldn't be worse. I placed an order and it took 30 minutes through DoorDash. I had to go so I told them politely that I would have to cancel the order unfortunately. This very angry lady raised her voice and said the order was placed 5 minutes ago, and shoved the order at me. It seemed like they were standing around. Every time I come in here I'm greeted by a worker who just stares at me and says nothing. I say hi, and nothing. Then they act like mindless zombies as I have to shout everything I want to them as they can't hear or understand anything I say. Then they get my bagels as slow as humanly possible. And this is if I'm lucky enough to have my existence there acknowledged. There's been times I walk in and there's six people working there and no one says anything to me for several minutes and I'm the only one in there. UNBELIEVABLE, first of all they don't answer the phone (there were people that could have), then I had to get their app which is EXTREMELY DIFFICULT to do any order in, then I placed my order. It said to get there in 10-15 minutes. After waiting 25 minutes I went in and was told oh the app doesn't work right! And the cashier just shrugged her shoulders. At this point I was done waiting and was going to call my credit card company, as I'm backing up to leave a girl comes out and hands me my order. The craziest experience I've ever had in my life. Got the Avocado Veg Out and it's supposed to come with avocado, tomato, sprouts, spinach, lettuce, cucumber, red onion, pickle, and chips. When I opened my sandwich it was just avocado and spinach. Like ????? So THEN I go back in and say all the things that are missing on it and the cashier grabs my sandwich back and with their dirty money gloves just puts 1 cucumber slice and red onion on it and hands it back to me. So I STILL only got half the veggies that were supposed to go on it and no chips. And now I have to eat a sandwich that we're made with dirty cashier gloves. Insane. read more

I ordered three bagels, two with no cream cheese just as is and one with cream cheese not toasted and walked out with my order 30 mins later. As a note, make sure you drive around the side of the building for curbside pickup. If you follow the directions in the app and turn your hazard lights on, they won't see you if you're parked at the entrance and they won't come out and look for you. Also, make sure they gave you everything in your order. They forgot to give us our smears when we left and we had to drive back. Other than that, appreciate that they are at least trying to do curbside service and open on Labor Day. Thank you! My first inclination was to leave a low star review, but we're dealing with Covid right now and I believe businesses need a break and we need to show more support. Recently tried their Southwestern Grilled Chicken Salad ($8.99) Grilled chicken breast, roasted corn and black bean salsa, diced tomatoes, cheddar cheese & topped with spicy smoky chipotle vinaigrette and crisp tortilla chips. The salad was pretty good and filling and I really liked the chipotle vinaigrette. My meal came with a giant cookie (see picture)... I was too stuffed to eat it though. I did have a bite of it the next day, a tad too sweet for my palate. Overall good service (they delievred it to our work for a whopping $5 delivery fee - lol!) and decent food. read more

I give you four stars because your bagels are the best I can get in Livermore. But, please, get my order right. I come here a few times a week and order the same thing every time. "Onion bagel, double toasted with plain cream cheese and a small coffee, for here". In my last three visits I've gotten it packed up 'to go' twice and light cream cheese (yuk) once resulting in two remakes. I love you Noah's, I really do, but why so many order mistakes with a pretty simple order? I don't want it to go. Ever. I come here all the time and I've never taken it with me. After I got to my destination, when I unwrapped that sandwhich what was on it? One tomatoe, one slice of cucumber, some onion, and a couple of pieces of spinach. Every Friday for the last month I have received a free bagel (I usually bring it home and make a bagel sandwich), and yesterday my hubby and I both got a free bagel and shmear. Literally the definition of Garbage! It took me about 30 minutes to get a damn bagel. Are you serious. It's honestly ridiculous how slow they are at this location. They prioritize phone orders over people who actually order at the store. Even with all that it takes them about 30+ minutes to finish your order. If you think I'm exaggerating because I possibly ordered a gourmet bagel well yes I did but my friends ordered a simple bagel and cream cheese before me and guess how long it took for them to literally just put a spread on a bagel and give it to you.... yup 30 minutes. Is every Noah's heavy handed? Here, have a bagel with your butter. I mean honestly, I love copious amounts of butter just as much as the next person...but this amount was way too much. But to be fair, all the other Noah's I've been too, do this with schmear. It was a busy Sunday morning and the time it took to get our order reflected that. Its to be expected on a weekend morning, but it seemed slightly extreme this time. The line to order the carb goodness seemed to be the clog, more so than the people making the food. Plus the employee didn't understand that all I wanted was a Choco Chip bagel cut in half. Instead I got one cut into quarters. No harm no foul, just wasted time and energy by another employee. Do yourself a favor & skip Noah's next time you're cravin' bagels... I've been a long standing (4+ years) customer/bagel fan since I've lived in Livermore. I like to support local biz and they actually have an edge since they're the only "bagel shop" in town... So you would expect incredible selection and service right? I do. and this locale falls short. On my recent (and last) visit here, I walked in about 3 PM (hour before close that day) and stood standing unattended for a solid 1-2 minutes. Finally, a longtime team member (Rick?) bolts thru the door off of his lunch? apologizes & finds someone to take my order. As I usually do, I asked the woman making my order for a "cup" of deli- style mustard on the side to go. She then picks up the bottle for it, shakes it, squeezes it, it's obviously empty....and then Rick says to her, "get a new bottle" to which she proclaims "no! this is fine" He then apologizes to me and asks if I'd like more. What is going on here? I walked in, nobody in line, and I stopped at the bagel glass case. I'm trying to figure out what 6 bagels I'm going to get. There are SEVEN employees behind the counter, all working that I can tell. A shorter older lady standing at the register says something to me. I walk toward her and she walks away. I walk back to the glass case and look some more. I now realize I must have to look toward one of the 7 employees to get one to take my order. Nothing. They ignore me. The old cashier then calls me again from the register but throws her arms up like "are you coming over here". I almost lost it. I said I'm trying to see what I want from over at the glass case. She didn't say anything but then walked toward the case, looking irritated. I got what I wanted but was half a second from yelling at that lady. I understand if I walk in and want ONE thing for myself, I can probably just say that at the register, but if I'm ordering for many people, I might not be able to do that. She didn't understand that apparently. She needs to go because I'm not the only one she is doing this to. I would seem as though the others had a job as they were all doing something.
