Have visited Bagel Street 3-4 times before reviewing. How consistent they've been is why they are getting my vote. I've ordered pizza bagel, sandwich bagel, plain with cream cheese, lox sandwich and no matter what I've ordered, it's been a good bagel. Lunch time could be a little hectic, especially if you're driving and looking for parking. There is also sometimes a line but the staff is quick and courteous. I've never had an issue with anything I've ordered. Def would love to be there more than once a week but since my favorite is the fresh lox sandwich, I can't afford to come in more than once in a while! I've been a regular customer at Bagel Street Cafe in Dublin, but unfortunately the experience has gone downhill lately. The staff often seems rushed and doesn't really take the time to listen to what you're ordering. It feels like they're trying to move the line as fast as possible, which I understand, but it has resulted in our orders being messed up far too many times. The employees also look overwhelmed, especially when there's a long line, and that stress shows in the service. Today was especially disappointing. My entire order was wrong -- all three bagels were made on the wrong bagel type. We ended up parking near a supermarket which was just within walking distance. The place is not that big but it has several tables. Once you get to the front to order, you will notice all the bagels they are offering. I also saw several muffins. There's a lot of sandwiches on their menu. We ordered their chicken salad Supreme on a Dutch crunch. The Dutch Crunch has an extra charge but we like it that we didn't mind the extra charge. We also got their combo with a bag of chips and a soda The sandwich is very generous and huge. The chicken salad was delicious and tasted fresh. We enjoyed our lunch and were glad to stop by here. This small cafe offers the best bagel sandwiches in the Dublin/Pleasanton area. We ate here 3 times during the one week we were in town visiting family. Although it's located in a strip mall, the parking spaces are tight and always full. Fortunately, there's plenty of parking around the corner and a short walk. Upon entering the cafe, there is a small selection of juices and fortified water. To the left, there's a seating area that's clean and filled with natural light. Service is always great here since everyone I've ever interacted with was always nice and attentive. The inside is nice to eat but I prefer outside since there's a nice table in the shade or in front where the sun is shining. This is my go to spot as well if I want to get different assortments of cream cheese. Hair in my bagel. Went back the next day and they weren't apologetic about it, and their attitude was a bit off putting, but at least they gave me my money back. I was on my way to work which is why I couldn't go right back and they told me I should've called, but I didn't have time for that.
