This is our usual bagel shop and we've been going there for my entire life. It's a solid bagel shop but there's def better places (just farther away) but we like our local Noah's. This time we got the turkey sandwich on a bagel and the pizza bagel on a pretzel pizza The turkey sandwich was good and there was a lot of turkey but we had to take some out cuz it was hard to eat (but this is not really a problem) The pizza bagel would have been really good but the top piece was very salty... I have been coming here a lot of the weekdays to get the bakers dozen for my coworkers. It is 13 bagels and 2 cream cheese shmears and they open at 5:30am, so I always put my mobile order in right at 5:30am. I love the variety of bagels here and the delicious egg bagel sandwiches (ham, egg, and Swiss) is my fav. I definitely recommend ordering ahead on the mobile app because you get points which turn into rewards. The weekends they are pretty busy but they are pretty efficient and customer service is always great. The only thing I am not a huge fan of is their cold brew coffees because they tasted weird, however their blended iced drinks are very good! read more

I haven't been to Noah's Bagels in several years, but we went here to pick up a light, easy-to-store brunch to eat after outdoor laser tag. We got a couple baker's dozen boxes (13 bagels and 2 cream cheese spreads) to-go, and it was relatively fast to get the bagels picked out and sliced. My favorite is the jalapeno cheddar bagels which costs a little extra. We should've ordered more of those as they were very popular. The plain bagels are not as good as they used to be (a little less well-done so so less flavor), but still decently good. And there's less cheese on the Asiago bagel, but it's nice that it doesn't cost extra versus the standard bagels. read more

I haven't been to Noah's in a very long time and after today most likely won't again, unless it's the only option. I arrived around 10:30 am on a Saturday, and there was no line. I looked at their display of bagels and was somewhat underwhelmed with the choices. There was a decent variety, but nothing was really calling my name based on the looks, and nothing was out of the box different. I went with the Avocado Veggie Bagel with one egg, on a sesame bagel. After the sticker shock of the price $9+ I was hopeful it would be chock full of veggies for the price. Not so much. Mind you, there's no meat and no cheese on this bagel. I got it home and was even more underwelmed when I saw the bagel. The avocado is some type of mashed spread and is nearly non-existent. Avocado is the big named ingredient of the bagel! The egg was pretty much undetectable. I'm guessing when you get breakfast sandwiches from small business bagel shops, you get two eggs because you can actually see it and taste it. The tomato spread was good, and the bagel itself was ok, but overall, this was not worth $10 (after $2 tip), did not inspire me to say 'this is so good', and would not make me want to come back. :( Last week, a coworker mentioned people are tired of Noah's at meetings, and now I know why. The only reason I still go there is because my family likes the bagels. But oh boy, after today, I'm never going back! When I walked in, the store was busy but there was no line, the cashier guy was busy texting and I said hi but he didn't say anything. Been quite a few years since I had Noah's, and while I was driving around the area, decided to grab a quick morning bite. I got an asiago bagel with cream cheese. Pretty pricy imo at $4. There weren't too many people either, so I was surprised it took quite some time for the bagel + cream cheese to get out. By the time I got home (less than10 min), the bagel was a bit on the staler side already, but still edible. Parking is easy to find in the plaza. Bad customer service my first time there went in the two ladies at the register one with blonde hair spoke. Spanish was very rude to me. I was helping my son move home for the summer from college and he insisted (demanded) we go to Noah's for their cheese bagel. We're from Chicago in an area with decent bagels but the best bagels I've had were always from New York. However, after eating TWO cheese bagels, back-to-back, it's safe to say amazing bagels can be found on the west coast at Noah's! I also had the lox sandwich (to go) and it was delicious as well - not too salty, crisp red onions with dots of capers nestled in the creamiest of cream cheese bookended by the chewy warmth of a fresh plain bagel. I have been getting bagels here for many weeks and I am completely satisfied with the quality and service . But today I am little disappointed !!! The gentleman in the counter was mopping the floor in his bare hands and went to grab bagels when I ordered . I politely told him that he didn't wash his hands . Noah's made me a terrible power whites sandwich. I asked for a little smear and they smothered it on so thick that my sandwich was a gooey mess. This review is for the Noah's Bagel located in El Paseo De Saratoga in the shopping plaza of Saratoga and Campbell Avenue. I have been coming here for years and I am very surprised that I never did a review on Noah's. I have known the manager Tim for many years and the employees that have been with him. Every time that I've come here the bagels are baked perfectly and the quality of the meats and Lox are far surpass any other restaurant that I have experienced. The tomatoes,lettuce and other items are always fresh-never wilted. it is always a pleasure to see a familiar face (full Covid compliance) making my sandwich such as Claudia or having Sandra or Laura baking the bagels. Now there are some past negative reviews about Tim (Manager) and the operation but honestly I have nothing but praise for him. He has managed this store for years and has hired many people to work it during this Covid. You can come in at 5:30 AM and there's usually several people waiting to get in. I am always thanked and the product is always perfect! Honestly, I have no complaints. The primary reason I go to this Noah's is because of the quality. There are other bagel places in the area that do an outstanding job as far as the bagel goes but the quality of the Lox/meats are just not up to par with Noah's. The one final thing that I'd like to mention is their rewards app. It is the best I have ever seen. Almost every day I come in there is always a reward for me such as a free coffee free upgrade etc I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this business! read more

It is best to order on the app as the rewards are actually pretty good and you do not have to wait to order and can just pick it up. The bacon, avocado, and tomato egg sandwich is so fire and the sauce on it is so good too. It is a relatively cheap meal as ordering on the app makes it about $6-7. I also really like the strawberry cream cheese on the chocolate chip or blueberry bagel. The interior is kind of New York themed and there are a good amount of tables and chairs. I've been going primarily to this location for 15 years. The service has always been exceptional. I let the staff know this regularly. The look and feel is similar to other Noah's bagels - clean and roomy. Since I go there 2-3 times, sometimes more, per week, the staff knows what I want and expertly prepares it for me quickly. The food is great as well. Over the years, there was only one issue that I brought to the attention of management. In short, my comment was seen and heard, and the matter was addressed promptly. Ordered online then came in to pick it up. Waited for 30 minutes past when my order was supposed to be ready - checking for email notification, listening for my name, and checking the pick up area. Finally I go up to ask where my order is and someone grabs a bag from behind the counter and gives it to me. According to them there is no notification, no call out - I'm just supposed to keep asking for it until it's ready. Not sure why some orders are put on the pick up and some are not. I love Noah's bagels. The bagels are always fresh, the staff is friendly, and they have many choices to select from. I normally get 2 eggs on a toasted sesame bagel with spinach and avocado. It's simple, clean, and delicious - a great meal to have after a morning workout. One thing that's a little odd (which they can't really do much about) is how when the line gets long and people have to wait next to the tables, and you're basically just standing next to people while they eat. But like I mentioned, that's not something they control - long lines means it's a good place to check out and be at. The only other thing is that the last time I went, I noticed many dark particles in my cup of water (and I've been to this particular store before and never experienced that), but perhaps this was a one off type of thing. I'm not a bagel fan, but my colleague suggested me to try Noah's Cheddar Jalapeño Bagel. I ordered two of these - one as cream cheese bagel and another one as egg n cheese bagel. It broke my conception of bagel being dry and chewy. The texture of bagels at Noah's is quite different than I was used to. It has some crisp edges like croissant whereas soft as like a bread. I'd surely try this place again to see what other things amuse me. I'm not very sure about pricing though, these 2 bagels costed me somewhere about $10 which probably is on higher end than normal bagels, but these ones are must try. read more

I double checked my watch then compared to the business hour sign on front door that says Mon-Fri: 5:30-5:00. I then tried to knock on door because I heard chitchat from the kitchen. NOBODY. I knocked again and again. Nobody bothered to check the front door. After 10 mins a lady had to go to the front to do something and I tried to knock harder. She didn't even hear! I swear she should have her ears checked at some point! I was upset and knocked for the last time. She was almost back to the kitchen then sticked half of her buttock and right forearm pointing to the door where there is a paper sticked by tape says "No employees mgr Do&@$ Deliveries".
