My review is for the vegan options, which are extremely limited. I understand they're not a vegan business, but if you do offer vegan options, I'd expect them to be made with the same level of care as the non-vegan items. I dropped by after dinner with my family. As they loaded up their tray, I walked around looking for vegan options. I found two items displayed near the register: Gluten-Free Vegan Coffee Cake Mini Loaf and the Gluten-Free Vegan Double Chocolate Chip Mini Loaf. Note: Their website mentions they also have a Vegan Chocolate Chip Muffin and a Vegan Blueberry Muffin, but I didn't see them during my visit. The Plain Baguette is also vegan. I tried both mini loafs, but unfortunately, I wasn't impressed with either. The texture was too sandy, the loaf was dry, and the flavor was lacking. Traditionally, a coffee cake is moist, buttery, and has warm spices like cinnamon with a crunchy streusel topping. This was lacking cinnamon and the topping didn't add texture. When I think of a double chocolate chip mini loaf, I imagine something rich, sweet, and chocolatey. This was not moist or rich, and the chocolate cake lacked depth. The only saving grace was the chocolate chips, but the actual cake texture wasn't enjoyable enough to finish it. As a vegan, I wouldn't shop here again. In fact, I'd rather have Abe's coffee cake or brownies from the grocery store than this bakery's vegan options. This is for the Cupertino location. I walked in at 4pm and was really disappointed with what I got. I remember fondly when Paris Baguette originally opened up around here. I was very excited as Korean pastries were still relatively new to the area. This place used to be delicious and I love going there because the pastries were relatively expensive and always fresh and tasty. Today was not what I remember. Waited in a a long line and paid a lot of money for really really mediocre pastries. They may have been good at one point, but Paris Baguette used to be really good about cycling out anything that wasn't absolutely fresh. Everything I bought today it tasted like it was over a day old. It was hard stale and had none of that fresh yeasty bread flavor that Paris Baguette used to be known for. I love that you can also order their cakes on the app, without having to call in. Their workers are generally pretty nice, and they do offer to heat up your pastries if you want when you pick it up. This location has outdoor seating as well as indoor seating, so it was nice to be able to sit outside with my dogs. It's in a large plaza with plenty of parking, so you won't have any trouble. I've tried their salt bread, which needed more butter and just taste like a decent dinner roll. Everything else though was good. Their coffee croissant was delicious, but slightly too sweet due to all the icing and filling. Their limited edition Biscoff cake slice was amazing if you love cookie butter it was thick and fudgy. And you can't go wrong with their strawberry fresh cream cake, which is usually really light and fluffy with a not too sweet cream that Asian families can enjoy. I've only had the experience of a dry cake, one time, possibly because it was sitting out for too long? Came in this morning April 4, 2026 at approximately 7:28 am to order a coffee and it was a really bad experience highly disappointed. I only come here once a month to pick up coffee then I go to the De Anza College flea market. I ordered and the workers helped like 4-5 customers after me but not one ever makes the coffee. About 10-12 minutes roll by the worker makes eye contact with me and continues to do not sure what (no customers other than myself waiting) Doesn't make a coffee at all then the workers chase one another goofing around like little kids in the establishment. I just end up going to the cashier to ask for a refund since no one is bothering to make the coffee. Even when I asked for a refund after waiting for almost 15 minutes of nothing they don't even bother to offer making it or anything. Will no longer shop there. Didn't catch the cashiers name the one who took my order but it was the one in the first register closes at to the cake display with braided hair young female. The one who approved the refund was Tania M. Pastries are average - mostly just sweet and not particularly like the advertised flavor (either muted, like the peanut butter Madeleine which just tastes like a normal Madeleine, or the artificial taste shines through e.g. pistachio or tangerine cream on the mochi donuts). The mochi donuts themselves have a decently chewy consistency though. For some items like the strawberries and cream peanut roll, this location seems extremely stingy about the ingredients put in. What should be a thick layer of strawberry spread and cream (which I've had at other locations, where the spread was spilling out) is a layer so thin here that the entire $5 item tastes like plain sweet bread. Cakes are also okay - they aren't "stale" per se but the cream and cake both have a manufactured flavor. I definitely prefer the flavor of Tous Les Jours even if those cakes may be factory-made too. I've never had the normal bread loaves so can't comment on how stale they may be, considering other reviews read more

We want to thank Cassy and all involved in making our family event a success with your sandwiches and cream cheese pastries. We had a family event scheduled for 1/14 and needed over 100 sandwiches and pastries. We were able to arrange a meeting with Cassy, the senior lead staff member, a week prior to discuss our order. She was very helpful in showing us all the sandwich options and how to make the order on line. We were able to discuss the time line they needed to fulfill the order as well. On the morning of the event, we picked up 4 boxes of a mix of ham and cheese as well as turkey baguettes. The sandwiches were cut in to 1/4 size pieces, individually wrapped and rested on individual liners (like a cupcake liner). In addition we added over 100 cream cheese pastries. They came in small paper trays that held 6 pastries each. All were neatly boxed and packaged. We received many positive comments about the sandwiches and pastries at our event. Our guests praised that the size of the sandwiches saying they were perfect for eating throughout the day's event and that they were delicious; especially the ham and cheese baguettes. The pastries were "tasty morsels" as one of our guests described. We are so glad to have gone to Paris Baguette Cupertino for our catering needs. My company was looking for a place that caters sandwiches and other delicious treats for a large gathering of customers and partners at a venue in Cupertino. A week before my daughters surprised me with a Birthday Cake and she mentioned how nice and helpful the staff was, especially the store manager. I also think franchise places are all the same, but when I came over to order the catering I was pleasantly surprised. The staff was super helpful and the manager came out and personally discussed the options with me. Since we were hosting 150 people I wanted to make sure everything went smoothly. The manager was very and patient, explaining the sandwich options and different pairings. She even recommended some dessert trays that would be tasty and presentable at the luncheon. Overall, I wanted to give a shout out to the PB Cupertino store because it was a bakery but they provided high class fine dining experience. Cupertino is my childhood city, and whenever possible I plan to go there over some other PB or other store choices. A big thank you to the staff.
