I've been here a few times, and I feel like the Yelp rating should be higher than what it's showing. They have a variety of selection for bagels and interesting combinations. I recently tried their Maplehouse Egg Sandwich. It was very reminiscent of the McGriddle sandwich from McDonald, but elevated. I did enjoy my sandwich and I'll definitely be coming back. They were well staffed, and very efficient. I only had to wait around 5 mins for my food. They also have a restroom, and seatings are outdoor. One thing to note, I do understand that their bagel cost a bit more than others, but I personally feel that the quality of the ingredients are there. I have tried western bagel and this place as the two bagel known places in Santa Clarita valley. I was expecting this place to be like Panera bread but with bagels. It was not. The interior is very nice. The decoration on the inside with the black and white tiles make a great design. There is a bathroom and a billboard with the menu. Prices are steep for what you are receiving. The bagel I ordered was a jalapeño bagel with brisket. It was $10 for the cheaper option of 1 egg. The bagel itself? Small. Very small and when I compare the bagel between this place and the western bagel. The bagel here is smaller. The taste is great, but for $10 it is overpriced and I am disappointed with the value. What a shame. Service was fast and decent. The employees were not hateful at the job and were quick to deliver. There were only three customers so maybe it is worse if there are a lot on the weekend. I went on lunch hour and surprised nobody came. The items are unique and I don't think other places you can get these ingredients. The pricing however, needs to be adjusted because there is no way this bagel should cost $10. I would adjust even with inflation to be around $6 for what you are getting. This includes a decent profit margin but also what it is worth to the customer. I don't know if I would come back. The quantity and quality seem to be lower than I expected and it was a huge minus. read more

Being from NY bagels are all about the water being used...it's like the pizza! I am a bagel snob...I admit it...so there! The service was amazing, I was helped out by a very enthusiastic employee who seemed happy to be there. He then went on to ask about my day, I walked in expecting a bagel and came out with feeling great. The atmosphere was pretty nice. It was very clean, organized and everything was fully restocked. If I were picking up a lemonade, I would have no problem doing so. The sandwich I got (Power Egg White) was very good. I will start by sharing... I placed my order close to closing on my APP @ 1:00PM for a P/U - 1:30PM / 1:45PM. When I arrived a young man was packing my order, I asked if he sliced my begals (Per my request)? He said yes, and then dumped them into a slicer. When I arrived home to separate & freeze half the box, I only found 12 with 2 begals so crumbled / smashed I had to trash them, half still were not sliced, and I did not receive the products I requested. If they did not have the products I requested or did not want to complete my order based on my online order. All they had to do was reach-out to me, and confirm the reason of cancelation of order. Just a FYI - I would order ahead for (Corporate Breakfasts - Average dollar spent $180.00) training meetings for my clients. I stopped that because they would always mess-up the orders, never supply napkins & cutlery or help care-out all the boxes to my auto. We have been there 3 times in the last 6 weeks. We are huge fans of Noahs and been to many of them over many years. Each time we have been to this location the service and food has been sub par. There have always been 5-6 staff members working, but none of them friendly or helpful. The food is not nearly as good as their other stores and saw several others complain to the staff. The breakfast sandwich was cold, coffee out, and barely any cream cheese on several bagels. We have given it a fair shake, but will not return to this particular store. So much potential and the store is busy, just needs a staff that is happy to have a job and understand they are there to serve the customer. The store is not filthy, but it's a long way from clean. The staff were all "busy", but not cleaning or helping customers. Unless you're watching the employees assemble your sandwich or bagel, there's a very strong likelihood it will be missing either 1) an advertised ingredient (bacon or yes, your two eggs), 2) wrong bagel (a French toast bread is wayyyy different than an everything bagel- one literally is covered in seeds and the other isn't ...), , 3) no smear despite paying $ for more, 4) sloppy presentation (not kidding, sides ordered that weren't even wrapped or put in a food sleeve, just thrown in a bag with other items floating around the place, 5) wrong sandwich. Considering the thin paper quality of their to-go bags, it's unsanitary and leaks happen). I keep giving them a chance because on a good day the foods great and the black coffee is amazing, but the constant inconsistent quality of service or food really doesn't justify eating here anymore). Never know what kind of sandwich you're going to get when you unwrap the packaging. read more

We ordered the new double stack bagels on 6 cheese bagel, the Texas brisket egg sandwich on a sesame seed bagel & the Ham & Swiss egg sandwich on a classic bagel. All 3 bagels were sized very generously and it was very filling to keep you going all morning and afternoon! My family loved this place more than Western Bagels by far. The workers were so nice & were explaining the reason for the hold up to all new customers walking in so it wa very considerate. They were so quick too, our bagels came out in maybe 5 minutes. The store is very small and there is no seating inside, but outside you can find some tables and chairs. It's more of a pick up and go kinda place! read more

I stopped by Noah NY Bagel this morning to get a bagel before my wife graduation ceremony. This place is near College of the Canyons so it worked out great for me. Finding parking was easily because I came after the morning rush if they were busy. When I walked into the store, I took a quick look at their bagel selection and went with the plain bagel. I asked if they put the creme cheese for you and they told me they do so I asked for it on the side. I ate my bagel outside since they had some tables there. Terrible wait times & terrible food. Bagels: I ordered the turkey sausage egg & cheese bagel & the blt bagel. Wait time took over 30 min just to receive two dry tasteless bagels. The sausage in the sausage bagel looked old & like it was tossed in the microwave & the blt did not taste like a blt at all. The menu says thick slices of bacon but what I got was one tiny thin slice of sad bacon. Both items tasted like they needed seasoning & an upgrade in quality. Horrible experience today 3/30/25 I ordered 5 bagels they charge extra for eggs and they forgot to put eggs on two of my bagels and they all look half made. I did a pick up order and when I got there it was a small rush maybe 7 customers you can tell the (4) employees were so overwhelmed. Unprofessional environment. Once I realized my order was messed up I called and the employee told me they were super busy with a big line and they had to put me on hold. I was waiting for 5 minutes then hung up. I'm just disappointed because at the end of the day customers are paying for a meal they expect to enjoy I should've just asked for plain bagels at this point.
