Horrible experience today 3/30/25 I ordered 5 bagels they charge extra for eggs and they forgot to put eggs on two of my bagels and they all look half made. I did a pick up order and when I got there it was a small rush maybe 7 customers you can tell the (4) employees were so overwhelmed. Unprofessional environment. Once I realized my order was messed up I called and the employee told me they were super busy with a big line and they had to put me on hold. I was waiting for 5 minutes then hung up. I'm just disappointed because at the end of the day customers are paying for a meal they expect to enjoy I should've just asked for plain bagels at this point. Ian is fantastic! I stopped going to Noah's for a long time because the service was so bad and no one would answer the phone in the past. To my delight, Ian answered the phone and took my special order over the phone and explained to me how to order online. When I arrived, the crew greeted me with a warm smile and a hello. My husband and I have been going here the last few years. We've noticed it's going down hill lately. The employees are unprofessional. We've seen the employees on their phones behind the counter, some having zero customer service skills, and today...two of the employees talking about how they "had" to come to work sick today (and they were the two people making the food). Gross. Another negative is our food never seems to be consistent. Things are missing, poor quality, and today...my husband's bagel sandwich didn't even have cream cheese on it. We've been to other Noah's locations but this one upsets me. Service has no sense of urgency. One of the workers who was making the food had a red nose and kept sniffling and wiping his nose on his arm, which was unsanitary. The lady who was working the register moved extremely slowly seeing that the place was getting busier. THIS HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE FOOD - yes Noah's known for their bagels and I agree, they're great, but the service trumps this experience. Hope it gets better. read more

Amazing workers. Had a group of 8 come in and ordered a lot of food. Thankfully the staff working was on top of things. Didn't catch their names, but it was around 11:30 so whoever was working that shift did great! After watching Noah's Bagels in a steady decline over the years, a revolving door of terrible managers and staff who couldn't care less; I can happily say they have finally turned it around! The new manager Ian, has done such a fantastic job of training the staff and managing the store the right way! Every time I come in I see a smile on his face, a warm greeting and showing his staff by his own example of excellent service quality. The staff have all been wonderful and consistency has improved from a C- to an A+. I can certainly tell I'm not the only one who thinks the same. The line out the door speaks volumes and Ian is the reason. Ian has definitely cleaned house! Prior to Ian taking over, I had to scrutinize every order and could count on something being wrong and was made to feel like "That lady who always complains". The only thing I ever asked was for my order to be correct and I never ordered anything fancy or made ridiculous requests. Now that Ian and the new staff have taken over EVERY order has been perfect and I can count on my order being correct! It is wonderful to see a young man such as Ian, who takes pride in service quality and a commitment to leading a well trained staff. He is a shining example of what a good Leader is and was exactly what Noah's Valencia was in desperate need of. I normally don't have a problem with this place. Today (6/3/22), was a different story. I placed an order through DoorDash at 9:45 am. I guess someone decided to buy out the whole store today because when the driver got there at around 9:55 am, he had to wait 15 minutes before the store could tell him what I ordered (Nova Lox Sandwich) wasn't available. No plain bagel available, no nova lox. I asked him to check whether they had the farmhouse. Nope. In fact, he showed me a picture that there were practically only about 8 unknown type bagels available. They should have just closed the store for the rest of the day. Not many Noah's Bagels around in SoCal, so I like coming here to get some fresh bagels. They can be a bit chewy at times but they are a-ok. Kinda wish there were more flavor options as well with cheese. I do like the 15 bagel box that also holds 2 cream cheese containers. Super easy to carry out. read more

This is a favorite for my family, but when I came here I was not super impressed. The bagels were okay, not great and the one I got was kind of flat. Service was okay as well, not great, not super friendly, the person who helped us neglected to give us our coffee cups, but there were right there so I told her and grabbed the cups. They had about five varieties of coffee but a pretty small area for it so kind of crowded. The tables were not abundant and the inside area to eat was cramped and sort of dirty because we had to clean our own table off to sit and eat. The tile floor and close quarters also made it very noisy. I guess to go would be better, but first time here and think I will ask the fam-bam to get me a to go bagel when they return. read more

It has been awhile when I got to get bagels again. We ordered 1 French toast with cream cheese, 2 jalapeño with jalapeño cream cheese. I was waiting for more than 15 minutes and the girl just left the bag there without saying for who. I needed to asked another worker if they are mine. She said: this is the ones with the French toast. I asked her: oh, which ones? She said: it is all wrapped, so I don't know!!! We got home, I opened my bagels and looked what I got burned bagels. This bagel spot was a 10/10. Ian was super helpful. As soon as we walked in, Ian greeted us and informed us of what bagels are in stock and which have run out. As for ordering, we got in and out very quickly. The service was fast and just as I requested. The food itself was really tasty. We got the Chorizo Avocado Bagel and the Ham and Swiss Bagel. It was delicious! I also got a warm chocolate chip cookie and wow, it was delicious. The cookie is big and is super chunky! I occasionally visit Noahs, but after my most recent trip this morning I wont be going back. I got there around 7:15, placed an order, and sat down outside. After a few minutes of waiting, I attempted to get up but my shorts got caught in their broken chair and ripped. I'm lucky I didn't cut myself as the metal was flared upwards. I don't expect Noah's to do anything about that, but personally I wont be visiting this store ever agin. I then bent the metal in the opposite direction as to be less threatening, but I was still really upset that my new shorts had literally just ripped I then went inside to pick up my order and to let one of the employees know about their chair. As I am telling the girl behind the counter about their broken chair, she rolls her eyes at me and walks away. For context, I didn't ask for any kind of compensation for my meal or my shorts, I literally only told her about their dangerous metal chair. After the eye roll and her walking away from me I gave up. Its not worth it to me. The only thing I can do is no longer be a customer. I flipped the chair upside down and put it to the side as to discourage people from sitting in it, but Im sure someone has picked it up and set it by a table. It's now past over an hour and 20 mins the order was promised it would be ready. They didn't even bother to give a courtesy call letting us know it would not be ready .. very disappointing I've emailed their customer support requesting a refund ( they do not have a telephone number, it appears to be email contact only) ** UPDATE to my previous post- the customer support responded back quickly and extended partial refund.
