I went at lunch time and got a vermicelli bowl w. Lemon grass tofu and broth side. It is served to you in a bowl almost like miso soup. Great pho here. We got the oxtail pho and the broth is clear, well-seasoned, and the spices come through. The oxtail was actually cooked perfectly, it's tender and comes off the bone easily. Fish sauce wings were good, a tad on the dryer side but came out really crispy! I docked off a point for the banh mi and the boba. The banh mi has all the components, good bread, butter mayo, veggies, pate, but the meats were just ok, not the best quality, especially for the price point. Sat fast even though they were busy but we knew we were ready for it walking past people with delicious looking bowls of pho ! Another great example of pho but missing on a few key areas for me. Love the fresh herbs from the sliced onions, green onions, cilantro, fresh bean sprouts, but missing Thai basil, I mean 1 strand? The noodles are what you would expect, chewy, nice bounce, and I really appreciate the amount of meat. It's over 6-7 oz as advertised so that is nice. Good slices of brisket, flank, and more. All fresh meats and noodles. The soup on the other hand, is wayyyyyy to salty, it tasted like a salt bomb, maybe too much fish sauce was added. To me when I taste pho soup that is that salty, it's hard for me to assume it's a fresh soup that was made from scratch and if it was, it wouldn't be that salty. Taste like the salt level from a Campbells chicken noodle soup. I would assume it's maybe from a powder based but who knows? *Don't order from Postmates -- prices are marked up like crazy. Order delivery directly from the restaurant -- easy via their website and cheaper too! Solid pho. Ordered from a nearby town without good pho options. We recently moved from Houston (which has fantastic Vietnamese food in general) and thus far, this is the closest in quality. I had the brisket, meatball, and shrimp. The meatball was tasty and the shrimp was perfectly cooked. I do wish the brisket was more tender (it was a bit tough). My husband did order extra limes with his and instead, received one dry/shriveled lime. What's up with that? No biggie though since it was a free upgrade. I gave him my lime. Came in to try this place out while doing some homework. The WiFi is fast and secure which is a plus!! The staff is sweet and friendly. The food is GREAT! The chicken was fried perfectly, crispy and juicy! Full of flavor. The pho was good as well (standard tasty beef pho broth) the only thing k would do differently is have the noodles to the side ( my fault I should've asked in advance) I don't like how the noodles make the soup taste pasty after a while. A lot of people have probably thought that Noble Pho is somehow associated with Pho Phuong Luu aka Pho Noble. They are not owned by the same people but Noble Pho did in fact buy the recipe from PPL. The pho taste is similar but not exact. They use the same meatballs as PLL but it is sometimes more tender pending the day. Their fish sauce chicken wings was really good. It was deep fried with a nice crunchy layer and tossed with a nice fish sauce glaze. What I did not like was their spring rolls. I tried the Nem Nuong and the Char Sui. They add pickled daikon and carrots which really is overpowering everything in the spring roll and doesn't go well with the peanut sauce. Service is fairly good given that you are given a buzzer that is on the table that notifies the staff when you want to order to pay. This place is very convenient for me compared to PPL . If I'm craving Pho and don't want to do the drive to PPL, I'll stop by Noble Pho. They do offer other rice plates and vermicelli bowls which I definitely want to try! read more

Fun Fact: I once went on a Phởcation with friends trying a different Phở Restaurant each time. From Pflugerville to South Austin. I noticed this place and at first sighed and said - ugh another chain restaurant - but luckily I was wrong. This is not a chain restaurant and actually had a pretty cool story behind it. The phở was PHởNOMENAL! I had brisket and flank as my two meats. Along with fried egg rolls which are 2 generous pieces (not the super tiny ones) The egg rolls were PERFECT and came with dipping sauce (nước mắm) which was perfect in sweetness level. The egg rolls themselves were not over-fried, when I say perfect I mean perfect. The inside was also slightly different than what I've had before and if you love garlic you will love it because I tasted a hint of garlic. In any case they were amazing. The phở itself may be the best I've tasted so far (granted I have not been to Vietnam yet) but atleast in the Round Rock and Austin area it is certainly one of the best. The brisket and flank were so delicious it felt like a secret I had to keep to myself for the remainder of the meal. The vermicelli was also perfectly cooked and did not break off easily while eaten with chopsticks. My waitress was Alondra, and she was great. Points for stopping by my table to ask how everything was while my mouth was not full of food as is usually the case when the server passes by to ask! Overall this is certainly my new go-to spot and while I am often reluctant to give 5 stars these days - this place has certainly earned it! read more

I also got brisket in my pho, and the cut on it needs to improve. I got some thick pieces and some thin ones, and there are some pieces that are mainly fat. The banh mi is not on a French baguette. It looks like a normal roll for a hot dog or something. So that is a fail for me. There is plenty of parking outside. Great rainy day meal for pick-up at Noble Pho. This was my first time here and when I arrived, the dining room is all windows and really light and airy, I wish I had ordered to eat on-site. The pho broth was amazing! I got the eye of round pho and the fried egg rolls. I like the way they packaged the pho for takeout. Everything was separated and they provided both hoisin and sriracha. Came on a Tuesday around 630 and every single table was full with a line of about 6 people. I was surprised to see such a crowd on a Tuesday night! Not sure if the cold weather brought everyone in for pho. I ordered a banh mi online for pickup just to get a feel for what the restaurant would be like and whether the food is authentic. Bread was warm and crispy enough. Meat was flavorful and I asked for extra veggies, which came at no additional charge (love this!). It also came with the perfect amount of Vietnamese butter/mayo. Came on a Monday evening during a rush (everyone also thought having pho in this cold weather was the move!) was sat within 5 minutes. The tables have call buttons for servers which eases and speeds up service. Ordered the shrimp spring rolls, 2 two meat phos and the lemongrass chicken banh mi. The bread on the banh mi was so light and warm. It was the true winner of this dish. The spring rolls were good, I wish they have a bit of a stronger flavor to them but the peanut sauce was enjoyable. The broth of the pho is 100% why I will be back. Strong flavors and solid service! I'd recommend the garlic fish sauce chicken wings - they came out perfectly crispy and were quite addictive. We enjoyed the pho as well. I was excited to give Noble Pho a try. I ordered their Shrimp Spring Rolls, Combo Pho, and Noble Banh Mi. The Shrimp Spring Rolls were good. It had the perfect balance of shrimp, noodles, and veggies. I'm a fan of the peanut dipping sauce. Perfect combo. Speaking of combo, the Combo Pho was very comforting to eat. The broth tasted clean and appetizing, so good on a chilly day. My only complaint was that there were some cuts of just pure fat. Otherwise, I enjoyed the variety of meats in the combo pho. Came in here since family wanted to give it a try. She's got specific dietary needs, aims to eat specific vegetables and grains only, and is quite picky about where she's comfortable eating. In comparison, I'm not too picky so I'll eat almost anywhere but I had to leave a positive review since the food, speed of service, and customer service was still exceptional in comparison to many other places I've been. My family member had walked in before me and since someone held the door for her, she did not see the sign posted on the door that stated "Card Payments Only". She prefers to pay in cash though, so she asked the staff if that was possible after she realized she had to use a card and they quickly called over the owner to speak with her. It was definitely an honest mishap, not the fault of the company at all! She was not upset after realizing the sign was on the door even though they still couldn't take cash, so she placed an order anyway. The owner was super polite and accommodating anyway, like with specific order changes for her order and then she even double checked with us after to make sure the order was enjoyable. The consideration definitely confirms they want to ensure everyone's meal is to their liking, specific diet or not, and they are not opposed to trying to make small modifications or change what they can to put a satisfying order together. It's a new place but I couldn't tell at all with the way they moved with efficiency, professionalism, and top service. If I could rate it 6 out of 5 stars, I would! I was concerned at first that this was just a Phonatic rebrand or something but was very happy to find out it was a new establishment and one I will frequent in the future. Now to the important part, the food was great! Pho broth was very flavorful, did not need any sauces or modifications, noodles were just the right amount of bounciness, would love a bit more meat but that's honestly nitpicking. Eggrolls were solid, fish sauce was on point, grilled pork spring roll was solid with the peanut sauce (gave one tiny bit of feedback here to the owners and they were very receptive). This is a great new Viet spot for us in Round Rock, glad I won't have to drive down to North Austin anymore, only a few weeks old but doing many things well. Saw some good reviews for this place so thought we gave it a try. Maybe they're having an off day but we didn't enjoy it. First off, they didn't even bring out any water or ask what we want to drink. They did walk around and gave us a sample of their milk tea. It was okay - a little too sweet for us. Secondly, they messed up on the meat choices for our pho.. but whatever it wasn't a big deal. However, the broth was very salty making it hard to eat. I also asked for blanched bean sprouts instead of raw and they charged each of us $1 extra!
