Vince came out and was very professional and thorough with his investigation as to where this leak was coming from. He gave me several options and found the issue in no time. I called Noble Plumbing regarding a problem with low water flow at my kitchen faucet. I had checked the faucet filter screen and cleaned it out but when that didn't work I figured it was time to call a plumber since it was obvious the water line to the faucet was clogged. Noble sent out a technician to look at the problem and he took a look at the filter screen and agreed the line was most likely clogged. I asked him how much to unclog the line and he said $225/hour with a minimum of 1 hour work. I thought the price was outrageous and told him it was crazy cause it would probably only take him a few minutes to unclog the lines. Needless to say I told him I wasn't going to pay that price. Luckily I was able to find another plumber here on Yelp that came in and unclogged the line in 20 minutes. And it cost me less than $100 to get the job done. read more

This is a great company! We've had them out twice for jobs, one indoor and one outdoor in the last couple months. They were able to send a plumber out as soon as we needed them and a real person answered the phone immediately, even at 9 o'clock at night! They called each time when the plumber was on his way and both times were within 5 minutes or so of the original estimate. The two plumbers we dealt with were fast,efficient,professional and very courteous and respectful. When finished they took extra time to clean up after themselves before leaving. I work for a property management company in Manteca and recently started an account with Noble. Since day one Noble has gone above and beyond for us. We receive several service requests since our company owns about 60 homes and a mobile home park of 285. Therefore when we have a tenant that needs their water heater serviced/replaced or other plumbing issues, it has be taken care of on the spot. And we receive A LOT of emergency situations. Noble has been amazing at taking care of these jobs as soon as they are contacted. Jon is usually my to go person so I contact him directly. Last night, our mobile home park had a major leak from a PVC pipe that busted so I contacted their office (since I figured Jon was not on the clock). The lady at the office was very prompt on getting someone to us as soon as possible, and Jon ended up contacting us immediately and taking care of it. This isn't the only occasion they have taken care of an emergency situation. Last week, the main line to one of our homes burst causing water to leak severely through the driveway. This was after our office closed and it was getting dark soon. Noble went out there right away and assured me the tech wouldn't leave until the job was completed. They even replaced the concrete that had to be taken out. In addition to their amazing work, they are extremely prompt about keeping me updated throughout the process. They notify me once a tech gets there, once the job is completed, sends pictures and thoroughly explains the situation to me, and are very accommodating with pricing. Scheduled Noble Plumbing on Dec 14, 2020 for a leaking bathtub faucet. Showed up on time 8:30 am. It was a JOKE from start to finish. Technician Brian, did not bring in the proper tools, changed out the stem and the cold water faucet knob, still leaking, knob spun around while you tried to open or close faucet, he claimed it will do this. I do not think so. Then he asked me to show him the water main location so he could turn the water on, I led him to the rear alley to show him, and wait he did not have his tool to turn water main on. Then he claimed it was all working properly. Still leaking same as before, knob still spinning around. Next day 15th another technician Vince came out claimed that prior tech., did the right job and that the knob will spin around, again I do not think so. Same technician informed & advised to tear out the whole plumbing hardware and replace at a cost of $750.00 dollars ( including tile shower wall) I do not think so. I replied that you do not need to teat out the tile shower wall, that there is a crawl space you can stand up in behind the hallway linen closet, his reply we charge $125.00 to estimate if we can access in that space, again I do not think so. Scheduled Valley View Plumbing -- Scott came out reviewed the situation, replaced the stem which was incorrect to begin with, and remedied the problem. NO LEAKING whatsoever. He was friendly, courteous, and effective and worked clean in a timely matter. An the rate was no where near the amount Noble Plumbing charged they billed me @$300.00 for some crap work they call fixing it. Explained to Scott what Noble Plumbing suggested he could not believe it. Already recommended Scott to our neighbor. Beware of Noble Plumbing They are a real rip off! read more

May 23, 2018 I had a sewer problem caused from the city tree. Called city and they informed me that I needed a plumber. So I called around and liked the receptionists so they came out within the hour. Michael worked with his boss John to determine the problem. Gave me estimates and Michael worked on job for two days. Wife complained about sewer smell in laundry room last night. Called Nobel about 7am thinking I would get an answer service, but John answered. Said that Bernie would call me back in 20 minutes to schedule a time for visit. She called and said someone would be here between 9-11am to give me a quote. Herb showed up around 9. At my suggestion, he was quickly under the house to check on an old sewer pipe. It was fine, but he discovered that there was no P trap on the vent drain for the washer. He added a P trap and was done and gone by 11. The price was more than fair. I have used Nobel before and Will be my first call in the future. read more

Our water heater went out and we immediately called our usual plumber....he quote $2500 for a new install. We were pretty shocked at the steep price and because of the great reviews we called Noble Plumbing. We were given an estimate over the phone for $1200-$1500. That was $1000 less!! We scheduled the new install and they were able to send Michael out. He quoted the exact price when he arrived and it was within the quoted amount. Michael was professional, courteous and a fast worker. The receptionist we spoke with was extremely nice and very helpful as well. I had a toilet and faucet that needed replacing. I had no idea where to start looking for a plumber I called Noble and they were able to have a technician (Mike) come out the same day. Everything was done in a reasonable amount of time and a fair price. Mike helped me to determine what products I need to finish some of the other work in my kitchen and bathrooms. I wouldn't recommend this plumber. I had a big job. They had to replace the water line between the meter and the house. First of all, John sent a different plumber every day and I had to explain what they were supposed to do. I got a permit from the city and the inspector did not pass the job three times. The first time they put a "shark bite" fitting on the house and the inspector said that was an interior fitting only. Then they fitted brass to galvanized steel and the inspector said they can't do that because it corrodes. A real plumber should have known that. Also, part of the job was to incorporate a faucet on the back of the house. Three weeks later the faucet started leaking. I called the office and made an appointment to fix it, waited all morning and no one showed up. No phone call and no plumber. My faucet if still leaking, they soddered the threads on to the copper pipe and it will not come off. I started this job because the pipes were leaking and I still have a leak, No response from the company. Do not use this company. read more

We had to have the hot water valve replaced that controls the water for our washing machine. Peter from Noble Plumbing came over and laid it out as two options. Option 1 would cost less money and would be the easiest, quickest fix. Option 2 would be if option 1 didn't work, and would cost a lot more money plus more mess in cutting the wall open to replace the valve and pipes behind the wall if the valve couldn't be disconnected from the pipes. I watched him try a really good idea to remove the valve from the pipe without cutting into the wall and it worked! Peter was excellent in every way! He kept the work area clean, and avoided spillage. He solved the problem in the best way while saving us a lot of money = in my view, an honest plumber doing the best for the customer rather than just trying to make lots of money! Peter also tested everything to make sure it worked properly. He was also very polite. Peter gave excellent customer service, Grade A +++++! I would request Peter at Noble if I needed a plumber again! read more
