    Happy hour menu
    Paul S.

The sushi was great. The spicy tuna roll is definitely unique and not like other sushi places you can see in the picture of that. It's not mixed together with a spicy mayo like most rolls. The old-fashioned was fantastic. The salmon avocado roll was very good as well. The black cod butter, lettuce was a little disappointing because it tasted a little fishy. Happy hour is in the bar area only.

I have been to many nobu locations before. So i am very much a fan of the chain. Fondly made it to the one in nobu hotel in Atlantic City. Great place. Atmosphere very chill. Not crazy busy. But it was Thursday and stormy weather. Good we ordered was amazing. I just wish they had more on the menu. As other nobu restaurants usually add their own specials. Staff friendly. Service quick and efficient Ordered small tacos. Very fresh. Said was great. Sashimi was amazing. Will return and hopefully they have more to offer.

Wow. Wow. Wow. It met all my expectations. Our server Kristin absolutely kicked it out of the park. TREAT YOURSELF!!! This place was nothing short of amazing. The yellowtail was like nothing I ever had before. The crispy rice was a crunch bite of paradise. The beef was melt in your mouth with a firework of flavor. I truly felt like I was luxury while dining here

This was our third Nobu location so we are familiar with the brand. Food is almost always completely on point, as it was here. So why only four stars? Two reasons. We were celebrating our anniversary with relatives I hadn't seen for over 10 years. I made reservations months in advance and included that note. For some reason, even with two window seats open when we arrived, we were told they were not available. About 10 minutes later, another couple appeared, paused at our table with the hostess, and requested one of those two window tables. Their request was granted. Right in front of us for our entire table to hear. Second, our waitress, while efficient, was not friendly. That's it. Table choice and server. The rest was five stars. Hope you get the table of your choice and a friendly server and...enjoy!

Spent the weekend in Atlantic City and treated our palates to Omakase. Being from Hawaii where there is plentiful fresh seafood, I am really picky about my sushi. The ambiance is stunning, I love the dimmed lighting. It was upscale while still feeling relaxed. We opted for the window seating area overlooking the boardwalk and ocean. I highly recommend reserving this area so worth the upgrade. The service was great from the hostess, server and food runners. The drink I started with was the jaded as I am 100% a tequila girl. It was sweet, but I enjoyed the mix of casamigos, cucumber, aloe, shiso and monkfruit. First course was a Nori Caviar Taco - a perfect bite size start to the omakase experience. I would have never thought nori could be made into a taco. The pop of caviar was delicate and fresh. Next course was a sashimi sampler of live tako (octopus) with yuzu, kanpachi poke and miso toro with garlic chips. I was not expecting to like the garlic chips as much as I did and the toro was a perfect fatty cut. Third course was a sushi sampler that included toro, seared salmon, flounder, ebi, tamago and a crispy prawn head. I enjoyed each sushi, the toro was easily my favorite. The next course was tempura Seabass and Thai chili. I usually like my Seabass pan-seared so I was surprised by how much I enjoyed it tempura styled. The fish was still very flavorful and soft. The main course was an A5 Wagyu from Osaka, Japan that came out sizzling in a skillet full of citrus soy sauce with caramelized onions, enoki and shiitake mushrooms, and asparagus. The Wagyu was medium rare and perfectly tenderized. Dessert was next and it was honestly a let down after the exceptional dinning experience. The omakase came with Nobu's bento box dessert valrhona dark chocolate fondant paired with their imperial matcha gelato. I did not like the fondant but I did enjoy the gelato. I also ordered an additional mochi ice cream which came in 3 different flavors which was also a let down. The mochi tasted old and stale. I did enjoy the plum wine I paired dessert with. In addition to the omakase, we also ordered spicy ahi and kanpachi and scallion maki which we also enjoyed. The experience would have been a 5/5 if not for the let down of the desserts. I did enjoy the 5 course omakase with a spectacular view and dining on delicious sushi...couldn't have asked for a better weekend.

My most recent visit was for the taste of Atlantic City prefix dinner special during the month of March and I thought it was a great value since Nobu is one of the most expensive chain restaurants in the country. It was $60 for 3 courses and I got to try some new items that I've never had before. The presentation and service was phenomenal and we were blown away by all the unique flavors in the Peruvian and Japanese fusion items. The fluke and the tiradito were standouts amount the yellowtail jalapeño. We also loved the beef tobanyaki. We still had room for more, so we also tried the new style salmon roll ($45) & the toro roll ($22) & both were fantastic. I loved the lychee martini & the market margarita. They are well balanced, but pricier at $19 & $20 each. The ambiance here is great for a date night or a fun evening with friends. Reservations are a must & the ocean views are truly beautiful!

    Lobster tempura, really yummy!

This is hands down my favorite Nobu location. It is beautiful inside and the tables by the windows have a nice view of the ocean. The food is amazing and service is exceptional. They are very accommodating with allergies and careful when preparing and serving the food. As someone who has many allergies, it's so nice to be able to eat delicious food without worrying, and feeling included. Our server, Pimwee, is the best! She has a wonderful personality and is cautious with allergies/restrictions. My husband and I came back a second time during our weekend trip because of her and the food lol a also drew a beautiful cartoon of us on our receipt. I highly recommend this location!!!

When you're going to Nobu, the first thing everyone says: You must get the Miso Cod! Honestly? After my first bite I said it to our table, my wife makes a better fish topped with Soy Vey. There. I said it. Was it good? Of course. Would I get it again? Listen, Nobu is not for the faint of heart. This is a special indulgence that will kick off the perfect night. Our Saturday night, overlooking the Atlantic Ocean with a Nobu Old Fashioned in my hand is my ideal experience. We loved Buddakan when they were open, Nobu is now in my top Atlantic City restaurant rotation. My brother in law gets excited about table food. When we were at The Stanton Social in New York City, he ordered the entire menu "For the table". I can't eat like that anymore so I had to keep him in check. But what we ordered was incredible. The best bite for me was the most simple, Fried Rice. The chef formed Sushi Rice into a cube and gently fried each piece. It came with a side of spreadable spicy tuna, wow. This is Asian Fusion so the Foie Gras filled dumplings, Steak & Mushrooms, Warm Mushrooms were brought to the table in stages. All dishes were very good and each of us was impressed with the quality of each dish. Simple yet elegant is how I can explain these unique dishes. Our waitress was extremely knowledgeable with the menu and was a true professional. We asked questions about the menu and she gave her recommendations. Overall it was a fantastic meal in an elegant setting. Just a side note about Nobu, Robert De Niro back in the day told the chef to open a restaurant in Tribeca. They formed a company and the rest is history. And trust me, first time here, order the Miso Cod.

    King crab leg@ Nobu!

The birthday girl loves NOBU so lets get on the road and hit the one up north. Located inside Atlantic City's Ceasar's Resort, this NOBU puts the DC location to shame..Freakin gorgeous! We had a little bit of everything, Edamame, Rock Shrimp, King Crab Ponzu, Shrimp Tempura Roll and the Beef Tenderloin. Our server Amber was freaking amazing. A Yelper miss titled the King Crab Leg by naming it the King Crab Amazu Ponzu under her posted picture, which made me order it. Once it came out tempura style, I showed Amber the picture and she said the Yelper made a mistake and that the King Crab leg was a special item and not listed on the menu. This was my mishap and I was fine with the King Crab Ponzu. Amber went to her boss and they decided to take it off of our bill and brought me the King crab leg which was still on special. We were blown away with the customer service. These are the sort of acts that lets me know some establishments truly care about their patrons and are not in it just for the money. Kudos NOBU, you have a customer for LIFE!!

We came in last month for drinks and came back to try the food! What a great call! The food was so delicious and came out quick and hot. We had exceptional service at the bar and already made plans to come back in October.

We had a great dinner at Nobu during a recent family trip. Given it's a big name in a casino I was worried about how the food and service would actually be but we were very pleased. We easily got a reservation which I do suggest, and request a table near the window to view the ocean and boardwalk. They serve their food family style, and the waitress recommended some options and we were very pleased with it all. They do have a Happy Hour type menu only available in the lounge so be aware of that. Some of the standouts were the tradito, crispy rice rolls, edamame choclo, black cod miso, and spicy scallop roll. But truly everything was great as was our service!

To start, we went to this restaurant on a whim after leaving a concert, mostly because I've been wanting to try Nobu and it was on the path back to our car. The moment we walked into the restaurant, the host asked us if we had ever been there, and had us look over the menu before being seated. A little weird, but after seeing the menu cost, I get it a little bit. The waitress we had did a great job at explaining how they usually have people follow the 3 course plan and that the dishes are all family style, and what order dishes would come out and even recommended some dishes when we were stuck on a choice. The waitress was so sweet and attentive, without being overbearing, which I really appreciated. The people bussing the food made me laugh though, as they would drop the food, tell you quickly was it was, tell you "Enjoy!" then basically sprint off. The restaurant was pretty full, and we got seated in the back near to the windowed area, which was nice. I assume in the daytime there's a lovely view of the beach, but at night all you can see is the Rainforest Cafe sign next door. It We got the avocado tartare to start. It was certainly unique and I really enjoyed the flavor profile! It was zesty but with spice to it, and blended well with the smoothness of the avocado. The spice was wasabi, it cooled off quickly after a few sips of my drink. The tempura we had was an interesting blend of vegetables, but it really wasn't anything to write home about. It tastes like pretty much any other tempura you can get at a nice Japanese restaurant. The teriyaki chicken was the star of the meal. Perfectly cooked, with wonderful moist meat but perfectly crisped skin, it was well worth the high price we paid. The Chestnut Cheesecake was insanely good as well. The cheesecake was absolutely tiny, but it was so well made that the high price was worth it. We ate it so slowly just savoring every bite because it was that good. The prices were very high, but as this is Atlantic City, we fully expected it. All in all, a very nice dinner!

I go back once in a while for a special occasion. The servers and hostesses are all very friendly. There's a lot seating available. It has a subtle, low-lit atmosphere. You have to try their tuna crispy rice and shishito pepper appetizers! We get them every time and they are delicious! The wagyu tacos and lobster dumplings are delicious but not as filling. They run out of their uni often, so if they have any left for the night you definitely need to order some. They are pricy but are delivered fresh. They're always sweet and creamy every time. I love their toro hand roll and scallop hand roll. They have A5 Wagyu beef cooked at the table with a hot stone. It's priced per ounce and the cost can add up quickly, but it's a nice treat to try and share with others. The Chilean sea bass miso was rich and well seasoned. This is the best sushi place I've tried in AC so far!

Happy Hour Review…read more Preface: My wife and I were visiting AC to celebrate her birthday. As frequent visitors to AC, I'm a bit embarrassed that we've never been before but here we are. Before I get into the details, I'll simply say this place is SPECTACULAR!!! I was thoroughly impressed by the ambience, food, relative affordability (for seafood), and customer service. Additionally, we were so impressed that we came back the next day for another Happy Hour! This will be a long winded review because Dock's deserves the accolades and future potential diners! Oyster on the Half Shell ($1.50 each): Incredible, clean tasting oysters. I prefer a brinier oyster but I can't ignore the quality and freshness.. It was served with lemon, horseradish, and a homemade vinegar mixture. I asked for tabasco on the side. As mentioned earlier, I do prefer a brinier oyster but these oysters were a clean palate for you to customize as you please. Regardless of your oyster preference, order a few to start off your experience. Broiled Oysters ($1.75 each): There were two options: Rockefeller or Champagne Leak. We only ordered 2 (Champagne Leak) because we wanted to explore more of the Happy Hour Menu. The broiled oysters were presented on the half shell with what looked like a creamy leek infused sauce. Beautiful flavor! Fried Oysters ($1.75 each): They offered 4 different types: plain, buffalo, parmesan, and wasabi encrusted. I loved them all. We ordered 2 of each and it was served with tartar sauce. All 4 offered different flavor profiles. The Plain sounds boring but it's the perfect vessel for you to dress it as you please. The Parm was one of my favorite bites here. It was breaded, fried, and topped off with cheese and red sauce. It was fabulous. I can't give an honest review of the Wasabi and Buffalo fried oyster as my palate was bombarded with multiple plates, condiments, and drinks at the same time. Fried Calamari ($7.25): Simple, fresh, delicious. Although fried, it didn't come out greasy. Simple breading or flour dusted and fried served with lemon and cocktail sauce. No curve balls with this fried calamari. Lobster Mac and Cheese ($11): Beautifully presented Mac and Cheese served on top of a half split lobster. Great traditional casserole style Mac and Cheese (in taste, not presentation). Bits of lobster incorporated as well. It's a nice change of pace from oysters galore.I understand it's lobster but for the most expensive item on the Happy Hour Menu, I expected a little bit more meat. Tuna Tacos ($7.75): Star of the Show! Raw tuna chunks are diced and served in crispy wonton tacos. The crispy wonton had an incredible crunch. Wonderful upfront flavor but it doesn't stop there. There are back notes of something I can't pinpoint...a touch of wasabi and/or sesame oil??? I honestly can't tell you but it brings such a complexity to the dish. This is a must order. Even if you don't like raw fish, please do yourself a favor and try it! My favorite bite of 2026!! Ambience: old school but upgraded and grand design. Beautifully stocked upstairs and downstairs bar. The pianist played classic music. Customer Service: although we weren't seated. The bartender accommodated us to stand on the side of the bar, he told us it was against policy to serve food to standing customers (understandable) but he obliged. The bartender's name was Joe. Excellent bartender/server. Overall: we were so impressed we told ourselves that we had to come back the next day and we did. Day 2 food reviews below. TOTAL: $141.58 + $30 tip, 4 alcoholic drinks ordered. Day 2 Food Review House made Meatballs ($6.25): Great choice if you want to switch up away from seafood. Great presentation with 3 meatballs drenched in red sauce and topped with a Parmesan crisp. Overall it was tasty but I prefer a slightly sweeter red sauce. Deviled Eggs ($6.25): The Deviled Eggs here are topped off with a fried oyster. I'm a huge texture guy and traditionally deviled eggs are a mushy hot mess but here the crispy fried oyster is the perfect contrast. Served with a honey drizzle. Will order again! Clams Casino ($6.50): Clams topped off with charred red and green bell peppers and bacon. Aesthetically beautiful and colorful. More importantly, it was delicious. Notes of bacon are felt but surprisingly the charred peppers come through with a slight sweet profile. Mini Crab Cakes ($7.75): Traditional crab cake with a red pepper sauce. Good serving size, good amount of crab, and very little filler inside. No frills, must order. Steam Mussels Marinara ($8.75): Mussels served over a red sauce. Served with garlic bread on the side. The garlic bread was the unsung hero of this dish. Great garlic and butter flavor. The bread stands tall against the flavorful mussels and red sauce. Customer Service: Harry was our barbartender and looked like he was enjoying his time. All the staff truly provided great service. Total: $181.17 + $40 tip, 6 alcoholic drinks ordered.

The shrimp was breaded and cooked perfectly as well as the piece of fish and they had soo much flavor. The crab cake was perfect as well I love crab cake and this one is up there with one of the best iv ever had. The service was great there are a ton of servers and they constantly check up on you and the food and I love that. All in all it was a great experience and I will definitely be coming back when visiting Atlantic City.
