I went to this place a couple days ago and it was great. The place itself is so nice the paintings are so cute and the place setup is amazing. The service was great as well. They were very patient and great with their customers. The food I got and I really recommend is the Blueberries And Cream Waffle. They were very good and I loved the blueberries on the waffles. Another recommendation I have is the Nutella Crepe. If you love Nutella and crepe this is a perfect dish for you and a good dish to try as well. Very much would not recommend this place. We left California to escape the crappy service and "no-shits-given" attitude and for a while, saw the really respectful and amazing side of Texas until coming across this place. The first interaction with works here gave us "we are home in Cali" feeling. Food ordered, waited a while for it to come out just to see they had a mixup and forgot to substitute home potatoes for a pancake like I ordered. No issues, everyone makes mistakes so I mentioned it to the server. She went back to check, and comes out bringing us bacon instead, saying that the cashier made a mistake and brought bacon instead of a pancake. Zero offer to fix the issue and being pancake or anything, just said somethingalong the lines of: that's what she put in the ticket, enjoy. Cute little strip mall cafe with a pretty extensive and creative menu. Food was tasty. Nice that they have mimosas albeit a bit sweet for my tastes. Staff are efficient and accommodating if not overly friendly. Looking forward to trying again sometime soon. read more

Checked this place out on Sunday (3/5/23), and they were having their Coffee and Cars event! Super cool activity for the family where cool cars are showcased; pretty good view while you eat your food! The space was super clean, a tad bit busy but it's expected as such for a weekend afternoon. We ordered the Southwest Benedict, Matcha Latte with Honey, Chicken and Waffles, and a Lemonade. The matcha latte had no flavor, extremely milky so I won't order that again! Lemonade was extremely refreshing with pulp, I'm assuming made in house? The eggs benedict was a solid 4/5 and the chicken and waffles were pretty decent, a solid 3.5/5; the chicken could be a bit seasoned more. My only complaint was the wait time! It took us about 20 minutes to get our drinks, then we waited almost an additional 35 minutes for our food. They seemed a bit short staffed so maybe that's the reason of slow service, but I definitely recommend checking this place out! read more

Tried this place for breakfast. The food is okay the customer service was horrible. Brought ice cold hard butter for my waffle, so I asked for them to melt it. After 5 min they brought me a cold piece of butter with the side softened to go with my now cold waffle. The mango lemonade was good. Pancakes and bacon were decent, but I will choose to spend my money elsewhere next time. read more

Another hidden gem in the Spring suburbs, found on Yelp! Noe's Cafe has a lovely upscale decor and ambience more commonly found in The Heights and other trendy neigborhoods. We were happy that breakfast was served all day, having arrived on Sunday around 3:00 pm. For a great brunch, I had the B2 Noe's Scramble, and my husband had the B1 Noe's Breakfast Combo. Both were delicious, fresh, with a sophisticated touch of food styling. Mixed greens included in the B1 Combo was impressive. Ordering is cafeteria style, where guests place orders at the counter. The staff was very friendly and helpful with our questions, explaining that the Large Pumpkin Latte has two shots of espresso without paying for the second shot. (We like our coffee strong.) The lattes were an excellent complement to the brunch. Environment was clean and quiet, with a classic soul soundtrack playing in the background. Noe's Cafe is now our top brunch pick, only a few miles away from our Spring neighborhood. read more

Nice location with cute patio facing the parking lot. Coffee selection is decent. Tea is only basic tea bags, nothing upscale, organic, or loose leaf. Food is okay. We ordered pancakes (which were not fluffy but chewy) and pastries (which were crisp and warm). All the patio tables were dirty and sticky and some looked like they hadn't been bused for a while. From the customer service to the breakfast dishes and the coffee, we were all extremely happy with our food. Cook to order with excellent customer service. We all had breakfast from French toast, breakfast tacos. Omlettes and my granddaughter loved her avocado toast with an egg. Great menu, clean with a nice ambiance. Highly recommend you try this. I want to give 5 stars, I do, but I can't. I go here at least twice a week. So why not a fifth star? First, it's great. The workers are nice, and the food is fresh and great, and for what they have, it's great! Their coffee and lattes are absolutely fabulous. I love that you get a mug and not some paper cup. Awesome! I wish you could just sit and someone take your order. The line gets very slow for no reason at times. They have enough workers to seat yourself and someone come and take your order. That would be great. Also, I wish they had breakfast sausage. I feel this is a must for a place that offers pancakes, waffles, and the like. But what they do have is amazing!! They do need to get rid of the notebook paper wifi signs. Other than that, a much needed breakfast cafe in an area that had nothing. read more
