When I asked for the name of the owner for the business so that I can take on her recommendation of suing them she hung up on me. Upon calling back a new lady answered the phone by the name of Anahit who adamantly refused to provide the name of the business owner. Wow, what a horrible service. I have used this business for over 20yrs and have never experienced such an awful customer service. I got the envelopes and the papers that I needed, but unfortunately they no longer carry the ink that I needed. It has been a discontinued item for a long time. The quality of both the envelopes and the paper is solid and good. Prices varies on what you get. For those 2 things that I got, I paid less than $20.00. Great customer service by everyone, plenty of parking spaces, clean restrooms for both men & women. You can't ask for anything more. Store was very nicely organized and super clean. Jose was really helpful and patient The two downsides of FedEx for me are that they don't save shipping address information which means that every single time I go in there we have to retype my information where as UPS has that saved in their system. As well, their system can only process five items at a time which meant I had to do for transactions, which just takes longer.

They also had two other employees working there. He wanted to know how he could help me, so I told him why I was there. He asked to see my ID, looked me up in their system and couldn't find my name. He asked if I had a tracking number and I told him no. I forgot it at home. I asked him to check one more time and he did by telling me that maybe it's in another UPS store. I thanked him for it and walked out. Now I need to go search and see where my package is. Hopefully it's not lost somewhere in the wilderness:-)) They offer many different services here: printing, shipping, copy making services, scanning, to take your photo for your passport/ID, faxing, laminating, P.O. Box mailboxes, notary, shredding, even Amazon returns. It's a very interesting UPS. Shaped kind of like zig-zag. Store was clean, everything was nicely, fully stocked and organized. Depending what you buy, everything has its own price and value.
