I was surprised today when David mentioned I hadn't yet left an official review, as I'm always raving about their shop to friends and family. I'm correcting that oversight now! Their level of customer care is consistently excellent. They are always pleasant, incredibly patient with my requests, and highly professional. Whether it's for shipping, passport photos, or mailbox services, they make every interaction easy and efficient. Now, I have returned only a few items & to Amazon Fresh & they let me know what's going on, walk me through the return process - she did none of this & handed me a paper. I didn't know what to do with it, I ask her what it is, she kinda sighs and says it's your receipt. Ok, no big deal, I say thank you & she just looks away. No goodbye, no thanks for coming in.
