I've visited this restaurant about 2 or 3 times now and so far, everything has been tasty and consistent. I've never dined in but have always had my food to go which I have never had any problems or a long wait. This place is a bit small so it can get packed so be aware and patient on those days. I've tried both their Vietnamese iced coffee and their Thai tea and they were both good, but what intrigued me the most was when they asked what milk I wanted which has never happened to me, so people who have certain dairy needs/ preferences this restaurant accommodates. So, my absolute favorite food option is their pork belly tacos, they also have other protein and vegan alternatives. I love pork belly and they put it on their grilled Indonesian roti prata which I think brings it to the next level of deliciousness. I have ordered their pho as well and their pork belly banh mi (I told you I'm all about that belly of pro) which is decent but could up their game a little on the meats, less is more does not apply. I really wanted to like the place because the items on the menu sounds tasty...but no. This place does not serve authentic vietnamese food. Even if it's a fusion, it's still disappointing. My boyfriend got the pork belly taco which I thought was ok. The fried rice was bland. It didnt have much color or a smell to it so you can already tell. My pad thai on the other hand, looked like it was drenched in sauce but that was the most bland pad thai I've ever had. The only thing I will compliment is that the server was very accommodating and the smoothie was great. After we left, I was debating on writing a review. Then I started to feel sick. Both of us. I went here and ordered two bowls pho for me and my husband. When the waitress brought water and vegetables was less than usual. It's very bad. I understand that in lieu of COVID-19 things will not be normal and in some cases very hard, that being said there are a few things that could have gone better. The dinning room was dirty, flies and a table had sat uncleared for over an hour. Another table had waited for 45 minutes without even a waiter, manager or anyone telling them of their delay, we were told another 10 minutes, we were behind the table waiting for 45 minutes and they were told another 10 as well. We did order one drink which wasn't what we ordered and was awful in addition. So COVID aside, there is no excuse for being unclean and bussing a table when there are only 4 tables, no excuse for not coming to the tables to keep patrons informed. Will not go again. read more

We went for a Sunday lunch to NNP. My bang mi was a little short on veggies but tasted good. My wife's ginger chicken stir fry was good, ample but could have used a bit more ginger. This is the best food I've had since moving to South Bend about a month ago. Based on food alone, this place rates a solid 5 stars. That said, on a Saturday night my wife and I waited a solid 45 minutes after being seated for our entrees. Regardless, I know we'll be back (but we might not show up as hungry as we did tonight!) I recognize it may sound bizarre to order french fries and an Asian restaurant, but my wife and I have long had a love affair with kimchi fries from her most favorite Korean restaurant in Chicago. In fact, we love this dish so much our pet parakeet his name for it. The Asian loaded fries at Nom Nom don't quite compare to our old favorite, but they were seriously delicious. They are drizzled in peanut sauce, spicy mayo, and scallions, and were served perfectly seasoned and piping hot. To follow, I had a tofu bahn mi sandwich with the addition of avocado, and my wife had the Tom yum pho. Everything was flavorful and delicious. The soup broth was rich and complex, with notes of coconut and lemongrass and kaffir lime. Here's the thing, no matter how good your food is, you gotta clean the floor and the glass doors. the food was okay. But the place was deff run by a dude who doesn't know how to clean. also, he turned the music off like 30 mins before they closed as like some micro aggression to customers who he wanted out. Everything we tried was very good. Edamame, mixed vegetable plate with shrimp, Masaman Curry w/ chicken, bowl of pho, Thai Iced Tea. Only the shrimp fried rice was a little to much butter but was still very good. We would go back with our Vietnamese daughter in law if that helps tell you it is worth going here. I checked out the menu was super excited about the spring rolls and the PORK BELLY banh mi. I love banh mis. And I love pork belly. So... it was the obviousl choice. It was 90% shredded lettuce and wrapped by a toddler. Horrible. I didn't even waste my time eating it. Got the PORK BELLY banh mi. Opened that container and about screamed! They meant to put BACON instead of PORK BELLY. They are NOT the same thing!!!! They may come from the same area on a pig, but THEY ARE NOT THE SAME! So. Very. Disappointed. Got the asian loaded fries. Looked good. They're fries. How bad could they be?? At 0-2 now... these better redeem themselves. Smelled great! And... they were. Glad I ordered them. The reviews looked really good so we took the chance. The food was so good! We ordered a lot of food. 2 types of pho, a ramen, spring rolls, edamame, goyza. They did not have the fried spring rolls, I prefer the fresh anyways. The order taker was helpful, very pleasant. The food was packed very well. Noodles and accompanists (including broth)packed separately so the noodles don't get mushy, everything was fresh and very tasty. We ordered medium heat wise and it wasn't overly spicy. Came into town to watch FSU play Notre Dame on an exceptionally cold weekend. We needed something hot to warm us up. Pho fits the bill! We were greeted and were asked to sit anywhere we wanted. Our server, the only person working the front, promptly brought the menu. My husband ordered the hot tea and I got hot water. We both ordered the Nom Nom special pho for our meal and Nom Nom Spicy pork belly taco for starters. The pork belly was well marinated (gochujang sauce) and grilled to perfection. The meat and traditional bahn mi fixings are then placed in a roti pratha. This is the ultimate fusion of Vietnamese, Korean, and Indian! The broth for our pho was very flavorful. A little more meat and well trimmed bean sprouts (the stringy tails are still hanging looking dirty) would really enhance the dish. Service was friendly but our server seemed overworked. The food was slow coming out but hopefully that was because they were taking their time to make sure things are done right. I would definitely come by if I'm in town again. Came in this place few times. Food are always delicious and fresh. Ramen is WOW. Very tasty broth with a lot of toppings $11. We added extra grilled shrimp and chicken in our RAMEN . My family and I stopped in after my sons meet on a Sunday afternoon. We were from out of town and wanted a good meal after a long day at the meet. The decor was nice inside. We waited very long to get our drinks and waited even longer to get our food. I wasn't sure if it was just one waitress or what the issue was. I ordered the beef pho and the broth was lukewarm. Every time pho is served the broth is supposed to be served hot and not room temperature. Probably the worst pho I've ever had at a restaurant. The grilled pork fresh spring roll had very good flavor but the wrap was hard on the ends probably from sitting for long periods uncovered. The best pho that I have ever had! We travel 1 hour once a month to eat here. The Pho is heavenly, huge bowls!! The red curry dish is wonderful with hints of a spicy Louisiana Creole dish. The spicy tacos and Banh sandwiches are favorites and the asian fries a favorite. I am looking to try more things on the menu. This is our favorite place to eat... We are due hard foodies. The portion of the Super Bowl Pho Rare Beef was incredible and not just mostly broth. I'm one of those petite females that eat more than should be possible and I was actually full. I did order extra noodles and a fried egg, as I do at other pho restaurants, but had never had such a generous portion before. The fried egg was well done, without the runny center that adds to the flavor of the broth. The broth wasn't as flavorful as other local restaurants, but the portion and tenderness of the meat were good. One of the employees bringing out food was arguing with a customer when he was told their order was wrong. He told them it was close enough to the same thing and should be fine. What?!?! This restaurant offers a fire/police/military discount. One of the waiters saw my fire shirt and kindly let us know of their policy. Please give yourself plenty of time if you choose to dine in. The wait for our food was borderline ridiculous. Be prepared to wait 45 minutes to an hour for food. The two of us finished our entire pot of tea prior to our food ever arriving. The waitress didn't return until our food arrived so we were unable to order waters or something more to drink. The restaurant was also very cold, resulting in our soup cooling very quickly. There is no breezeway and with the cold temperatures, the restaurant temps plummeted with each incoming customer. We could have used a couple of space heaters on our side of the restaurant.
