We ordered pizza via slice app. Pizza was awesome but please do yourself a favor and use a different delivery service. Slice autocancelled, stating a duplicate order which it was not. Wow! Let me tell you something. This is the BEST pizza my wife and I have had since we moved to Pittsburgh. We usually order pizza once a week as a "date night" and like to try new places. I have been a customer of Nonni's since he opened. I even ordered from the previous shop that was there before Nonni's. This place has the best pizza in the area. The sauce, both red and white, are great. Not spicy and not too sweet. The cheese is always the melty goodness that you want for a pizza. The topping selection is great as well. Just looking at the menu is not enough. You need to taste it to be the judge. I've ordered pizza, wings, gyros, hoagies, wedges, calzones, strombolis, desserts, and various apps. I ordered food for delivery. It took an hour which was fine but when it arrived it was the wrong order. When I called the restaurant the owner told me that my order was pretty much the same thing as what I ordered and that I should pay and keep it. I asked for a refund and was told to kiss his ass. I have ordered from Nonni's for a party we got 4 or 5 pizzas with bread sticks. They're pizza is very fresh very clean, we got 2 veggie pizzas and the ingredients were really good quality not like other pizza places where the veggies are like rotten. I ordered a single pizza for me and my siblings on a sports night and in Pittsburgh; all the pizza/food places get busy then but their delivery was very fast and again good quality. As far as the customer services goes they're very polite and do what you ask for the pizza party we had they even gave us a discount which was nice of them. They're prices are a little lower than other places anyway. I'm not saying they're the best pizza or pizza place but as far as how I was treated as a customer and the food I got for the price I paid for, I give them a five star. read more

We ordered pizza from this place a couple of months ago. I'm just now getting around to writing this review because my fury is almost at a point which won't cause me to break my keyboard. My kid was getting ready to go away for 10 days, so we ordered pizza to have a laid-back family night in. Pizza got here. Delivery guy didn't leave for HOURS. He locked his keys and phone in his car-- which sat in my driveway running from about 6pm to 11pm. We brought him in the house and gave him a phone to use. No one would come to help him. My husband stood outside trying to help him break into his car to no avail. When I finally called Nonni's to tell them to get their delivery guy out of my house, they laughed at me. LAUGHED AT ME for trying to help THEIR EMPLOYEE. It wasn't funny. I wanted him out of my house so I could spend the evening with my kid. Nonni's thought it was all hysterical until I wrote on their FB page. Then they got uppity. Complete, utter farce of service. The pizza was cold by the time we had to opportunity to eat it and, frankly, it wasn't anything spectacular. Easily the most awful service experience I've had. read more

Okay so if I could give zero stars I would! No not for food quality but because I placed an order on my card and chose the option to tip in cash. Immediately I received a phone call from the manager asking me why I didn't put a tip on the card for the driver. I politely (yes seriously politely tho he was so rude) stated that I chose to tip in cash being tho I had a $5 so there was no need to put it on my card. He proceeded to curse me out and told me to call somebody (expletive) else cause he's canceling my order. I don't know who would operate a business that way but they will for sure never ever get my money cash or card ever again! My standard delivery pizza. Good service. Stromboli and calzones are so good. Pizza too. Skip the fries.

The customer service here is awful delivery drivers are very rude. When my food came it was all wrong i ordered bbq wings they switched it out and gave me honey mustard my fries were cold and my food was late i placed my order to be delivered at 7 it came 45 min late mind you i was at work i will never order here again read more

Pizza had two of three toppings ordered and the crust was so greasy (from waaay too much cheese) that the bottom of the pizza was soggy. Had to blot the top of the of the pizza three times. Very disappointed and will not order from there again. read more
