I was taking my son to work and I noticed a small circle blinking on my dashboard and noticed that my dashboard lights were out, I began to panic. I called Non-Stop tires and they took me in right away. They were very kind and reassuring. They checked my car out ,my battery,my fuses everything and then figured out that it was my battery in my key fob that needed to be replaced and that it was triggering my security system. During a recent trip from the South Bay to Arizona, my vehicle started overhearing near Pine Valley and despite my efforts to cool the engine with additional coolant, the problem persisted. My road service was not helpful, so I contacted Dulio & Tammy at Non-Stop Tires and Service and despite having closed their shop at 4pm, they arrived at my location to diagnose the issue. They quickly identified the problem and contacted their son to arrange a flatbed for my truck, they hooked the trailer onto their truck bringing it back to Chula Vista arriving by 8pm. Since a new radiator was ordered on our way back, they installed it and by 11pm my truck was repaired, and I was back on the road. As an update, this past weekend I got a TCM error message and after popping my hood realized that during my oil change and brake service, my fluids were not topped off, which I'm sure is standard in any oil service. Because my coolant and transmission fluid weren't checked and attended to, I now need to go back to a new mechanic to have a more localized look at my transmission. I'm very disappointed that all this was neglected and has led to more trouble for me and my wallet after I felt initially taken care of at Nonstop Tires. Sad. read more

This is the SPOT ! I had my Scion xB AC go out in 2012. In 2016 I went to a shop that wanted $3,800 to completely replace the entire ac system. After seeing that quote I quickly gave up trying to fix my AC. Flash forward to 2018 and the heat wave is just too much, I'm determined to get my AC fixed. I called around couple different shops telling them what supposedly needed to be done in order for the ac to work again. When I called here, I knew I was in good hands because they laughed at that price to fix it. Gentleman goes by name of D helped me out and found very simple issues as to why the ac was not working. Both valve stems had gone bad on my ac system. All D had to do was replace them, test the car and recharge it. I'm so thankful to have found these guys, honest reliable work. And I walked out of here with my AC blowing cold, no bullshit 3,800$ dollars. $150 bucks all said and done. Never going anywhere else for car work as long as I live in San Diego. I've never been more thoroughly satisfied with a business. I got a flat tire. I threw on the spare and started calling places to see if they could patch my tire quickly. Called discount tire, they said it would take maybe 2.5 hours. Called a second discount tire, never answered. Called Evans tire - maybe two hours. I looked up what is the closest possible tire place. Happened to be nonstop tires and service. I called, they answered immediately, said "I got you, bring it in". I pulled up, they checked it out immediately, patched it up, put it back on my car and finished in TWELVE MINUTES!!! They charged me $20, I would have paid $100. Saved me two hours. The BIGGEST problem I had with them was the first pen they gave me to sign my cc receipt was out of ink. That's it! (They has a second pen that worked great). Our Minivan was making a terrible noise when we turned the steering wheel. And it was leaking power steering fluid all over our driveway. Turns out the power steering had a leak in it, but it was more than just a simple hose...the whole power steering unit had to be replaced.
