Simply loved it. Reminded me of the Indian midnight noodles that I had during my college days

This is a great Asian spot near Disney that isn't Din Tai Fung…read more The employees are really nice. Service is quick. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. A restroom is available. Free parking in a small rear lot shared with Walgreens (it will look like you're pulling in to Hyatt parking). Mild noise level inside; can be noisy outside depending on how busy the adjacent road is. They have a good amount of food and drink options, from noodles and rice to dumplings and pig ears. Fountain drinks are self-serve, and they also offer canned and bottled drinks. The veggie dishes, fried rice, and noodles are delicious. I highly recommend the spicy wontons. Their dim sum options aren't the best I've ever had, but their other menu items make up for it. You order at the kiosk and pick up your food when your number is called (they sometimes bring it out to you if you're outside). Prices are on the higher side, so don't go here on a budget. Come later in the evening and eat outside if the weather permits! You'll get thinner crowds, good ambiance, and yummy food.

Unlike the other sister restaurants in the Chubby…read moreGroup which focus on upscale experiential dining, Chubby Dumplings focuses on a fast-casual dining experience and customers place their orders using one of two kiosks. This spot used to be Luscious Dumplings (received a Michelin Bib Gourmand in 2021), but the Chubby Group took over and rebranded it as Chubby Dumplings. [Parking]: Free parking in the rear and the parking spaces are shared with Hyatt House and Walgreens. [Amenity & service]: Small space with both indoor and few outdoor tables. A restroom is available. Our party waited approximately 20 minutes for the food even though the restaurant was only half full. [Menu]: Yelp's top highlighted items are Kurobuta Pork Soup Dumplings, Braised Beef Noodle Soup, and Pan Fried Pork Dumplings. *** Kurobuta Pork Soup Dumplings (6 pieces - $13.50): The skin was a bit thicker than I had expected and the broth had an average flavor. Steamed Chicken & Corn Dumplings (6 pieces - $13.00): I should have read the menu more closely as these steamed dumplings contained corn and I certainly wasn't expecting this ingredient. They tasted alright. Shrimp with Pork Siu Mai (6 pieces - $12.50): Ironically this appetizer order was probably the best of the three, but damn hefty price tags for 6 small pieces of pork siu mai. *** 3-star for the food but bump down due to (1) the food took a long time to prepare (20+ minutes) despite this being a fast-casual restaurant and (2) the portions were small relative to the somewhat expensive prices. This is the most disappointing restaurant I have experienced out of all the restaurants I have visited that are part of the Chubby Group.

We've been here many times, and they have never disappointed us. Plenty of parking is a huge plus…read more We don't usually take many photos, but tonight we came back around 7:30 and they never rushed us -- the service was very kind and relaxed. We tried the pan-fried pho and I have to say... it's the BEST -- definitely don't skip it! I ordered the grilled chicken vermicelli noodle bowl, and they were very generous with the chicken (more chicken than noodles!), so I even saved half for lunch tomorrow. Super deal If you ask me what I recommend? Honestly -- just order anything you see on the menu, you'll love it all. So far we've tried: Bánh mì chảo, egg rolls, brisket pho, chicken pho, garlic noodles... Trust me -- you won't be disappointed!

Got to give it to the immigrants cranking up in our communities. I asked the daughter should I get PHO or Rice plate with pork chop? She was honest, says "Today's PHO is good"! She did not let me down. Thin meat, tasty broth, fresh sprouts and mint. What can I ask for on a cold evening? Spacious dining room, plenty of parking on both sides of restaurant. On the main drag, Katella. You can judge a book by its cover, looks like the place has history. Sorry forgot to take more photos. I'll be back. Try this place out.

We got: Taiwanese soup noodle (5/5): new on the wall and wanted to try. Lots of good beef pieces in the soup, and not too heavy on the spice. Came with a vinegar dipping sauce Dry noodle combinations (5/5): we basically tried all of them. Perfect Al dente egg noodles with a clean broth on the side. Mine came with intestine, others had a fried chicken or dumplings which was really good and meaty. I like how all combos came with a sauce to accompany it Oxtail noodle soup (5/5): slightly spicy, very satisfying. Tender oxtail Overall so good and will be coming back! I'm not sure why I had this place bookmarked. Maybe it was an Instagram or TikTok…read more I would say the food was pretty good. My granddaughter and I ordered oxtail pho & chicken wings. The chicken wings were phenomenal. We got all flats, which I'm not sure if they normally serve it like that. They were crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside and just enough seasoning. The broth was super tasty. The oxtail cooked well. The noodles were in my opinion too soft. That's fine, my granddaughter likes him a little soft. The service was service, not bad or good. It was a small place, felt a little chaotic. Would I go back, if I was in the area probably.
