We came close to closing and advised us that you might want to order something that doesn't take long to cook since they were closing while some customers might take this as rude, we actually appreciated it. They give you a lot of shrimp which I appreciate because places usually skimp out on that. The flavor of the protein is good too and the veggies make a yummy combo. I come to this restaurant occassionally and recently noticed on Tuesday (May 5, 2026) between 7:00 pm - 7:30 pm that one of the cashier workers who handled the food containers and hands them to the cook to serve did not wash his hands or use the hand sanitizer in front of him after touching cash from the previous customer. He was handling alot of customers food with the containers and maybe there should be someone else handling the containers who is not touching money. Food is delicious. Try the soups when it's raining because they will warm you right up and soothe you if you get sick. The veggies with noodles and chicken or beef are super filling on everyday. Looks can be deceiving, but this was one of my favorite meals this month. Always walk past this place at the mall and they're always handing free samples to try and got me to come in to try. Walked in to just get a $9 bowl but the cashier convinced me to get the plate because he said it had more meat and I am glad he did because they are so generous with it and I loved the sweet taste of the teriyaki and soft, steamed veggies. Horrible. I never use that word to describe a place but THIS place earned that word in my book. Coming in I was greeted by a nice man at the front who was handing out chicken samples. He left it on top of the drink station without letting her know about her drink and she didn't get it until she was eating her food. My sister also asked for noodles but tell me why she got rice with noodles but I didn't? We ordered the same thing. That definitely makes no sense. On my receipt it said the man's name is David. And the whole time we were eating he just kept yelling out for orders, but when I say yelling he was YELLING. It even made other people that wanted to come in to eat just walk away completely! Would never recommend this place. And not to mention I got food poisoning after once I got home, if I could give 0 stars I would. Don't ever come here!! (P.S. They should definitely get rid of David.
