The food I had was great. The noodles are definitely bomb. And the beef roll pancake was actually out of this world good!! The service was also top notch. They took good care of us. This is my favorite restaurant in the area. I've gone here more times than I can count and have never been disappointed. Every dish is delicious. As of late I've become a big fan of the new item on the menu (Kung-pao-chicken). The portions are perfect, the service is fast and courteous. I was so excited to hear that a Noodle St location was opening up in Eastvale. I've been to Fullerton location, and the food there was exceptional. At the Eastvale location, I found that the menu was a bit limited in terms of their noodle options. We ordered the beef rolls, xiao long bao (steamed pork buns), bone in rib rice noodle soup, and a seasonal veggie noodle soup with knife cut noodles. My mom and I were a bit fan of the beef rolls. The beef rolls were crispy and flaky, and the meat wasn't too dry since there was plenty of sauce in each roll. My mom thought that there was too much cilantro in the beef rolls, but she still commented that they were really good and that she would order them again. The xiao long bao were good but not spectacular. The noodle soups were served in massive bowls and could easily be shared with two people. My mom enjoyed the rice noodles more than the knife cut noodles since the knife cut noodles were quite thick and chewy. The broths for each noodle soup was clear and didn't taste overly seasoned. After perusing their menu, I settled on the first thing that grabbed my attention - the spicy beef noodle soup. There weren't many options to choose from, but I get it. A place like this excels at noodles, their namesake specialty. I asked the waitress if there was a way to make that spicy beef noodle soup mild in spice. She said the broth was pre-made. They could only dilute it with the other broth. I agreed to try that. Oh boy! My mouth was on fire, my lips were numb, and I was coughing from the spicy broth touching the back of my throat. It was delicious, I'll give you that. However, the spiciness made me not be able to completely experience all the flavors. The beef was nice and tender. The knife cut noodles were my favorite part. Handmade noodles are the way to go with these beef noodle soup dishes, in my opinion. Judging from the pickup line, this is a popular place for takeouts. Great addition to the area, it's so hard to find an authentic and delicious Asian food place, and here it is! When they first opened I always ordered take out, it was always well packed and leak fee. It was so yummy that I brought my coworkers there two days in a row and they all agrees! It is one of our favorite spot for lunch and motivation to work now. Derek provided us top service, he was friendly, approachable, and have a sense of humor! Him and all staffs there were very attentive and comes by frequently to check on us. I rate 5/5 for both food and service. It is a must try, but keep in mind that this place do get busy during peak hours for lunch and dinner. This is my second time here, and I'm giving a five star (I normally wait until after several visits) for its cleanliness, friendly staff and most of all, the delicious offerings!! Everything I got was awesome!! The noodles are the star, especially the Dan Dan Noodles!! However, so far my favorite is the beef pancakes, with the thinly sliced beef without too much gristles, wrapped inside pancakes pan fried to perfection. The service was top notch too. When we got here, we were seated at a small table (since there were two of us). This place gets pretty packed on a Friday night!! We placed our name on the waiting list and waited for about 30 mins.. we walked around Sprouts while we wait for our table. The customer service was great considering a full house and what seems like staff shortages everywhere you go. You do have to get the waitress' attention to order and the food takes some time to come out. Egg Tomato Noodles with knife cut noodles were really good, my toddler loves it and it tasted like childhood for me. It's literally the perfect combination, egg and tomato, cant go wrong with that. We also ordered The Spicy Beef Noodle Soup with regular thin noodle but it came out with the knife cut noodles.. lol and since it takes a while to get the food to begin with, we just took the food and ate it. This isn't my first time here, but this place deserves a review. If you like Lan Zhou noodles or are new to noodles, this place has authentic (at least to me) Lan Zhou clear beef broth noodles.
