Self service everything. Love the charging ports!

The noodles are chewy, just the way I like them. Watched them make it fresh! Not sure why others say it's super expensive because it's actually cheaper than most ramen or pho places, $11.99+. Taking off one star because you can't order online. They have a page but it only lets you order the most basic noodles.

This is like Chinese style aburasoba but you pick your own toppings. You choose between about 6 different plain noodle bases. Afterwards, you add all your meat and veggies and everything is ala cart. The more you add the more you pay.(chicken, beef, shrimp, peas, corn, spinach, etc...) In a few minutes, you get a text and you pick up the food at the front. The GOOD - Noodles were really chewy and bouncy. Perhaps my favorite texture I had here so far in the bay. (5/5 for the texture) - Usb chargers on the wall for convenience. The BAD - I don't think the worker spoke English but you can easily go to the kiosk and figure it out. - The food was luke warm/room temperature(i think it's supposed to be like this) - No free tap water option that I could find. Overall, I would go back to the place strictly for the bouncy noodles. Next time, I would try a different flavor. The spicy garlic was good but I think it's worth trying other flavors. The customer service was a bit lacking but it's probably the language barrier. Arrived there around 7:30pm Monday and the place had one other customer.

Noodles were good but everything else is meh. You order at a tablet at the counter. You choose what sauce you want and then add toppings if you want. Topping all cost extra (e.g. chicken, beef, spinach, etc.). Alfredo sauce was a bit salty for me. To go orders are packed in a compostable container. Noodles were sticking to the container when we brought it home to eat.

Tomato sauce noodle with popcorn chicken

Hate to do this to a new place, but this was one of the worst places I've ever eaten. Popcorn chicken was cold/mushy. Don't know how they didn't even microwave it. Cooked spinach was also cold. Wife got a dish with some beef in it, also cold. Only good thing was the noodle texture, but it gets ruined by the terrible tomato sauce. I give this place maybe 6-8 months before they close, unless they have some huge investor backing them.

Hahaha If you don't like spicy food or oily dishes, then stay away from this place. You're not going to be able to handle the burning sensation in your mouth.......but I do suggest you request the dishes without spice seasoning if you prefer non spicy.......then you'll be ok. You can also request seasoning on the side so you can control the level of spiciness. Don't get me wrong! This place is good and dishes are reasonably priced. Those peppercorns give it that numbing feeling in your mouth in a good way. It's best to eat here during cooler months, in my opinion. I think it worth trying it.

The service and the food came out quick. It was raining, and the perfect meal for this weather. I finished the whole bowl, which means it was hella good. I only wish there were more meat, rather than more noodles. But I don't like that it's minimal human interaction. There was water on the table already, and we served ourselves. At the end we walked up to pay with a person at the counter. I like more personal interaction with human rather then just my phone. But this is a great place, if you're an introvert and like minimal contact with people.

The cuisine is more western China focused with the Chinese hamburger (肉夹馍) and big plate chicken (大盘鸡). Parking is ample in the plaza, and service is very fast. You can see the kitchen and its workflows from the outside, sort of like what you see at Marugame. Spoiler alert, the noodles really are handpulled and the kitchen is very clean! I ordered a Lanzhou Beef noodle soup and Chili Oil noodle. The broth in the Lanzhou noodle was very savory and perfectly seasoned. They also respected my comment for mild spicy, and it was one of the only times I drank almost all the soup since I did not taste artificial powders or too much white pepper. The Chili Oil noodle was also ordered with mild spice, and the noodles were so chewy and perfect, I can't wait to come back here already! We just wished the chili oil noodle had more meats, since there were like only a 2 or 3 slices of beef. Otherwise, portion sizes were also big for the price point, and the quality was beyond my expectations. Since it was our first time here, we were a little cautious and just ordered what we needed. But next time I'll definitely try the big plate chicken and pig ears!

There seems to have some menu change since the last time we came. We ordered 2 dry noodles and a cold spicy pig ears appetizer. The pig ears were piled up with no fillers - something hard to find these days. You can select the type of noodles so I picked the widest while my husband picked the middle one. I love the el dente texture of the noodles giving it a bit of chew. My braised pork belly dry noodles was not dry... very watery which was not to my liking. I want my dry noodles with as little gravy as possible. The flavor was light despite all the gravy, but the veggies and one egg made it up. The house special dry noodles had just the right amount of gravy for taste but not enough ingredients. I was wondering why the restaurant is called One Piece... I guess the entire bowl of noodles is one piece noodle as it was hard to eat as all the noodles are tangled. No complaints here just need to be careful with the splashes on your shirt. Overall the food was good, service was decent as we were offered actual menu instead of only using QR code to order. The place was not small with plenty of table. A bit noise as with all Chinese restaurants.

Ever since we tried…read moreChinese style bbq skewers last year, we definitely wanted to try more, Dynasty bbq came up on Yelp and seemed quite reasonable in price and serving size. When you enter and get seated, you will be prompted to go on the url code at the table to pick your items. While I understand that this is the new way for restaurants to serve guests post-covid, the vast menu items you have to scroll through makes me long for physical menus of the past - but that's just my boomer take for the day. There were a bunch of other items like rice and noodle dishes that looked interesting to pair with the meats, but we were only craving bbq so we skipped out on the carbs. We ordered a BUNCH of skewers, from the standard beef, lamb, pork belly to chicken skin and a fried quail. All of the skewers had the same type of dried chili powder spice seasoning mix so unfortunately there wasn't too much of a diversity in flavor profile but on the flip side, it allowed us to focus more on enjoying the meat quality itself (this is where rice or noodles would definitely help cut through the richness). All of the meats were incredibly well-cooked and charred. It is on the drier side, so be aware if you are looking for a juicier, plumper cut of meat that some other restaurants have. Paired with the Chinese vinegar, soy sauce, and chili oil, they were super delectable. My personal favorites were the pork belly, chicken skin, and beef. We had some leftovers to go and the staff provided us some extra sauce to go so that's a big plus. Great food here and definitely will be back to try more of the other menu items for the full experience.

Overall I would recommend this place for skewers!

Ordering is easy, you can scan the QR code at your table to place your order, or have one of the staff take it for you. My teen loves the chicken karaage, and I always go for the Spicy Miso Ramen. Both are yummy. The service was excellent. Our waitress was friendly and checked on us regularly throughout the meal. We were able to scan the menu at our table and paid quickly remotely. Our food came out on a timely manner. We were able to try the Clam ramen, Hinodeya ramen, and the Tonkatsu. They were all delicious and very much to our liking. Presentation is something i noticed they take pride in. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted promptly, the decorations on the front entrance is what lured us in. The tables all had a tiny lamp that you can turn on and off. All the servers were wearing coordinated attire with the restaurant logo on it. They were all attentive to our needs and constantly filled up our water and took empty dish away when the table started to feel tight/crowded. All Ramen we tried had the WOW bursting with flavors. I highly recommend this place.

I went here twice before, and I wanted to leave a review…read more The ambiance is really good, it has that contemporary Chinese flair that is popular right now and apparently also has live music (although no one was playing at the times I went). The price is really good for lunch, about $30ish per person AYCE. There is simple selections of meat including chicken, lamb, beef, the sort. And there are a decent selection of soups. I tried the Beef Tallow Spicy Sichuan one and It was really well done. They also have lobsters and other seafood upon request, and they were really well done too for the price. The sauce bar is good. It has your typical Soy Sauce, Zhejiang Vinegar, Garlic, etc. If they added a bit more different varieties that would be great, like Ponzu or Hong Kong Soy Sauce. Of the times I came here, I never really needed to order more from the original order. They always seem to put out just enough. The most important thing for me though, was that their ingredients were really good. In most places that I eat, I typically get a bit bogged down/bloated or I might get some brain fog after. After eating here, I did not get that feeling at all and I feel much more refreshed/satisfied than usual. I know this is a personal thing, but that means a lot to me. Of the things to improve upon, I think the menu does need to be a bit more clear. There is a feeling that only the side food bar is unlimited, but the rest are not. The breakfast menu does not seem very clear, as I cannot tell if this is a one time serving or if it is AYCE as well. The rear area with the self-serving also is a bit confusing. Perhaps some more frills to go with it would improve the overall experience. The other reviews stated that the service was not very good; this may have been the case before but the times I been there the wait staff has been very attentive so maybe they have been listening. Jack's Restaurant tends to eat up a lot of the attention, but this little nook in New Park is sorely needed as the mall is pretty dead inside. I will definitely come back just because I don't feel bloated after eating. Please keep up the good work and hopefully what I wrote was able to help you in your business. Thanks! 我一定會再來。謝謝!
