This place made legit hand pull noodles, and they have more variety on type of noodles soup than other places. You can see the cook hand pulling noodles in the windows! No frill noodle place!

One of my favorite if not my FAVORITE place for Chinese noodles! They have everything from Lanzhou lamian to Youpo mian to Liangpi! The cuisine is more western China focused with the Chinese hamburger (肉夹馍) and big plate chicken (大盘鸡). Parking is ample in the plaza, and service is very fast. You can see the kitchen and its workflows from the outside, sort of like what you see at Marugame. Spoiler alert, the noodles really are handpulled and the kitchen is very clean! I ordered a Lanzhou Beef noodle soup and Chili Oil noodle. The broth in the Lanzhou noodle was very savory and perfectly seasoned. They also respected my comment for mild spicy, and it was one of the only times I drank almost all the soup since I did not taste artificial powders or too much white pepper. The Chili Oil noodle was also ordered with mild spice, and the noodles were so chewy and perfect, I can't wait to come back here already! We just wished the chili oil noodle had more meats, since there were like only a 2 or 3 slices of beef. Otherwise, portion sizes were also big for the price point, and the quality was beyond my expectations. Since it was our first time here, we were a little cautious and just ordered what we needed. But next time I'll definitely try the big plate chicken and pig ears!

My wife and I stopped by One Piece Lamian this past Sunday for the first time and we had a great meal. Since we came during the noon lunch rush, there was a small wait for a table. Ordering is done entirely via a QR code on the table. Once we placed our order, I was shocked at how fast the food came out of the kitchen: the appetizers came out in about 30 seconds and our mains came out about five minutes later. From the appetizer menu, we ordered the shaved potato salad and the spicy pig ears. Both dishes were seasoned well and had the exact flavor profile I was expecting. I especially liked the spicy pig ears here because of how thinly its slicked. For our mains, I ordered the cold noodles with shredded chicken while my wife ordered the sour cabbage lamb noodles. One Piece Lamian definitely has some of the best textured noodles I've had in the Bay. The noodles here are cooked perfectly and have just the right of resistance to them when you bite in. For certain noodle dishes, you're even able to choose the type of the noodles from five different options, from thin angel hair to wide pappardelle. There's spicy chili oil on the table as well if the default spiciness is not enough for you. I cannot recommend One Piece enough if you're craving Asian noodles. In the sea of noodle spots in the Bay Area, this place is definitely one of the top spots in my book.

My family loves their noodle soup here a lot - from beef noodle to fish lamb based noodle soup. I think the highlight is their fresh hand pulled noodle. You get to choose the noodle thickness (fine, wide, flat) when you order. This time I tried their soybean paste dry noodle with yellow peas. It was a well balanced but otherwise average normal taste to me. The good part was that it wasn't too greasy or thick in sauce. My fam loved the fish and lamb noodle soup. Service was great. Plenty parking space

I had a pretty disappointing experience here. First, I was surprised to see that I was charged a tip on a takeout order. The online checkout defaulted to adding gratuity, and it wasn't clearly communicated, so I ended up paying it unintentionally. That felt misleading and left a bad impression right from the start. When I asked the server about this at counter, they were unwilling to refund. On top of that, when I asked if they could separate our order into different packages, the staff responded with a noticeably unfriendly attitude. It didn't feel like an unreasonable request, but the interaction made it seem like we were being difficult, which was uncomfortable. Overall, the lack of transparency around charges and the poor customer service really took away from the experience. Food is ok, horrible service though. Never come back again

Fast service, delicious comfort noodle soup, best for cold winter days or nights. Recently moved nearby, will be our usual spot going forward

Huge portions & delicious appetizers and soup. The broth tastes salty but probably because the seasoned beef was part of it; otherwise the noodles tasted good and I love the different types of noodles you can choose from. Would come again to try something else! Not much customer service since it's QR code service but everyone was nice.

Husband was craving soup noodles and we ended up at One Piece. I've been here several times and it was his first time here. We were all super satisfied. Everything tasted great and hit the spot. The baby ate the noodles and the toddler ate quite a lot of the noodles and soup too! She even took the husband's leftover beef bone and tried to finish the meat off of it. Love how they have scissors to help cut the noodles for the kids and plastic ware for them. The servers were pretty friendly and the kids loved looking at them and trying to engage. Food came out fast and the noodles were delicious and tasted fresh. There were quite a few occupied tables but still easy to get a table. There were quite a few families with kids here and I can see why. Family friendly place and food that kids will also eat.

Any casual Chinese noodle spot close to home is a friend of mine. One Piece specializes in their hand pulled noodles and does so quickly and efficiently. Ordering is done through a QR code on the table but payment isn't, so you'll have to flag down a server once you're finished which can be hard at times (they prefer to hang around the POS). Although it can get busy, we've never had trouble with long wait times. I regularly opt for their Lanzhou Beef Noodle Soup w/small flat noodles. Thin slices of beef shank, a plentiful amount of chewy noodles, and garnishes of cilantro and pickled radish all steeped in a clear bone broth speckled with chili oil are all enough to satiate anyone's appetite including mine. Prices are on the cheaper side for being in Fremont. Come for simple classic dishes done well and dependably.

Absolutely love their hand pulled noodles. I was in the mood for something simple yet comforting, and the tomato and egg noodles delivered. You can pick from several types of noodles, and the wide ones were perfectly chewy with just the right texture. I'll definitely be coming back whenever a noodle craving hits.

For Saturday dinner, we were seated immediately. Service is very efficient. Sadly, there were some items that we wanted to order that was out of stock, such as the cucumbers. We loved the pig ears, and were pleasantly surprised with the potato salad! While none of us got any of the spicy noodles due to fear (there's no spice levels), we all enjoyed our food and ability to customize our noodle options. I'd love to come back and try something spicy.

We visited One Piece Lamian several times now, and the food has always been great. Came here for dinner a few weeks ago and tried some different dishes- big chicken, lamb pita, and the house soup. Definitely unique alternative to the other noodle houses in the area, and it's becoming our go to. Thanks Team One Piece!

Very good cumin flavor. Lots of thinly sliced lamb. Got the round noodles, good texture.

Do they offer gluten free noodles?

Noodles have egg? Egg allergies over here. thanks!

Their noodles are made of flours. No eggs.

Do you know your waitress is rudely forcing customers to pay tips for takeout food?

No one can "force" you to pay a tip. But your meal still was noted, cooked, and packed. Why not tip? It's still service. Maybe less but still.

    Halal or not?

Sorry about that, we sale pork as well

    Do you have outdoor seating?

    Nope

    Do you have vegetarian options?

Yes! Tomato and egg noodle. Cold skin and a few appetizers are vegetarian.

Would I be able to seat a party of 8 here?

    sure

The Mongolian beef was definitely the star of the meal. The beef was incredibly tender, and the broth was rich, flavorful, and comforting. I wasn't a huge fan of the combination fried rice since it tasted a little too egg-heavy for my liking. The shrimp and pork chili wontons were just okay. They had a strange peanut butter-like aftertaste that I wasn't expecting, and I'm not sure if it came from the sauce, but they weren't my favorite. Also, despite being labeled as chili wontons, they weren't spicy at all--at least not for me. On the sweeter side, the strawberry and chocolate dumplings were surprisingly good and a fun way to end the meal! The restaurant was packed, especially for a Friday dinner rush, but the waitlist moved quickly. We only waited about 12 minutes to be seated, which was a pleasant surprise. I'd definitely come back and try more items from the menu!
