There was ample seating inside and out for those who don't want to be "fast." I have never seen this chain in my home state of Florida. Perhaps one should consider expanding there. Mine was well flavored with a touch of sweetness in the teriyaki sauce but the spiciness did kick in after a few bites. Great seasoning overall!! My daughter's noodles was spicy as well. Bad experience. Tables were filled with used dishes, and we had to push them aside. Took 25 minutes to get our food, and when it arrived everything was ice cold. We sent back one item to try to get a warmer version, but it was never brought back to is. Eventually, we just considered it a loss because we couldn't get anyone's attention. One poor server had to run register and bring out food. No tables were cleared, so people just kept piling their dishes with the previous patron's dishes. The noodles were undercooked in one, and the other contained the wrong sauce and some of the egg was burnt. Upon returning the undercooked dish, the staff was quite indifferent to the issue and reacted unpleasantly. After the issue was fixed, the original undercooked dish was remade, but now was missing ingredients. We were very dissatisfied with the quality of the food as well as the service. Was literally completely burnt. The last time I had bacon this burnt was when I forgot I was baking bacon in my oven at home and almost burnt my house down. The food here is decent. Not very good, but not very bad. I had the Pesto Chicken which was basically edible, but not something that I would want to eat again. Just spent $50 on carryout. When we got home, all of our noodles were undercooked and extremely unappetizing, no one wanted to eat them because they were so hard. When I called to let them know my issues with the order, they told me that I was incorrect and that all their noodles are cooked the same and no one else had complained. Personally, I don't think it is great customer service to tell a customer that they are wrong about the food that is right in front of them without even looking at it yourself. It was not at all worth the $9/dish of food. Also ordered the cauliflower noodles that was supposed to have vegetables included in it. There were two partial mushroom slices, one piece of spinach and a few pieces of zucchini in the large sized bowl. I have never posted a review for anything before but as a person who has consistently ate at noodles for over 15 years, I was so disappointed not only with the food but also the customer service. I said I ordered regular sized and the employee said they ran out of the regular bowl, that's the reason they are serving in small bowl. The small bowl was not full so I don't understand, how they are justifying fitting regular portion in a small bowl. People who ordered before us and after us got the big bowl.
