I had an order made wrong at the Oakbrook location last night and I was over near this location today and I asked them if they would remake it. I brought back the full order. It was just a pad Thai they could easily have made it but they're too lazy to and instead they told me I need to drive back to Oak Brook just to get a freaking order remade lazy lazy lazy lazy your job is to serve the customer not to piss them off

So I tried this place for the first time ever. I wasn't to impress with it, I figured it a lot more. Not saying it was bad, I guess what ruined it for me was the cilantro in my spicy beef. Not a fan! I had no idea that it came with it. Over all though in a pinch I would be ok.

The new summertime Very Berry Spinach Salad is DELICIOUS!!! It has fresh spinach, fresh strawberries, red onion, pecans, homemade croutons, BACON, cheese (which I asked to be left off since I don't like cheese) with tangy balsamic fig dressing drizzled on the salad. SO GOOD! I had some flat bread on the side- only $.75- and it was tasty too. I saw someone at a table next to us who got the ciabatta roll- that looked great and I'll try that next time. My husband had the Indonesian Peanut Saute with chicken and it was very spicy but he ate every bite. They have awesome rice krispie treats too- only $1.50- and they are huge- just my size- and don't taste fake or processed- a nice dessert on top of a great dinner. :) I can't wait to go back and try out some other menu items. They have a great selection. I love how clear the menus are- they have printed menus at the entrance and then again at the counters, and they have big boards above the counters and everything is included and described well with all of the ingredients listed- so helpful. You order at the counter and then they bring you your food. They even have a note that says they don't expect you to tip- that's refreshing. They have Izzes in bottles that you can get too- I love Izze! I think more people were ordering to carry out than to dine in- it seems like a really popular place. I like that the tables aren't too close together. The restaurant was clean and the service was good. I can't believe I haven't tried this place before- I know we will be back really soon.

Good for fast food. We each had the spicy Korean beef noodles. Mine had to much sauce floating in the bottom of the bowl and granddaughters had little sauce but over all was very tasty. A little pricey for what you get. 24$ for small and large dish, 2 drinks and a cookie. Restaurant was clean which I appreciate. Cashier was friendly and polite

The moment we walked in, we were greeted with the kind of warmth and energy that instantly puts you in a good mood. Before we even realized we weren't at the right spot for dessert, one of the staff brought me a beautiful flower for my birthday! How sweet is that? Though it wasn't our intended destination, we decided to stay for a glass of wine. Our server, who was absolutely wonderful, went above and beyond by bringing over a dessert from their other location so we could still enjoy something sweet. Talk about top-notch service! The ambiance of this place is equally charming--cozy, with adorable outdoor lighting that adds to the perfect atmosphere. We're already planning our return to dive into the full menu. If you're looking for exceptional service and a cozy spot to unwind, this is the place to be!

It was mostly solid cheese by the time it got to me and it threw off the taste. The salmon was overcooked and lemon overpowered the whole dish. None of the lemon got into the fish and it was all centralized on the pasta. Quantity- not much salmon for the price. Wouldn't come back. Atmosphere- outdoor seating is nice but tables are small and feels cramped. Service- pretty fast

I had the pimento dip, the 3 cheese breadsticks, and the baguette with fig spread and honestly considered canceling the rest of my day and just living there. Everything tasted fresh, thoughtful, and ridiculously good. The bread was perfect, the cheeses were rich and flavorful, and the fig spread with the baguette deserved its own fan club. The drinks absolutely held their own too. The Summer Spritz was crisp and refreshing, while the sangria came in with a polite smile and then quietly reminded me to respect it because wow, it was strong and delicious. Beyond the food and drinks, the whole place has this warm, beautiful French market vibe that feels cozy, elevated, and welcoming all at once. Great atmosphere, amazing flavors, and the kind of spot that makes you start planning your next visit before you've even paid the bill. Highly recommend.

The price point was on the high side for us but not out-of-reach. We arrived and was immediately sat in the bar; in fact, everyone is sat in the bar. The dining room has about twenty tables, and they were two tables being used; the bar also had about twenty tables and every table was sat. I asked the waiter and they do sit the bar area first and overflow into the dining room. With the bar area at near capacity and all hard surfaces it was very loud. The dining room had carpet floor and a coffered beamed ceiling it was tremendously quiet. If you want the energy of a crowded restaurant the bar is great, the dinning rom is a more upscale experience.  We started with Calamari Friiti, that is the title of the dish. In smaller print the description is Crispy Fried Calamari, Zucchini,  and herbs. What was served was 70% NOT Calamari but thin fried zucchini strips, fried rosemary (literally the twig of rosemary in batter and fried), and fried thyme (the thyme was removed from the twig so I could not even find it., but the waiter said it was there. At $19  expected more Calamari at least 60%, after all the dish was not called "fried herbs and Calamari". Our table had Spaghetti and Meatballs at $24, the Stuffed Pork Chop special (with Broccoli Rabe) at $27, and I had the Eggplant Parmigiana at $20. I get eggplant Parmesan a lot, it is my favorite Italian dish. $20 is high for eggplant Parmesan, I prefer my eggplant thinly sliced and fried. This is more three eggplant steaks with cheese and red gravy. Not my personal favorite but good. The pasta was so unusual I had to ask about it; the waiter said it is made from scratch in house but the shape in an Italian grocery store would be casarecce. I thought $24 for Spaghetti and Meatballs high but my husband said the Meatballs were excellent. Finally, $27 for one Stuffed Pork Chop also seemed high but it tasted great, the garlic white wine sauce made a tasty glaze. We ordered Tiramisu for the table and one person got the blueberry sorbet. I found the Tiramisu traditional and another person thought the mascarpone cheese was whipped too much. I read a several reviews, most of the reviewers praised the service as outstanding; we found our server disappearing for 30 - 40 minutes; we had to call someone over to order desert and another to get the check.

So the space here is mostly taken up with pizza boxes and a long food service table, with a narrowish aisle to order your food / desserts. There are other things but I'm a vegetarian so I zone out the minute I see "sausage." Vegetarian? They default to a marinara red sauce and vegetable is one of the default slices. I didn't see eggplant parmesan on the menu, but they told me if I ask for it (advance notice would be helpful) they'll make it. Entrees are served hot. The manicotti and lasagna are delicious; the manicotti is not a big pan but a take-out container with two manicotti rolls; will feed one hungry person but wouldn't be enough for two people. Service is still friendly although the space is now a little cramped. The cake and gelato, etc. are still delicious, so I stand by everything I said about dessert in my earlier review.
