My wife is a fan so we come occasionally but I can't get over the over priced tiny portion noodle dishes they serve here. This evening they must have been understaffed. The cooks were working hard to keep up but we stood at the front counter for almost 30 minutes and no one took an order. There was a line to the door and no one took an order from anyone in line. There were mobile pick ups going in and out but we couldn't get anyone to physically take our order... eventually we just sat down and did our own mobile order. Another 20 minutes and food finally arrives! Can't believe I waited this long, should have walked away a while ago. I genuinely feel bad for these employees! I was more a fan of the shredded cheese than the melted liquid cheese taste. Went there because had received a BOGO free email offer. I ordered Korean steak noodle $12.25 & lemon garlic shrimp scampi $12.95. I paid & we went to table & waited for our food. I noticed on the receipt that they took off $8.00. When our food was brought to us, I asked why only $8.00 was taken off when it was BOGO free. He told us that only the noodle was BOGO free, not the protein. Well, that is very deceptive. That should be boldly stated on the offer. What made it worse was that my daughter had a free birthday entree that we could have used instead. As has happened before at Noodles, they never let you know what offers are available. My son and I stop in here often when we're hustling around the Greendale area. My standard is the Indonesian Peanut Saute, and it's great with a squirt of lime and Sriracha. I recently had the chicken noodle soup and it wasn't bad! Also surprisingly good is their new Pork sandwich. They've got one of those soda machines with the touch screens, if you like a variety of sodas (and touching a filthy touchscreen, ha). We called in an order a half order before we stopped in. Upon arrival, there was a super long line with no one working the register. We waited approximately 20 minutes to pay for our preordered food. It seems that the pickup orders are more important than the customers who are standing in front of them. When we finally were able to pay for the order they gave it to an Uber driver!! Worst customer service ever! No sense of urgency for an order that they botched up... I will never come to this location again. I have gone to this location for years. That ended today. In the past month, when my husband has wanted to go here, they have messed up our order but also had an attitude of not wanting you there and not wanting to be there. They are very rude and disrespectful. Especially the short white one with the short hair and glasses. They have a sign up saying online orders only because they just don't want to do their job. If you didn't want to do the work, why did you apply? Don't take it out on the customers. I refuse to go to this location ever again. My kids and I did not deserve to be treated so disrespectfully when I teach and model basic manners to them. They see this and ask why it's ok for her to have no manners. We love the food at Noodles. It never disappoints. I felt bad for the employees there tonight. The wait for our order was over 30 minutes! It has NEVER taken that long. Dishes were piled up at the clean up station, lots of people waiting. Cooks were working so hard to get orders done and when our food finally was delivered to the table the waiter was so apologetic about the wait. The girl who checked us out was very pleasant regardless of the stress of how busy and backed up they were. Some people were rude as usual not understanding that sometimes things happen beyond the control of the employees on the front line. Maybe they had several sick calls. People need to get over themselves and cut others some slack. In the end the food was great and we will return. read more

This was perhaps the worst experience in pathetic customer service that I've ever encountered. Came to this location about 2PM on a Wednesday. Saw no other people in the restaurant other than 4 employees. At the counter I was asked if I called in an order; I said no but I'd like to place a carry out order. I was informed that they only accept online and phone in orders. I indicated I wasn't aware of this apparently new policy but since I'm standing here with money in hand, can I please place my order. I was told NO, I had to place on online order or call their "call center" to place a phone order and that center would forward my order to them. Needless to say my reaction was to begin laughing out loud. I really thought I must be on Candid Camera or being pranked. Another employee (manager?) told me they could not take my order because it would be "unfair" to treat one customer differently from the others. So, apparently all customers are to be treated the same, like crap. I walked out, still laughing, and went to the New Berlin location where they happily took my order and my money. Sometimes I just don't get it. I come here after hearing raving reviews from yelpers and my wife's coworkers alike. I have absolutely no problems eating at chains or fast food joints. It was missing one very important component, THE CHEESE! Seriously, it tasted like buttered noodles with a little bit of salt. And I know they didn't screw up the order because at the very top was the tiniest bit of cheese. This is by far the worst Mac & Cheese I've ever tasted, and that includes the stuff with the orange powder. I got the extra meatballs, and they tasted like those freezer burned meatballs you get in a bag at the grocery store. For $3, I get five little meatballs that taste worse than the eight big meatballs that I get in a five dollar footlong meatball marinara at Subway. How does this happen? I get a small order of cheesy garlic bread. It says it comes with three pieces. It's more like one and a quarter when you compare it to every other place that serves garlic bread on Earth. Once again, it's supposed to be "cheesy" and it has minimal cheese. What am I paying you guys for? Twelve bucks for a meal I couldn't even feed to my dogs because I feared it would be considered animal abuse. I've always told myself, "I don't like chains". Add this one to the growing list of chains that actually do a pretty good job. This is an order at the counter type of place. Since it was my first time there, I felt a little uncomfortable and rushed, but I decided to try the Pesto Cavatappi. I was surprised at how good it was. It had a nice Basil Pesto, Tomatoes, Mushrooms and shredded Parmesan. I could have added a protein for a few bucks more, but I am glad I didn't because as it was, I still had enough to take some leftovers home. The food they offer is of the healthier variety. They offer gluten-free, low sodium, low sugar, and 500 calorie or less options. In addition to their noodle dishes, they also offer salads, soups, and sandwiches. All of the food is made to order, which is really nice. Obviously, the big thing here is noodles. And they have so many varieties of dishes to choose from. You can order either the regular portion size or the small portion size. You can add extras to your meal as well. For example, my go-to dish here is the Steak Stroganoff, which already contains Marinated steak, sautéed mushrooms, mushroom sherry cream sauce, wavy egg noodles, fresh herbs, cracked pepper, parmesan and Italian parsley. I always have shrimp added, which makes it even more amazing. My husband loves the Wisconsin Mac & Cheese, and always has the breaded chicken added to it. Yum! As far as beverages go, Noodles has a Coca Cola Freestyle machine. There are so many varieties of beverages to pick from. You will definitely find something that you like. They also have different bottled beverages, including beer. This is definitely one of my top places to satisfy my hunger when my stomach is growling. read more

Yes, it's a chain, and yes, it's a bit pricier than the Qdoba next door, but Noodles is good quality. I enjoy their Japanese Pan Noodles and their Indonesian Peanut Saute, usually with Tofu or Marinated Steak. They have Mediterranean and American options, but I think their Asian themed dishes are their best. Their macaroni and cheese is good, but it's not my favorite. However, the best part is their programmable soda machine, where you can basically get any soda in any flavor. I know it sounds silly that the best part of the restaurant (for me, at least) isn't the food, but the soda, but since your food is cooked to order, you can get one flavor while you wait, have another flavor with your meal, and another flavor to go. read more
