Went here recently looking for something different for dinner. Decided on the Crispy Bacon Chicken Alfredo. It came with fettuccini, parmesan-encrusted chicken, broccoli, spinach, and shredded cheese on top. It was just what the doctor ordered. Very satisfying and delicious comfort food. Service here is great...and its a nice and relaxed ambience. Definitely a place to go for a pasta meal whether its with an American, Italian, or East Asian twist. read more

Delicious Mac and cheese!! Chicken is a little rubbery, but not awful. Buttered noodles are always a good choice as well. Service was great. Amber was so very sweet and helpful. I just wish they'd get some better chicken to make. read more

I always order on the app for in store pick up. It's always ready when I get there. It was lunch time and I still had errands to run so I decided to seat myself and enjoy my meal. I absolutely LOVE That they now offer low carb options as I'm currently on KETO. The location was clean and the employees were friendly and working diligently to get orders out. Where do I start? I have loved Noodles for years, many locations. The last few months we have been going to this location for dinner usually a couple times a month. Nope, not anymore. I understand Covid is real and something we make allowances for. No issue there. Waiting longer doesn't bother me at all. BUT! The food has been getting progressively worse and very inconsistent as the months went on. 2 nights ago we went (take out) and it was SO gross I couldn't stand it. We always order the same thing every time. I get the spaghetti and meatballs with cheesy bread. My husband noodles and meat balls. I didn't know that 'make your own cheesy bread' was a thing we could order. I say this from the respect that the bread was sliced and there was cheese in the same bowl. Notice I said bread, not toast. So, we took the bread, placed the cheese on it as opposed to under it in the bottom of the container where it was and placed it in the toaster oven we have. It was wonderful when actually toasted, melted cheese and hot. Noodles should try offering that! I will spare you the spaghetti/noodle portion of the meal other than to say....um.....what's that? This isn't closed. We just ate there last night. It was clean, staff were friendly and they offer a 15% off for veterans. My wife loved it. This unit just opened. I ordered a small spaghetti & meatballs a soft drink for lunch which cost over $9.00. There was a lot of customer confusion at the Coke Freestyle machine which led to delay. The customer in front of me was really confused when the machine told her that the root beer was sold out. I took a seat in the back and waited for my meal, and waited, and waited. 13 1/2 minutes passed before the dish was delivered to me. The bowl looked the same as the menu, and was about the same temperature. The shaved cheese that was covering the bowl did not come close to melting and the noodles were separate and firm, but we're gummy when I ate them. The meatballs and sauce were tasty, but the overall experience was not great. Maybe food quality will improve with more crew experience. read more

I went to this location on like, the first day they were even making food. They were giving the food away as a "Training day". Quite frankly, I thought it was overpriced. I honestly just wasn't impressed; I will give it that the food was hot, the noodles and shrimp were cooked properly, and the sauce wasn't broken; however the sauce was astoundingly mediocre. Great service, great food, good location because I walk over there sometimes to grab some food. One time, I was placing my order and realized that I forgot my wallet. Perfect. But guess what? Much to my surprise, it was on them! They did something else similar to that. I online ordered and when I arrived to purchase my food, I added a fountain drink to my order. Again, they did not charge me for it. It's not something to count on of course, but it is pretty excellent accommodation and customer care. The spaghetti and meatballs is my favorite. I always get it and it just tastes wonderful. Yum. I definitely recommend this wonderful restaurant to anyone who loves noodles of different sorts. read more

I was visiting Munster on business and was looking for a quick place to takeout. After a nice walk at nearby Centennial Park I drove down Calumet (Main Street in Munster) and saw Noodles. Took a chance and stopped in. The menu is mostly pasta (noodle) dishes of various types. The options are Italian, Asian, American (like Mac n cheese, simple buttered noodles). They offer regular and small size. The regular size is a hefty bowl size. I ordered the penne Rosa with Parmesan crusted chicken added. It is cooked to order so you have to wait a little. My dish was very tasty and fresh. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and the generous portion. The staff was very friendly. I would visit again. read more

After having good experiences at other Noodles & Co locations, I was pleased to see this location appear in Munster. That was before. This is now. And, now is not so good. Other than the fact that the dining room screamed disorganized and disheveled, the reason I won't be visiting this Corporate owned location is due to the deceptive pricing on the menu board. Specifically, the board shows all of the "protein" meats (chicken, shrimp etc) as an add-on price of $2.59. But, when the POS system rings up the price for the shrimp add-on, you are charged $3.34. While the 75 cent difference is not a big deal (I probably lose that in change in my car on a daily basis), the fact that they attempt to disguise this increase by a small "add 75c") sticker, located to the left of the item description (well away from the marked price) and nearly invisible to anyone looking at prices on the menu board, including most of their employees. One could make the argument that they are just being deceptive for the sake of profit. Shame on Noodles & Co. So, I politely asked for a refund, as I tend to patronize businesses that are honest and whose Corporate values for making a profit are carried out in a legitimate, honest and forthright fashion. This clearly is not one of those businesses. The Manager, who was apparently new to the hospitality business, didn't try to make this right. In fact, she did everything she could to assure that I wouldn't visit this location again. So, in that regard, she was quite successful as I was converted from a regular customer that visits other locations, to a former customer that visited this location once and will never visit this location again. One and done. Congratulations Noodles & Co on a job not so well done. read more

I like this location because it's close to home but I frequent the locations in Orland park, IL & on Michigan Ave in Chicago, IL. I don't know why but this location NEVER uses enough sauce in the bowls! One time I complained and they asked me if I wanted to pay for extra. I was like NO I want you to use the correct amount to begin with smh. I don't know if the owner skimps because they want to save money or what, but the bowls are soooo dry compared to the other locations. read more

I went the end of the first day and food was great, and had the place to ourselves. Since, the noodles are never quite right-come on! It is in our name, you should me able to cook them the same very time. The beef-n-gravy can be chewy or too well cooked, that it tastes like mush. The pork sandwich is a nice change of pace. The dressing on the ceaser salad was the worse ever! I so want to like them and go back more often, but I just cannot justify it. I gave you several chances, but each time the food just was yuck. And then when you call back, they ask you if you want to come back and get what you are missing. Really? I am all the way home after a 10-hour work day. But what's important in the food industry, is hospitality and customer satisfaction. And when I was acknowledged by this disrespectful employee, named Morgan. So this is like any other chain restaurant, the fate is pretty standard across the board. The two stars has to do more with the cleanliness of the place. Every time I go it is hard finding a table cause they haven't been wiped down, dishes are left sitting on the tables long after people leave and the bathrooms don't ever seem to be cleaned.
