    My receipt.
    John S.

This location always makes orders extremely fast, so they get credit for that. However, because they're rushing they miss things and the last several times I have ordered there has been something wrong. It started with them just overlooking that I requested plastic silverware, not a huge issue since I was taking it home. The last time I ordered a meal that did NOT come with broccoli as a default option, and I had requested several things to be removed with no substitutions. When I got home I saw they put broccoli on the dish. I checked the receipt, nothing on there about substituting broccoli. I went to the site to check and there is no default option for broccoli. I can't eat broccoli so I had to throw it away. No, I cannot pick around it, there were tiny pieces of broccoli fuzz mixed throughout the entire dish. Why did someone just...add a random ingredient to my dish? Tonight I got an order. Pan noodles with tofu, red onion instead of mushroom, no carrots, no broccoli, no cilantro. I don't care about being judged for what I ordered, I like it that way. The receipt reflects what I bought and appears to have been checked by a staff member. However, no red onion in the dish. That tells me no one actually checks, they're just lying. At least this time the mistake didn't cost me money, but it just seems like they're missing the mark here. The place was not busy when I went in.

Chicken noodle Soup and a side salad.

High prices for leaving hungry. Less than a cup for a "side salad". Service marginal. Showed up at lunch time. Talked to manager she said salad is weighed out.

Regular (large) Pesto Cavatappi with shrimp; pasta was al dente!

Noodles & Co is great. Two registers were open, and within 8-10 minutes of ordering two regular pasta bowls, a worker brought it out to the table. It is self-serve for silverware and drinks. My little sister's Rigatoni Rosa pasta was undercooked and hard, but my Pesto Cavatappi pasta was fantastic. They give you an adequate amount of sauce, and ~5 pieces of shrimp for the regular (large) bowl. The nice thing is that the regular size usually lasts my sister and I through two meals, and they have to-go containers for what you don't finish. When you are done, there are two trash areas to bring your bowls and silverware. Definitely join the noodle rewards for surprise BOGOs and birthday treats!

Pad Thai with shrimp and a whole lotta egg

In my opinion, Noodles & Company is a decent restaurant that is family friendly and an alternative to greasy fast food burgers, chicken, and fries. The menu is inspired from numerous noodle dishes from around the globe (inspired- not necessarily **authentic**). This particular location is close to home, and I have seen its turnover in personnel over the years. The current management and employers were helpful and kept busy throughout business hours. If they were not serving guests, they were busy cleaning glass, sweeping the carpet etc. (one female employee was a standout.) I am always a fan of the Pad Thai, although their Beef Stroganoff is pretty good as well. The menu is kid friendly, which is always a win for parents. Also, the Rice Krispie treats are amazing. Tip: Noodles can be substituted with Zucchini noodles aka Zoodles.

I love Noodles & Co. in Olathe, always have!! I order an Asian Noodle double steak to-go and found a rubber band in my meal when I got home... Don't love finding plastic in my food.

I've always wanted to try this food chain out & finally made the visit. I ordered a small order of the Japanese Pan Noodle. It's a bit pricey ($7.75) for the amount they give you. The taste wasn't bad with a lot of sriracha in it. The noodle was a bit undercooked for me. The counter staff was prompt, friendly & helpful. The restaurant itself was casual. Nothing to fancy. The location is around a busy place on 119th but it wasn't really busy during my lunch visit today. At this time I would say I probably wouldn't go unless there was no other noodle place open. Nothing was bad about the restaurant except the price to me.

The Noodles and Co app is great and the rewards program is definitely worth joining. I just picked up a completely free entree because it's my birthday week. I ordered the meal online and within 8 minutes it was ready and waiting for me to pick up at the 119th and Strange Line location. The service was friendly and fast, and the meal had a nice flavor to it, but the noodles in my pasta Fresca seemed undercooked. I'm all for al dente pasta, but these noodles were pretty chewy. Overall my quick visit was pleasant, and the price was certainly right. I'm a fan of Noodles and co, and will always return, especially because of the wide variety of vegetarian options available, and of course the oversized Rice Krispie treats...nom nom!

this place is way too pricey for a scant bowl of noodles. There are too many other better places in the area sorry.

Wait 30+ minutes for an order of noodles everytime I come here. Unreal wait times for average food. Stay away. Not worth the wait times.

It was taking awhile to get our food but then everything was brought out at the same time. So we were unable to enjoy our appetizer and salad because our dinner was there getting cold. I ended up eating my salad and bring home the sandwich. 1) Loaded Fries, the seasoning was salty but the bacon was delicious. 2) Wedge Salad, bacon crispy, the croutons were too hard to eat, A LOT (to much) blue cheese crumbles. Over all tasty. 3) Philly, delicious for the most once I heated it up at home until I found mushroom in it. I can't eat mushrooms and specifically asked if it had them in the sandwich when ordering, I was told no. There was only a couple pieces, that i found. 4) Calzone, yummy 5) The Service, again everything was brought out at the same time, this is a huge pet peeve of mine. My brother was given a drink refill, I not only wasn't given one but was never even asked if I wanted another drink (my glass was empty for awhile). We were done but our server was no where to be found.

It's hard to find a salad bar anymore and I believe it's a little over $10 for all you can eat from the salad bar. You can add on a side of protein (there are real bacon bits on the bar). I got some turkey for $2.99 and had a nice serving. It's sliced turkey and nothing exceptional but fine for a salad addition. You can add several other proteins as well. Even grilled salmon. I believe it's around $5.99 extra. I could only make one trip but my bowl was packed! They also have some mini muffins and puddings on the salad bar. And of course they are famous for their free soft serve with any meal! Chocolate, Vanilla, or Swirled! Cup or cone! There's plenty of indoor seating and some patio seating as well. It was clean and there were plenty of employees cleaning and straightening up the salad bar behind you. Everything was very clean and it was a fun deli vibe. I signed up for the rewards program through the app. They are not far from me do I plan on going back. When I signed up, I got $5 off any $20 purchase. I noticed they have a catering menu as well if you need a dish for a pool party or picnic this summer. I want to try their soup and sandwich special too. Several of the sandwiches sound yummy!

We…read moreshop here several times a week and have generally trusted the pricing and customer service, which made this situation even more frustrating. A loaf of Brioche bread was clearly marked at $5 on the display stand, but it rang up at $7 at checkout. When we questioned it, the clerk went back, took a photo of the display and explained that the sign was only meant to "draw attention" and was not actually the price for that bread. That explanation made little sense, especially since the bread on the display appeared to be the same product. My wife later called and spoke with the manager, Kelly, regarding what we viewed as false or misleading advertising. Unfortunately, the response was dismissive and unapologetic. Rather than acknowledging the confusion or offering to make it right, the pricing display was defended by claiming the marked price applied to bread on the other side of the stand. What concerns me most is how many customers likely never notice these discrepancies. We only caught it by chance, and I suspect many others simply pay the higher amount without realizing it. After being longtime loyal customers, this experience and the lack of accountability have caused us to reconsider shopping here. Leadership should be aware of how situations like this are handled because customer loyalty can disappear quickly when trust is lost.
