This place is going downhill...it's ran by a bunch of teenagers who could not care less about the quality of food they serve to customers. I come here all the time, you never know what you are going to get even though I order the same thing. Sometimes there is no sauce at all, and sometimes my noodles are burnt somehow? They are not very prompt at all with curbside either, you are much better off just going inside because you will eventually have to go in and get it yourself and see your order sitting on the table, with all the employees staring at you like they don't know why you're there. I do love Noodles and their menu, just this location is so awkward and gives me the creeps...the employees stare so much and burn your noodles for fun it seems. The Naperville location is much better, I recommend going there instead. read more

Oswego may be full of chain restaurants, but honestly, they don't get enough credit. At many of these chains, I've received better service than I have in other, bigger towns like Naperville or Aurora. The Noodles & Company in Oswego is among one of these better chains. The customer service was outstanding. I walked in and looked at the menu they have posted by the front door because I hate walking up to the counter and not knowing what I want to order yet and then feeling rushed. Immediately, an employee stepped from behind the counter and approached me. She kindly greeted me, asking if I'd been there before, and explained to me the special they have going on, which was nice because I didn't see those specials on the menu. When I was ready to order, I approached the cash register. I order the margherita flatbread and my mother ordered the Japanese pan noodles, and two drinks. The total came to $11. Gotta love the prices at Noodles. We sat at a table and I took notice of how clean this place was. I've had some bad experiences at Noodles *cough-bolingbrook-cough* where tables were left cluttered with dirty dishes and the floors were absolutely filthy with noodles and napkins every where. This Noodles was spotless. Maybe five minutes passed and our food was brought out to us. My mom cannot have any seeds or nuts in her food and the Japanese pan noodles were covered in sesame seeds. She immediately apologized for not requesting it without the seeds, but the guy was amazing about the whole issue. He was like "Not a problem at all! I hate sesame seeds on my noodles anyways. I'll go make you another one really quick!" Another five minutes passed and he was out with a brand new dish of Japanese pan noodles without the seeds. We thanked him and he said "Not a problem, that other one wasn't that great anyways." He was a super cool kid. My margherita flatbread was delicious and her Japanese pan noodles were hot, fresh, and flavorful. It was a good day at the Oswego Noodles and Company. I eat here at this location regularly. My favorite dish is The Mediterranean Chicken Salad. The salad without chicken is $5.90 after adding chicken the salad is about $8.49. I also ordered a chicken noodle soup spending $15.71 for two dishes. Normally the chicken is in the salad but they are generous with portions. I was disappointed to see my $2.59 (5) pieces of chicken for my huge salad. It is fair to say I was just disappointed the portions for additional charge were quite small read more

Ordered zucchini pesto and my husband ordered Wisconsin Mac and cheese with meatballs. A server brought our food, but mine was wrong. She had pesto cavatelli and I explained I ordered zucchini pesto. She said no problem and returned the wrong order. A few minutes went by and she brought my order out. Unfortunately it was cold and zucchini not cooked. I went up to the counter and asked if this was supposed to be served hot or cold, they said hot. Said they would make another order. When she brought out the new dish she was very apologetic and offered a dessert. We declined the dessert and said it wasn't necessary. Unfortunately again, the cooks need some instruction in cooking. No booths were available because they were full of dirty dishes, which did not get cleared until we had been here for at least 15 minutes. The floors were dirty: both the carpet and the tile. Our daughter complained about the the broccoli in her kids meal, and when we tasted it.. It was gross, brown in spots and tasted like dirt. My wife and I agreed that both our our orders (Pad Thai+shrimp, and Mac 'n Cheese) seemed "off," but couldn't put our finger on it until I found the brown, wilted cabbage. It was just not fresh. AMAZING SERVICE!!! I went on Friday night around 9:50pm on April 26 and everyone was so nice even though it was minutes before they closed. Everyone who I encountered was so kind and friendly. My fiancé and I had the worst experience here last night. Upon walking in, the restaurant smelled disgusting and sour so we ordered our food to go. The staff was young and rude. We ordered 2 penne rosas with parmesan chicken, our favorite! However, when we got home, the noodles were burnt, there was absolutely NO sauce and only about 3 or 4 veggies. It was the worst tasting meal and biggest disappointment after a very long day. We didn't even want to call and complain because it wasn't worth the stress or risk of having something done to our food; the entire staff seemed very young, immature, and could care less about the guests in the restaurant. Order was wrong. Hubby got home with food to find out that they didn't put the meat in his dish. Things happen, people screw up, it's part of life. No big deal. You just call and they fix it right?
