I ordered the spaghetti and meat balls and the noodles were cooked fairly well but dish lacked enough sauce. The meatballs were so dry I could barely cut them without a steak knife and I ordered extra meatballs that was a big mistake. The baguette i ordered was overcooked to the point of being burnt. My wife ordered the chicken and pasta and it was inedible it was missing the mushrooms , tomatoes and the chicken was flat and dried out. If you plan on staying in business please teach your staff to cook quality food. I will not be dining at your restaurant ever again. read more

Upon entering we noticed they were understaffed as the cashier had to add the toppings to the food and she had to put the food out on the counter for the patrons. I noticed she was putting cilantro or something green in a dish and a piece fell off and she picked it up with her bare hands and put it on the dish. Not sanitary at all. After we ordered we got some ice water, the machine was leaking all over the floor, not sure if it was the water machine or the soda machine, but there was a huge puddle and one of the mats was simply folded in half and shoved to the bench. We had to find a table that was clean, which wasn't easy. When we finally got our subpar food, we noticed our silverware was dirty, so my daughter went up and asked for new forks. He gave her plastic forks! He looked at them to make sure they were clean. I was given a to go bowl as he said they were out of white bowls. We sat close to the dirty dish center, which was overflowing with dishes. Now I know why I was given a to go bowl, all of the white to dine in dishes were in the dirty dish center. When we were leaving and took our dishes to the return center, the trash was overflowing. The restaurant was just not clean, they were understaffed, unhealthy food practice and dishes and garbage that was overflowing. Therefore I only gave the restaurant one star. Leaving 5 stars at a fast casual place is crazy but we honestly had the best experience (for, ya know, a Noodles and Co). We had a large group of hungry runners but the staff were so friendly, accommodating, and quick! This was my first time at a noodles in YEARS and I remember the food being subpar, but I had the roasted cream and garlic tortellini and it was excellent. However the menu was honestly a bit overwhelming. Don't know what's up with all these 1 star reviews, what a bunch of party poopers. Overall would recommend. read more

The owner needs to pay a visit to this location. No napkins, seasoning, straws, lids..... The whole dining room was disgustingly dirty. Tables had crumbs and streaks of dried sauce. All trash cans were full. Employees were highly unprofessional and one of them may have been the manager. Cook in the back on her phone. The person who may or may not have been the manager was leaning against the counter with her backside where dishes with food are placed before putting lids on or placing on trays. Another employee's boyfriend came to visit, was standing in the dining area next to the table we were sitting and the employee came out, stood next to him and cozied up to him while they had a very loud conversation with the 2 employees standing behind the ordering counter. One employee was on break, sitting at a dirty table, eating. There were a total of 4 customers in the entire restaurant and it's easy to see why. Our food was undercooked and watery. This used to be a good place and was always packed when we came. The last 3 visits have been horrible, with this being the worst. I'll go to the one in Eugene from now on. read more

I got a flyer in the mail for free delivery, but I signed up to order online and they had a promo for free delivery instead. I used that. It was raining so hard, but I was craving Asian food, and I saw that they had Pad Thai-I thought, "I'll try!" The Pad Thai was amazing! I wasn't expecting much, but it's not bad by any means. It is extremely rare that I feel the need to update a review, but this one definitely needed to be highlighted! I came in here a couple nights ago with a friend who invited me out for dinner. I hadn't been here in a while, so this was a nice change of pace for a late dinner. We walked in around 8:15 or so and the place was basically empty. We had time to browse the menu and decide. Our cashier/waitress was Courtney. She was super sweet and accommodating. Answered all questions and took the time to make this a wonderful experience. My buddy ordered the steak stroganoff. But he wanted extra sauce. That's normally $1 extra. He wasn't sure if the last visit was a fluke or if they had changed the amount normally given. Courtney says, lets try it normally and see if it's a problem. Cool. He also orders it in a meal with their macaroni and cheese and a soda. Plus an appetizer of pot stickers. I ordered the Alfredo with Parmesan crusted chicken. After our food arrives, Courtney comes by to check on the sauce situation. It wasn't enough, and she brings out an extra side for my buddy. Now he knows to order it with extra sauce every time and pay the dollar so it is to his liking. Next the pot stickers come with a soy based dipping sauce with some red chili flakes in it. This isn't remotely spicy to a normal person. But my buddy is a retired marine who saw a lot of combat, and has basically been blown up and put back together during his tours of duty. So spicy food is a really big issue for him now. He had to send the sauce back and get it without the chili flakes in it. Now to a normal cashier, this would be a pain in the ass. The customer who asks tons of questions, sends stuff back, and is nice but obnoxious. We all know those kind of people. Courtney was nothing short of amazing in dealing with all of this, late at night and right before closing. She was so happy to make sure sure this was a great experience for us. I was definitely impressed! The food was better than I remember it being the last time too. I loved the chicken in mine. That Parmesan crust gave it a nice crispy texture. As I said, the food was good. But Courtney was what made this experience so fantastic and worth writing an updated review for. She clearly thrives on making our experience amazing and does a fantastI I've job at it. She should be training all service industry employees on customer service. She is just that good at it. My family and I always make it a point to eat at a Noodles and Company location when we're traveling through Oregon. We had never visited the Springfield store before, so we thought we'd give it a try. Unfortunately, I wish we hadn't. This was one of the dirtiest restaurants I have ever seen. Everything, including the tables, floors, and the drink station, was covered in a sticky layer of grime, grease, and dirt. The bathroom had no paper towels and was missing soap. When I went to order my food, the cashier wasn't even aware that the restaurant served the item I was ordering. I had to show her on the menu that the Japanese pan noodles existed. What's worse is that all the employees were basically standing around looking at their phones between customers, despite the dining room being completely dirty, including the bus area filled with dishes. While we were there, we witnessed two incidents where other customers complained. One person ordered online, and they forgot to make her food. When they eventually made the food, it was wrong, and the manager blamed the customer for clicking the wrong button on the app. The other customer faced a similar situation where they forgot to make her online order. If I were the owner of this location, I'd do a serious review of the food safety and customer policies of this store. I'd easily say that if this site were surveyed by the health department, they'd probably be shut down. read more

Ordered for a 6:45 PM pickup. Got here and found out order had been sitting on the counter since 5:45. They insisted that we ordered for 5:45 despite the fact that my sister and I know we specifically asked for a 6:45 pickup. Food was cold so I asked for them to remake it. Staff was rude and beligerent insisting we were wrong rather than correcting their mistake. I understand they are busy but instead of arguing with me they should have just fixed the issue instead of being so rude. The only other time I was here was when they first opened. This was my first time coming here, and first impressions mean a lot. I got the grilled chicken Caesar salad and their rice crispy treat. For the salad, I was very disappointed because the photo made it look good. The Caesar dressing tasted like spinach dip with an aftertaste of guinea pig food (I had a guinea pig, so I know what it smells like). I thought the chicken was supposed to be grilled--it literally says that in the title--but it looked like boiled chicken. The only good thing about that salad was the croutons and lettuce. The other people I was with said their food had no flavor, and the macaroni and cheese had no cheese in it. The service was quite nice; the people who took our order were really helpful. The ambiance of the place was very nice and felt very calm. I liked how the lighting seemed very dim. Would I come back? Maybe. If I did come back, I wouldn't order what I got this time. The food was tasty and still hot and fresh even after a 30 minute drive. The person at the counter was new but did their best and even offered suggestions since there were new menu items. I was sold. Tables were clean but I did notice they had some lightbulbs on the perimeter that were flickering really wildly. They missed the protein on two of our 5 orders so be sure to check before you head out. Everyone was still happy with their meal.Tasty. Friendly. Clean. Need to double check those orders. The one positive I have was that the gentleman at the register was very polite and professional. That and the place was clean and pleasant inside. However, that does not make up for the complete lack of effort in preparing my order. I ordered two things. A pesto based pasta and Mac and cheese. Both had pasta that was flavorless, and extremely under cooked. Even with the toppings it was almost completely flavorless. We were not able to even finish our meals it was just so bad. Had I not gotten the order to go, I would have sent it back and had the order fixed. But I got it to go, it was late and there was no going back. Speaking of no going back, this guy is not going back. My only regret is that I didn't read the Yelp reviews before going there. I could have saved my money and eaten somewhere else. This is a decent restaurant chain and I actually like their food and selections. But this particular branch missed the mark. To the point that management should take a look at their processes and see if it's smart to replace their cooks. THIS PLACE NEEDS A VISIT FROM THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT. I have never had food poisoning in my life, but both my friend and I got violently ill from this place. I know it's from here because we both had the exact same thing Japanese Pan Noodles with "Steak". 7 hours after eating here in was woken up with chills and feeling extremely hot. About 20 minutes later I was throwing up and had straight water diarrhea. This continued for 10 hours. My friends illness started in the morning when she woke up and had the same issues I did. At a few points I have having to sit on my toilet for the diarrhea and throw up into my bath tub at the same time. I couldn't even hold water down for more than 5 minutes. I got a major migraine that lasted for 2 days and my body was sore. My skin even hurt. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF FROM THIS AND NEVER EAT HERE! The "food" is over priced trash, there are so many better noodle restaurants in Eugene. read more

I think this is one of those places that is going to be all over the board stars-wise. They seem consistent with their cleanliness and speediness, but the dishes themselves will be hit or miss. The stroganoff was really not that great. The meat was very low quality and the noodles were mushy. My guess is that the reason they are so fast with the food is that everything just sits in big pots ready to be dished up. That isn't a *bad* thing - after all it is a fast-food restaurant. But it still makes the dish experience mediocre, at best. read more

The noodles were so dry they were almost powdery and the broccoli had a definite yellow edge to it. We had a late lunch here, and both got the Mediterranean salad with chicken. The yoghurt sauce added a bit of spice, the feta made this super salty. I was surprised to find a few noodles - thick curly macaroni - underneath the lettuce (forgot the place had Noodles in the name, I guess), but it was all fine & tasty. Service was what you'd expect at a cafeteria kind of place. Order at the counter and food is delivered to your table. Ours came with no forks or napkins. The feel is like a Cosi, but with noodles. I was severely underwhelmed by this experience. i had the Wisconsin Mac n cheese with severely undercooked noodles, pot stickers that were Destroyed, barely resembling a pot sticker, and a rice crispy treat that tasted like dish soap. Well I'm sorry to report that this is the first time I've taken the OG out for a meal in Eugene and he actually didn't like what he got. Spaghetti and meatballs is one of his favorite meals and he is NOT a picky eater, Seriously the guy will eat pretty much anything & it doesn't have to be warm or tasty, But he was really disappointed in his spaghetti and meatballs at the noodle and company. He said they were "really bland". Veteran of many chain restaurants and aficionado of Applebee's and the Olive Garden, if the spaghetti and meatballs here didn't make him happy I've got to say they must've been pretty bad. Myself I tried their zucchini with peanut sauce and tofu. Although the snow peas were crispy and the tofu is plentiful and I really did like the zucchini noodles, that sauce was straight out of a bag. At eight dollars for a small,$ 9.50 for a large these prices are pretty high for just kind of tasty. The bathroom was big and clean and their iced tea has an herbal option so I'm giving them three stars but the food was pretty much two start quality. I very much like the idea of this place and I will try it again but I will not be getting these options. read more

My husband wanted to try this place today. We came in around noon for lunch. The service was okay, though our cashier seened as thought he was a bit on something. The tables were dirty, but we didn't make a big deal out of it as it was lunch time. The thing that irritated me the most as a customer though was when we went to grand forks to eat, we picked up several that had food on it...seriously EWWW!!! I finally just got plastic forks. He got the south Korean beef noodles and said it was good, but not something he would try again. For a "fast food" place, this is super healthy and delicious. I love the steak stroganoff, but today i ordered a bowl of the chicken noodle soup and side salad. The salad looks like it was made with fresh heads of lettuce, not the bagged salad. The chicken soup was as good as I make at home, which is pretty darn good! I cannot detect the taste of bullion, only flavorful bone broth. read more
