Buffalo Chicken Mac
Brian N.

Service was quite slow on a Saturday evening. The employees seemed over exerted. Overall, it took about 30 minutes from the time we ordered in store until we got our food. There were many to-go orders that were waiting quite a while as well. Even though we were dining in, they never asked us when we ordered, so everything was packaged in to-go containers. My mac n cheese was slightly warmer than room temperature, at best. It definitely was not hot and fresh. The buffalo chicken that accompanied this was just slightly warm. The food did taste good, but appears it might have been left out for a while before they had my entire order ready. Overall, a fairly disappointing experience.

Pasta Fresca with shrimp

Good pasta Fresca shrimp Fast service Classic fast food restaurant ambience I recommend the Pasta Fresca I don't know much about the other dishes in the menu I will tell you when I try it

Japanese Pan Noodles

Food and service are bad. Better off getting a cup of noodles. More bang for your buck. Plus you don't want to deal with someone who doesn't even care about greeting the customer. Plus the ambiance was way off but it was a to go order. In the end my noddles had no sauce and my Mac had no cheese. SMH.

Chinese chicken salad

Stopped in for a quick lunch and ordered the Chinese Chicken Chop Salad. Where's the chicken?! I think there may have been 4 bite size pieces. Don't get me started on the sauce. The salad pretty much consisted of HUGE pieces of carrots, red pepper, 5 small pieces of lettuce, poppy seeds, cucumber and wonton chips. Yes, I did order the small bowl, but really? The hubster is a man of few words, and was not impressed with his dry Penne Rosa.

An overwhelming amount of egg that was in my pad Thai. WAY TOO MUCH...

Seriously, this is the quantity of egg that is intended to go into pad Thai? This is gross. There are probably 3 scrambled eggs. And no sauce..my noodles are dry. And my daughters Mac n cheese is missing the majority of the cheese, her noodles are dry to the point that she won't eat them. My wife's Japanese noodles are swimming. The bottom 1/4 isn't even eatable.

I walked in and the place densely smelled like poop on May 19, 2018. The food is not my preference but I always get the Japanese Pan noodles. It's an alright place.

Customer service is terrible. The young lady working the register was rude and messed up both of our orders. Not happy with experience and will let people know this is not the Noodles and Company to come to. 6-23-18 6:50pm.

Thai hot pot. No longer served on a plate so the bread is stuck in the soup.

An older location, from the way its arranged. Food was good (the Thai Hot Pot for both of us) Fairly dead in the early evening, except for carry out.. Service was a bit slow given that we were the only ones there when we ordered. Overall, a good example of the chain.

Pretty average chain. A lot of people really like this place which I don't get, maybe I'm just not a big noodle fan.

Recently, my wife and I shared the following: - PWA Pizza - Italian Hero on Focaccia - Almond Cannoli I would gladly order all of them again. I think I liked the PWA Pizza more because I enjoy pizza more than a sandwich but the Italian Hero on Focaccia was one of the best Italian sandwiches I've ever had and it's because their Focaccia bread is incredibly good. I placed a to go order scheduled for pick up at a certain time. I waited at the restaurant an extra 20 to 30 minutes before I was able to get my order. Come to find out, they had accidentally burnt the pizza and had to remake it. And to make up for that, they asked if I wanted something and I opted to get the Almond Cannoli. I wish they had communicated that to me proactively instead of me having to ask what was going on but I really appreciated that they compensated me for my time. Much respect.

Wow, wow, this is how a restaurant should treat their customers so that they will spread the good…read moreword about their eating experience here, and then to come back in the near future! My husband and I went here to celebrate his birthday and Father's Day this afternoon. We were promptly seated without a reservation at one of the table on the patio to enjoy the fresh air. We started off with an order of garlic knots and Italian /chicken lettuce wraps. We asked about the honey dipping sauce and were told it was on a spicy side, so we skipped paying the extra $2 for it. However, our waitress wanted us to try it, so the honey was on the house. And, boy, that honey dip sauce was indeed very spicy! And the wraps? It was delicious! Fresh cherry tomatoes with diced chicken breast and bean plus seasonings. We loved the dish and finished everything on the plate except for the 3 sauces. We ordered our main entrees after finishing our appetizers. I had the Linguini & Clams, while my husband ordered the Rigatoni & Sausage. What a disappointment my Linguini & Clams dish was to me. The lack of flavor from one of my favorite dishes made me sad. I was looking forward to it. Adding hot pepper flakes, then black pepper, and the worst was adding salt. If this dish were to be prepared correctly, I would have been happy to eat it all. However, I gave up after adding my own spices. The Rigatoni & Sausage dish? OMG, out of this world! The red sauce with the meat sauce smothering the pasta was one of the best dishes I've ever tasted. I'd wished I ordered that dish, but at least I was able to try a couple of bites. When the bill came, our waitress said she took off the clam dish because I didn't like it. THIS, this! is how they gained a new customer! I'll come back and will give them my business. Thank you for treating this customer right and making sure my eating experience will be different the next time I dine here.

After entering the building, the hostess approached with a tepid "what's up." Our server acted like taking our order was a favor, and she was so eager to walk away I had to get her attention TWICE to finish ordering what I wanted (hey, can we also get an order of pepperoni rolls, HEY, can I also get an IPA). Zero attention paid to water and drinks that needed replenishing. The manager needs to pay more attention to the level of service and professionalism of the staff, a lot more. This may be why they tack on a mandatory 20% surcharge with a little lecture on the receipt about how it provides a living wage, because I doubt they'd ever get tips at that level with this style of service. Or maybe the service is that way because they don't feel any need to work for a gratuity. Under the circumstances, calling this a "hospitality" charge was just plain tacky. I didn't feel like there was any hospitality, certainly not enough to warrant a 20% fee.

We saw servers walk by us multiple times but nothing. So I asked a busser if there was a server. Honestly I was about to just get up and walk out. Maybe a minute later, Al, who I believe is a manager or someone that's not a server came. He greeted us, quickly apologized, took our order & brought us water. Al brought us the salad and soup & apologized again. At this point we still hadn't seen a server. Our food came out fairly quick. Al again checked on us a couple more times throughout. Another man checked on us as well (who I believe was our server, but he didn't introduce himself or say anything so not really sure). My son loves Olive Garden and I was in town visiting him and this was his request. That's honestly probably why I didn't leave bc he didn't seem to want to. In the end the dinner was fine. Al did do all he could to rectify the situation and turn it around. I appreciated that.

They even gave my partner a rose on the way out. The 5 hour braised beef was insanely good. It's one of those dish's that you could try to make at home and it won't be as good, which is what I judge the quality of cooking on. The server commented that employees aren't allowed to order it because they kept buying it all until it ran out. I absolutely get it. The calamari was super crispy and has a great tangy Asian style sauce. We saw being delivered to another table and ordered it immediately. The fresh baked bread was some of the top quality stuff you expect at a super high end restaurant. Great stuff. The only sad part about the experience was our table. We were against a very dirty/moldy wall with two super bright lights shining down on us. The place was absolutely packed for Vday so I knew requesting a new table would be a PIA, but we didn't let it ruin our experience, but something for the restaurant can improve upon. The bill was $175 after tip for 2 entrees, 4 drinks and an appetizer. Super fair price for quality of the food and will be recommending to friends and family.
