Everything seemed frozen and reheated. The best thing we ordered was the Shrimp Rice Rolls...this was excellent...great texture! Everything else was lacking in freshness and flavor (bordering on bland). The extra soy sauce and chili oil we requested, didn't help at all. Quite disappointing. The portion was very generous--I forgot to take a photo until he was halfway through his meal, and he still had leftovers to bring home. I ordered the 2 1/2-pound Vancouver crab over rice noodles. It was absolutely delicious. The crab was perfectly seasoned with garlic and scallions, and the rice noodles soaked up all of the wonderful flavors. I was completely satisfied with my meal, and the portion was equally generous. What really made the experience special was the hospitality. Owner Tom leads an excellent team, and every staff member we encountered was professional, attentive, and genuinely pleasant. Our servers, Hai Wen and Summer, checked on us regularly to make sure we had everything we needed. We'll definitely be back!
