Shrimp dumplings
Meri L.

Had a craving for Chinese food and wanted to try and support a different place than my usual go to. After a quick search on Yelp, this is where I found myself. My mom and I decided to share shrimp dumplings, pork dim sum and moo shu pork. Shrimp dumplings were yummy snd had a generous amount of shrimp. Pork dim sum was just okay. Not the best I've had, but definitely not the worst either. Moo shu pork was basic. Nothing different from what I've had elsewhere. Not a lot of pork either. Flavors were okay overall. I would order something else next time my craving hits.

I am not an expert on Chinese food, but the food was great and hot. Service was fast and courteous and the ambiance was homey.

Best takeout place around here. Our go to for Chinese takeout. Prices are good and food is solid. Catering menu is a great deal.

Ordered several times and consistently good. Food has fresh tasting quality. My biggest complaint is that they charge extra for brown rice.

i thoroughly enjoyed my celebratory dinner here with a large party. the ambience of the restaurant…read moreis very impressive with an upscale feel while still being reasonably priced. my party shared a variety of dishes like dumplings, soups, fried rice, tofu dishes, and chicken dishes, and everyone really enjoyed the meal. the restaurant was quite busy so we had to ask a bit more for ordering and getting the check. otherwise, it was a really great experience.

The wonton soup was decent......wontons were very good but the broth however was a bit bland. Roast pork fried rice was pretty good.....a little dry and skimpy on the pork but the flavor was more than adequate. Hot and sour soup was really tasty with a good bit of spice. Scallion bubble pancake was very light and tasty. The Emperor cabbage appetizer was probably my favorite meal item.....crispy cabbage tossed in a peanuty garlic sauce with honey. It was served cold (which usually I'm not a big fan of, but this was an exception) and had a great flavor. Pork belly appetizer tasted very good but it wasn't crispy (which would have made it so much better) and the buns they were served with didn't taste completely fresh. Dan Dan noodles with ground beef was excellent.... they're served spicy and you can simply request the level of heat you prefer to fit your taste buds. Soup dumplings were of decent size and quite juicy...... unfortunately they lacked some flavor. Mongolian beef dish was excellent as was the kung pao chicken. Overall it was a pretty good meal but there was some room for improvement. The staff was very nice and it did have quite a cool "old school American Chinese restaurant" vibe from yesteryear.

This place definitely hits the spot. Especially the noodles! It's definitely a must have on chilly nights! I also love their cold chicken feet dish. Has a good bounce to it with a kick! The pan fried dumplings weren't my favorite but that's not what they're known for. I would choose the skewers as those were very good too. There's really not much to say about this spot other then that it has a great vibe to it. Inside has a very oriented theme and you get to taste of what real chinese food taste like! Well, a specific region but still ! If you're feeling adventurous. I would definitely recommend this spot. It's great for spicy eaters out there and non spicy eaters.

They took our order and the food came out pretty fast. The menu can feel a bit overwhelming since their seems to be a lot of choices. You can definitely ask them for suggestions. Our favorite was the spicy sliced pig ear and the tujia scallion pancake. The noodles that they use was soft but bouncy. I believe they use the same noodles for all their soup noodles. The soup for the noodles was tasty and was not too salty. Parking in front of the restaurant can be a bit of a challenge. We came here right before 6pm on a Saturday and it took a while to find parking. In addition, dinner time you might be waiting 15+ minutes for a table, so plan accordingly. Overall the food was very tasty, highly recommend.
