Gives you an idea of the size of the "bowl"- it's small but packed!
Sarah B.

I walked over to Nook from my office a few blocks away., and bought a black coffee and a Harvest Bowl. The cafe was super cute and looked like there were a few regulars hanging out. I had read about the "bowls" being provided by "Favorite Fork" and I was surprised by how small they are. I brought the Harvest Bowl back to my office to eat at lunch. It was delicious and really well done- chicken, sweet potato, wild rice, kale, goat cheese. The supplied dressing was yummy. I might next time bring some lettuce from home to make it more salad-like. The coffee was drip and pretty good. I paid with my blackbird app. I will be back!

Two seasonal coffees, an apple cider donut, and a banana-maple muffins.

The cutest little pop in shop for coffees and treats. We sat outside at one of the 4 tables for two. Seating also available inside at bar stools. Service was super friendly and recommended everything. Will have to come back in the evening for wine!

"RIP" drink for Halloween.

This place is so cute! We picked up a holiday drink on our walk around the neighborhood. Super friendly service and a great coffee/pastry.

My favorite spot to get coffee in all of Charleston. Absolutely delicious. From their cold brew to their cappuccinos, you can't go wrong!

Our favorite wine bar in the area!…read more The service was exceptional as our server was incredibly knowledgeable and helped us choose wines that were a perfect fit for our tastes. They offer an impressive selection of wines both by the glass and by the bottle, making it easy to find something you'll love. While the food menu is small, every item feels thoughtfully curated. The black olives were the perfect snack pairing, and the peaches were absolutely incredible. We loved learning that the peaches are sourced locally and that the mint is grown fresh right behind the restaurant. The space itself is cozy and intimate, creating a warm atmosphere that makes every visit feel special. We can't wait to come back!

It was quaint but very inviting. I'm so sorry if I got your name wrong but I think it was Nicole? She was very friendly and told us about their specials and I love that they print a new menu daily as they rotate a lot of their wines. There was an option to do a "half bottle" which gets you just a touch more than a glass so we thought that was perfect for the two of us for just under $40. We got a nice and chilled Gamay and enjoyed our conversations with her. It's a nice place for a date, girls night or even if you want to sit alone at the bar. The team there makes you feel at home!

Sitting down at this restaurant made me realize that the people of Charleston always dress nicely!…read moreNoted for next time! We ordered the watermelon caprese salad, parmesan crusted halibut, and an item on the special menu that I cannot recall at the moment. Complimentary bread and butter- delicious. no notes. who doesn't love bread and butter? Watermelon caprese salad- refreshing, high quality ingredients, harmonious. the mint pesto paired with heirloom tomatoes and mozz was simply to die for. I don't enjoy fruit in salads but my boyfriend said the watermelon was essential and that this dish was amazing overall! Parmesan crusted halibut- wow. if there is one thing you should order on this menu, it's this. I don't think I spoke once during this meal. every bite-I anticipated the next. the various flavors coming from the halibut, tomato, shrimp, rice, and corn...topped with the citrus beurre blanc was sensational. I would come back for this meal. my boyfriend wholeheartedly agrees. sangria- strong. blood orange margarita spritz- strong. delicious. Overall, we'd definitely come back. Our waiter was friendly. The food was sensational. The ambiance was warm. The drinks were strong. Our moods were changed for the better after leaving so I'd say this was a 10/10.

The place is popular, so highly recommend reservations. When asking locals about it, it's not somewhere they go, but acknowledge it is a solid choice and staple. The appetizers were decent. The deviled eggs were good and the scallops were as well. Nothing exceptional, but solid choices. For entrees we had a wide variety in our party. I had the fried catfish with red rice and cabbage. The dish was well portioned and fried but the red rice was cold and hard. The cabbage was good. A For dessert had I have pecan pie and it was just ok. All in all, it is a place you can tell people to for special occasions. It's a bit crowded and busy, so not very intimate. But still well maintained.
