I understand that temporary authorization holds can sometimes occur, but having two separate holds was unexpected and added to an already disappointing experience. You leave the class with a custom made bottle that you created with a personalized label that you designed (need to send the label design a few days before your class and they have it printed and ready for your bottle the day of the class).
