Jeez...oh how I love Norah! I've actually never dined in, only takeout. Always consistently fantastic, so much flavor, and travels well. Norah will always be a go-to for me!

A very unique dining experience. I didn't have much contact with the waitress. Order online and they deliver to your table. Very quick!

Flavor packed mains, irresistible rangoons, delish cocktails with NA options, and a sweet and salty dessert made this meal everything I could ask for. I love the fusion of different menu options, from See Ew to Bibimbap and Mapo Tofu. It's more than Thai food, and it's made well. There is truly something for everyone with good taste. Service was quick even with a fairly busy crowd and the ambiance is nice.

**vegetarian review** I love that Portland is a vegetarian haven because of places like this. Such a fun menu, and such delicious food. Good portion sizes and very friendly host. I loved the eggplant dish- it used so many proteins like tofu, tempeh, soya curls. The waffle fries were amazing. The beans were a little salty but still good. Similarly papaya salad was on the sweeter side for me but still fresh and yum. I wanna go back and try more things!!

Pad Thai nachos & Bimbimbap both outstanding! Drool worthy! Not sure why we've never been here before now? Definitely will be back!!! Service was excellent, atmosphere cozy, clean and bright. They use a QR ordering system - easy. It's Belmont we walked, parking could be tricky.

The food felt really fresh. I loved the flavor combinations. The ambience is very Thai garden feeling. Tons of plants in here and it made us feel comfortable. The space is rather small, but it's great for a one on one situation. The service was really friendly. They do have free Wi-Fi.

Cute little restaurant in a sweet neighborhood with a family-owned vibe! And you'd never know everything is vegan unless you asked/read first. My vegan friend brought me here for lunch and we shared 5 dishes: coconut mushroom fettuccine, Larb croquettes, Jiaozi fried dumplings, pad, Thai nachos, and a side of Chinese broccoli. I also ordered a passionfruit margarita and the dessert, Longan rice pudding. Every single item was outstanding!

The flavors here packed a punch! Portland of course has many vegan options but this is definitely one of the best places you could try out. My group of 3 arrived during lunch hour on a Saturday and we were able to pick our table since it wasn't too crowded (surprisingly!). The inside was pretty cozy. You can order and pay up front through a QR code on the table. Service was fast and friendly. Starting off with the Pad Thai nachos and Masala waffle fries, I couldn't get enough of the flavor explosion. The fries were perfectly crispy and completely coated with various spices. For the main dishes we shared the cauliflower curry and coconut mushroom fettuccini. These are family sized dishes so be sure to come with a group or ready to have leftovers for days! The cauliflower curry was my favorite - it had a decent spicy kick and the sauce was amazing. They did not skimp on the mushroom for the pasta dish which I was so happy about :)

Norah on Belmont is quaint and reminds you of being in a friend's kitchen or your favorite grandma's house. Simple ordering process at the bar and order brought to your table. Everything was delicious. The Rainy Rangoon were perfectly crisp wish the order had more. The curry cauliflower is more than enough for one person. The mushroom in the fettuccine had a smoky flavor so, so good.

Over crowded, no space between tables, staff cleared a dirty table near me without even acknowledging my presence. Left without eating

Wow. What an experience. The colors. The textures. The flavors. So on point. If all vegetarian food was like this, then nobody would eat meat again! And the drinks were also well balanced and fun! We also really loved the efficiency. Although ordering and paying on your phone may seem impersonal, it really streamlined things and allows the staff to get the food and drinks out fast. We will definitely be back and then some.

Brunch in Portland, Oregon…read more.. After I read reviews about Portland's Chinatown, I searched for a dimsum place outside of Chinatown and found Jade Rabbit I liked the name of the place and saw that they had two kinds of rabbit-shaped dimsum! Another cool thing is that their menu is vegan... that means that I don't have to worry about dairy products that give me pain. We found free street parking about a half a block away and waited for Jade Rabbit to open at 11am. We didn't have reservations, but we're seated immediately. The decor was great! I enjoyed looking at all of the Rabbit figurines! The furniture was colorful and the convenient restroom had interesting decorations, too! The service was okay. Some items were not available and our server recited the list that included chow funn. Shucks! She came back later and said that the chow funn was, in fact, available... yay! Our server seemed a bit nervous as her hand shook and placed the special menu upside-down... LOL! We won't bite you! She recommended the Ube Jam drink - it was made with coconut cream... yes! The chow funn was a bit bland. We added some soy sauce. The Puto Pao Bunny Bao had an unusual flavor - maybe the brown sugar can be omitted because the black garlic and vegan pork might be fine without it? The Jade Rabbit Dumplings also could be more savory. Something was off... and the filling was a bit sparse. Anyway, maybe we could have ordered better, but we got what we wanted! Thank you for the cute food! Note: 22 percent is added to the bill - so no need to tip.

I love finding dog-friendly restaurants in Portland, and No Name Pho doesn't get any better with their outdoor seating in a pedestrian-only plaza! What a delightful location! Parking can be a challenge as the street is closed to traffic, however visitors can find space to park on Hawthorne, or in the neighborhood to the north. Once you've parked, plan to stay for a while. This is one of the most exciting neighborhoods in Portland with lots of shops and restuarants to explore! There is plenty of seating inside, as well as lots of options outdoors with picnic tables and cafe tables in front of the restaurant. In fact, the seating spills off the sidewalk into the plaza as well, so summertime is the best time to visit for peak capacity. Patrons order at the counter, then find a seat. The restaurant offers a wide variety of Vietnamese dishes and drinks, with some fun surprises not found at other restaurants in Portland. (I ordered a boiled egg with my pho, which was a first for me!) The restuarant offers several soup options: Vietnamese pho with thinly sliced steak, brisket and meatballs, as well as Tom Yum Pho, and a dish called Trifecta (Chicken, udon noodles, with brisket and shrimp). I ordered the Vietnamese pho. The broth was piping hot, wasn't overly fatty, the noodles had just a slight bite to them, and the dish was very meaty. There was a nice selection of fresh aromatics, and their chili oil was delicious! I very much enjoyed this dish! I'll definitely be returning with my pugs this summer. We had a great time enjoying our meal and people watching on the plaza.
