I ordered at the counter, a honey lavender latte and a power bagel. I was quickly told they were out of turkey, so I switched to a Cali bagel instead. I when to set up my computer and start working. There was a couple in front of me waiting for a to go order and a couple that ordered after me as well. After about 15 minutes, both sets of couples were gone, I was alone in the cafe, and there was no coffee and no bagel in sight. My order or name had not been called. I went up to the counter and a nice worker (who had not been the one to take my order) asked if I was there for pickup. I told her I had ordered in store around 15 minutes ago and was just there to check on my order. She told me the order had been picked up and tried to confirm that I didn't pick it up. I pointed at my computer and said I had been there the whole time. She was apologetic and remade my order, which took about 7-10 min. She was even kind enough to bring it over to me directly. The latte she made was a honey almond instead of a honey lavender, but that was ok. The bagel sandwich was very good. While it was made right, and the worker who fixed the problem was very nice, I am just still confused as to how my order when to the wrong person when there were so few of us in the cafe. I did enjoy this place though, and would go back for breakfast. They also have a nice meeting space that can be rented for free.
