Loved the Signature Don (Chrashi-sushi)! Super tasty, fun, and fairly priced. As a Japanese woman, I'd definitely recommend this dish to anyone love ちらし寿司

Definitely recommend this spot. The sashimi was super fresh, the Signature Don had a tasty mix of fish, and the inari stuffed with big chunks of poke was a game-changer. Fresh, flavorful, and totally worth it. We will be back!

The fish was very fresh, highly recommending checking out this place if you are in the area.

    Creamy scallop roll

Soo good. This place is underrated, the fish is fresh and so happy I found it. I know it's a bit pricey but the quality is worth it

Signature Don: Truffle Salmon, Blackened Tuna, Poke Tuna, Yuzu Hamachi, Creamy Ebi, Cheese Corn, Real Crab, Masago and Avocado

I was wondering what was taking so long with the order but I get it now! One of the best poke bowls i've had with a little of everything in it including real crab.

Truffle salmon was very good, the salmon lover don was interesting as the fish eggs were extremely salty and salmon tasted frozen. However the staff was very nice.

    Inari

The inari are so creative, my favorite was the mango salmon. I love the noodles they used for the ramen, it's thin and chewy which is quite different from what I've had before.

    Poke bowl

Located at the happy valley food hall. Good size portions! Good prices! And great service definitely worth trying it out!

Mango Salmon Inari T Truffle Salmon Inari

As a salmon lover, I have to say the Salmon Lover Bowl is a great deal--so much fresh fish for the price! The Mango Salmon Inari Sushi was a pleasant surprise; I had never tried this kind of sushi before, and it was absolutely delicious.

This roll wasn't even on the menu but they still made it for me--how awesome is that? Super fresh, great flavor, and the perfect mix of creamy and crunchy. The staff was so nice and really went out of their way. Totally made my day. Big thank you to them!

Tokoyaki, BBQ Eel Sushi, Truffle Salmon Sushi, Wild Dragon Roll

Foods all good and delicious! Mostly I like the bbq Eel. Good service and they're nice. Highly recommended people come over to have a try!!!

Wild dragon roll, truffle salmon, bbq eel.

Excellent quality food! Fantastic service. It is inside an indoor food mall. Which is very well kept and sanitized.

I ordered the Dragon Roll and Las Vegas roll. Both were quite tasty. We also ordered the Agedashi Tofu as a starter, a 6 piece of the Oysters, the Salmon Sashimi Flight, and House Tonkotsu Ramen. The oysters were pretty small, but packed with flavor. The Salmon Sashimi tasted very fresh and we loved the assortment of pieces.

Mirakutei occupies the same space that a previous sushi restaurant occupied. If you are familiar…read morewith it, it has the same super upscale, swanky vibe and décor that the previous place had. If you want scenery, Mirakutei is probably unbeatable. When we arrived, the place was completely empty, save for one table. We should have taken this as a warning and left (Clackamas Town Center is ALWAYS crazily busy, and for a fancy restaurant there to be almost empty speaks volumes). Since we chose this place specifically based on the many positive reviews, we figured we'd give it a go. It pains me to write this review, but one star is what Mirakutei earned. The menu is, well, let's just call it "unexpected". I don't know what they're going for, but "pesto" on sushi doesn't seem like a fusion that should exist. We ordered a variety of items, and across the board, they were all terrible. Prices are also REALLY high. The "salmon flight" consisted of four pieces of salmon nigiri, each of a different variety. I don't know what any of them were, but only one of the three had any semblance of flavor, and one was probably the toughest piece of fish I've ever been served. The yellowtail fared slightly better, but it was garnished with what appeared to be off-cuts or scrap that had been chopped to oblivion. This garnish did NOTHING to add to the flavor, texture, or appeal of the nigiri. We also made the mistake of ordering the "Hello Kitty". Don't do this. It is a typical California roll sullied by a pressed patty of, again, what appear to be fish off-cuts that are chopped to oblivion, pressed into a patty shape, overcooked, and draped on top of a cut CA roll with each piece turned on its side. Again, this was just gross. The most egregious foul was the "salmon" that was in one half of one of the rolls. It had spoiled, and literally was a slimy fall-apart mush. There is NO excuse in the world for this, and much shame is due to the chef (or management for forcing the chef to use spoiled items). We pointed this out to our waitress, who was very apologetic, and brought out a complimentary piece of mochi ice cream to us in an impossibly short amount of time. It happened so quickly that it seems to have to be their standard procedure that everybody's at the ready to do ("If a guest calls us out for serving spoiled fish, bring them a piece of mochi ice cream"). We were extremely disappointed, and left with a lot of what we'd ordered uneaten, and both of us feeling queasy. We won't be back.

Their conveyor belt and food delivery belt is quick and efficient as well. The dishes produced here are well-made, with ample portions. The staff are friendly, efficient, and quick to respond. My only criticism is that several of the dishes on the conveyor belt weren't as fresh as I'd like them to be. Any rolls with tempura ingredients may be safe to consume, but they no longer have the crispiness and texture of a freshly-produced roll. If that's important to you, I'd suggest ordering something fresh instead of taking it from the belt. I'm curious to return to this location to try their tonkatsu ramen as the photos look very compelling.

Typical standard conveyer belt sushi. Pros: Drinks, sauces and orders come out on this bullet train just above the conveyer belt which is really cool. Calamari portions are huge. It comes out on a plate with a healthy portion. For $5 you are definitely getting your money's worth. I like that they organize what is on the belt and what is inside. For example, a sign will go by stating the name and what's inside and outside with the food directly behind it. Cons: Service is slow. Got sat down, asked what we wanted to drink and never came by our table again. I had to raise my hand like I was in school to get someone's attention. Also had to remind them a few times about miso soup (which was mid). The same can be said for other orders. Neutral: Fish was okay, selection was good. They had bento boxes and udon for around $13-15. Bar seating with booth seating were available I wish they had a QR code you could scan and have orders be sent to the kitchen that way. Overall: I wouldn't go back. Try somewhere else. Like a fond memory, leave it behind and move on with your life.

And to the three of you…read moretrying to triangulate my exact location based on this review relax, it's not that serious. Let's get into it. Right off I-205 and just a short cruise up into Happy Valley, this spot feels like the food cart scene finally put on a clean shirt and got its life together. It's modern, it's polished, and it sits in a neighborhood where you don't feel like you need to keep your head on a swivel. No chaos, no nonsense just good eats and a relaxed vibe. What makes this place stand out? Options. A ridiculous amount of them. This isn't a "hope everyone agrees on tacos" situation. This is a "you get what you want, I get what I want, and we all win" kind of place. I've officially made it my mission few days left to try as many carts as humanly possible. Call it a food tour, call it a personal challenge, call it reckless ambition... I'm doing it anyway. We kicked things off at K-Pop Korean Hawaiian BBQ-because when you roll with a buddy from Hawaii, that's basically law. And let me tell you, it delivers. Bold flavors, solid portions, and that perfect fusion vibe that just works. Honestly, it set the bar high and that's saying something, because every cart here seems to bring their A-game. The setup is dialed in too. Covered seating for those rainy Oregon days, indoor space when winter decides to show up with attitude, and open-air areas when you want to sip a little wine or knock back a cold brew like a civilized adult. Surrounded by trees and mountain views, it almost tricks you into thinking you planned something outdoorsy... when really, you just came to eat. And here's the kicker it's clean. Like, noticeably clean. The carts look new, the area is well kept, and the whole place feels intentional. Not slapped together. Not gritty. This is food carting with standards. If you're local, you already know. If you're passing through, put this at the top of your list. And if you're doing a full-on food truck tour? Start here. Set the tone right. Because trust me after this, when you head back downtown and start dodging zombies and chaos... you'll miss this place real quick.

Love me some Happy Valley Station!…read more This is like the upscale farmers market of food carts- park your car, enjoy the landscaping, and check it all out. Dog friendly, Kid friendly, 100-year old friendly. Lots of clean and tidy indoor and outdoor cafeteria-style seating to choose from. Carts are covered from the rain, but outside. Beer and Espresso served and paid for inside. Restrooms are accessible and inside. Carts will give you a buzzer to notify you when the order is ready, so you can go walk around or find a seat while you wait. It was very busy this particular day, but no problem, all the carts seemed to be prepared for that! Just a lot of friendly faces who understood we needed to drool over all the menus before arriving somewhere. We landed on Premier Japanese Hibachi and loved all the flavor. Some of the freshest shrimp and yakisoba I have ever had. We also had the grilled shrimp and steak. TIP: don't forget to ask how you want your steak because it is made to order! The sauces on the side were perfect for dipping and sharing. Unfortunately, the portions did feel small for $18 a plate. Also, how to order water with your meal was confusing- another worker said just go inside. Eventually I saw signs that water is free with purchase or $1, but you would think it would be obvious. Overall, Premier Japanese Hibachi and everything else was a hit, 10/10, TY!
